An old account popped up while trying to access our TV Streaming account. We made a big mess by using old emails, linking accounts and cancelling our streaming service. Technician Ronnie took the time necessary to correct all of our issues, reinstate our account waited to make sure everything was set up correctly. He was a lifesaver! We will consider using Textron Technologies in the future.

After nearly a month of not being able to reach Google to fix my Smart TV, these folks took on the task and were extremely helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IN MY OPINION!3 days ago I used this company to clean up my computer and add security. They put on the ability to work remotely. It cost my $510! They had wanted me to spend more. They now have access to my laptop, 2 ipads, 1 cell phone, tvs etc. Last night I caught them accessing my computer at 1AM! I could actually see them trying to get into a credit card. They did access PayPal and transferred $5000 from my checking account! I am now having to change all my financial accounts, passwords, buy a new computer, etc.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IN MY OPINION!

Alan has been for me today a uniquely talented, extremely polite, patient and encouraging chiropractor for my laptop and Smart TV, assuring me as I became worried about this entangled inner wiring that seemed impossible to rescue and repair.
