After five babies, and years of obesity, I lost weight and was left with a large overhanging belly. This was emotionally catastrophic for me for years. In my research to find a plastic surgeon who could help me, I read what Dr. Agha says about himself. He is an artist who understands the beauty and contour of the human body. I saw extraordinary before and after pics and read what others say about their experiences with him. I chose him immediately and called for a consultation. I was met over the phone (since I live in Wyoming) by the gracious and beautiful Shireen. She guided me through the onboarding process and made it seamless and fun. When I arrived in Newport Beach, I was welcomed by the lovely and warm women in the office. Emma and Harriet are precious.My connection with Chelsea, Dr. Agha’s PA, has been so enjoyable and sweet. She’s so bright, and knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful . After. a personal consultation with Dr. Agha, I chose to have an extended tummy tuck, light lipo and a derma suspension breast lift.My results are more beautiful than I could ever have hoped for. I have my feminine curves back. I feel freed from the prison of my former body. Dr. Agha is a rare jewel. He is a master surgeon and an amazing artist. He is the only one of his kind. He loves what he does and he cares about his clients. It was more than worth the dollars spent, and the recovery process. Dr. agha gave me a priceless gift. I’m forever grateful.

If I could give a billion stars I would! Before my consultation with Dr. Agha, I researched almost every plastic surgeon in Southern California, and none of them compared to the beautiful work Dr. Agha performs. I recently had a high definition tummy tuck paired with a bra line upper body lift done by Dr. Agha and the results are life changing! He truly takes his time to create the perfect natural abdominal contour and the results show.In addition to having an amazing surgeon, the staff at The Aesthetic Center goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk out of the elevator. The journey from consultation to post op has been such a smooth experience and I can’t wait for future procedures to be done with them :)

My name is Christine Curtess and I live in Southern California. I have wanted to have a breast reduction and lift for sometime. When my girlfriend had a procedure and I saw her amazing results (a 360, where they took her fat and created stunning breasts) I knew I had found my surgeon. The PA, front office girls, manager, and coordinator where all very supportive during my pre and post op. At 72, I had no reservations to have a breast reduction, L lift and and breast lift with Dr Agha. Just look at his work and credentials. Dr Agha stands at the top of his profession, as I also interviewed with top plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. He has been perfecting his technique for over 20 years and I can tell you my breast look like that of a 20 year old. I also like the fact that he talked about supplements, nutrition, exercise, and sleep in order to excel the process of healing. I will be going back to him next year for a tummy tuck. Dr Agha is masterful at achieving a natural looking result. I had a lot of loose skin on my breast, so I really wanted to go to a surgeon that’s an expert at dealing with weight loss patients. I had a dermal bra suspension breast lift, and a few years later I went back for a bbl. I am so happy with my results! Everything looks NATURAL which is exactly what I wanted. Chelsea the PA is also wonderful!

I had my extended tummy tuck about 10 months ago and I am so happy with the results, I dont know why I waited so long, maybe because I am diabetic and I was scared by all of the warnings, but as long as you follow the instructions and make sure you are in good A1C range. Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming and takes their time to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. I love how Dr Agha is a perfectionist and wants all of his patients to have their desired outcome. My belly button looks amazing and my scars are healing so well!If you are on the fence about getting a surgery book it with Dr Agha, he might be a little more than other doctors but you get what you pay for and you will just have to see him after you go with the other cheap doctor anyways!My next procedure is now booked for next month and I can not to finish my journey to getting my body back after 100 lb weight loss.

The office is clean, organized,top of the line.Cheryl, my nurse, was compassionate and understood my concerns thoroughly. She provided me with the best service I have ever received She is very much a professional, confident, knowledgeable, patient, gentle and kind. True artist as well.

Head on down to Chelsea for your laser and other treatment needs! She is a nurse with a lot of know-how and great bedside manner. She did a beautiful job filling the corners of my mouth (and they have lasted for a year and a half now, so great savings!). Im so happy that I went over there and asked for her services. She also provided a wonderful experience with the Ellacor treatment, which did a nice job lifting my neck and chest. Its a very detailed and somewhat painful procedure but she handled it very well. Thanks Chelsea!

On February 13, 2023 I had an Extended Tummy Tuck, L - Brachioplasty and a Thoracoplasty (J upper body lift). I had an amazing experience with Dr. Siamak Agha and his team, I truly couldn’t be happier in my decision. From the front desk to inside the operating room, everyone was incredibly caring and attentive throughout my whole experience Dr. Agha is a true specialist in what he does. I had come across Dr. Agha’s instagram page a few years ago and I was so incredibly impressed with his work that I told myself one day he would be my surgeon. I went on to lose 110lbs and I booked my consultation! A special shoutout to Nicole, Chelsea and Cristela for making me feel like no question was a burden to answer, my concerns were valid, and the kindness they showed each time I walked, or rolled, into the office for my appointments. Dr. Agha and his team of amazing staff truly make dreams come true and I could not recommend them enough to everyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon.

My journey began when I was 20 years old after I gave birth to my two children. I nursed both my sonand my daughter, and I had gone from a B cup to a DD cup. When I was done nursing, I had twostretched out, deflated breasts. Thirteen years later, in 1998 I decided to get breast implants, thinkingthat it would improve the appearance of my breasts. I ended up with two very large/heavy saggingbreasts. I have hated them since day one. Fast forward 25 years later, at my sisters urging, I decided tointerview several doctors-with the hope of removing my breast implants and having a breast reduction/liftdone. I interviewed several Plastic Surgeons, and my last consultation was with Dr Agha. I knew thatday - that Dr Agha was the expert that I wanted perform my surgery. I also had first-hand visualevidence of his work, as he had removed my sister, Stephanies implants 6 years prior. From theconsultation up to my surgery date, Nicole and Desree were extremely helpful. They both walked methrough everything I needed to do prior to my surgery. They always answered my endless emailspromptly, and never seemed bothered by all my constant questions and concerns. I had my surgerydone in June 2023. I was very worried about being put under anesthesia, but Cristella and Dr Choanwere very reassuring and calmed any fears that I had. I had a minor complication that required someextra care after my surgery, and I cannot express enough how diligently I was attended to by Dr Agha,Nicole and Chelsea. They were amazing! I know I probably tested their patience throughout the wholeprocess, but they never faltered from their kind and reassuring manner of care. I am amazed every timethat I look in the mirror at the miracle Dr Agha performed on me, considering what I presented to himto fix. I highly recommend Dr Agha to anyone considering surgery. I think he is medically an artist! Dr.Agha has a clear vision of the way he sees the out-come of the surgery before it is even performed! Hehas the most positive outlook and confidence in what he knows he can do. Which, will give any patientthe most confidence in their decision to move forward with their surgery procedure performed by Dr.Agha and his exceptional office and O.R. team. My only regret is that I did not get the surgery done beforemy mother passed away in 2021. She would have been so happy, as she never wanted me to have theimplants put in. My experience with Dr. Agha and his team has been incredible from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! To start, his team was all very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my procedure, and did a great job walking me through the process, paperwork, and post-op care. They were also super responsive both by phone and email, allowing me to ask my many questions easily. But most importantly, they really care about their patients. From calling to check in on my healing immediately after my procedure, to asking personal questions and remembering the small details about me, to educating the public about his procedures online, he really cares about making you more confident and improving your quality of life. And of course, he is also an excellent surgeon who delivers. It’s so hard to find doctors who really care about you in this day and age, so I’m really glad I chose to have my procedure here.
