Received a notification on email that the tow hitch we wanted was finally available. Got at appointments through the Tesla app as its made easy. Arrived and of course, theres a line but went by fast. Dominic helped us and received a Black Tesla 3 loaner for the few hours while they fixed our car. Really great customer service for our Tesla Y Performance. Transaction was easy set up for the loaner on the app. The show room was nice. Some new cars available for purchase on the lot available instead of by order.Of course, I wish for the Model S Plaid! Love that car! Ordering a Tesla is way easier than other car dealers; no hassles or haggling.Received notification our car was ready via app and got the car right away. Easy service with them. Service at least, for this location. Friendly folks here!

Good luck getting a hold of someone on the phone. Spent over half a day to get in touch with the service department. Theres no voicemail on their main number, so it just hangs up after a minute or so.

An Asian lady who works here is very rude and arrogant and is not concerned about customer experience in this location. As a big fan of Tesla, she should not represent the brand and treat any customers in the way that she did. This may be another reason why Tesla is losing brand loyalty when all competitors are stepping up their game. It was such a horrible experience! Dont go into the store if you do not want to ruin your day.

Damaged our car while servicing and also they said will charge 250$ each area for JUST checking if there is any sound coming. When mentioned about additional damages that they did to car! they said they took pictures only for outside before starting to service. Also one damage they did was on side door which they scheduled appointment to fix it but not all! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND TESLA DUBLIN CENTER. !Very rudely they kind of said feel free to reach higher leadership and do whatever! We are not helping!

Had a really good experience checking in even though they were busy, the on site representative was really pleasant and efficient!The inside amenities have improved they have a filtered water machine whereas they only had bottled water before and the Keurig machine was stocked.You can finally sit in the cybertruck and the new model 3.

Dropped off my Model 3 for repair and this is what they gave me as a loaner vehicle….. the seats inside are ripped…. The inside was such a disaster I sent to a local car wash and paid for it to be cleaned out of my own pocket. Never in my life have I ever had this experience with a car company. Tesla Service Center in Dublin is a JOKE! Not to mention all 4 of my tires are bald…. How did things get so bad that they can’t even maintain their own vehicles? Not even a simple wash or vacuum. Half my door panel is missing, it’s embarrassing showing people a MODEL X and to see stuff like this. Why can’t they hire someone to clean and repair all loaner vehicles daily? Never did I dream to see half the door was missing….

Communication is virtually non-existent, customer service is not bad (once you have their attentions) and they dont have the headcounts to help out. Tesla is high tech but very low IQ in treating their customers.

Picked my 2023 model Y with a Standard Range 269 miles LFP battery pack this afternoon. The car was dusty, dirty even after they claimed they washed it. Not the typical New Vehicle Delivery. They didnt seem to be bothered by my complaints that vehicle was dirty either.I undwestand its not a typical dealership but its still considered a luxury vehicle so definitely needs to improve on that New Vehicle Delivery experience. I almost felt they didnt give it $hit because theyre not there for commission. Maybe Im just old school. Interior was dusty as well and there was no sign of any effort dusting it off.

I personally like this location as it is very convenient because there is a showroom and service department. It makes killing time much more bearable. But the Sales and Service department staff are polite and friendly. Another thing that makes this location even better is the fact that there are superchargers available.

I like the cars but the worst service possible. They can care less about you. No one has the common sense to know their own policies and I had to sent it to the from their own website. They don’t value your time and kept me on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions.

Great service provided by the folks here at Tesla service center. They try to go above and beyond and make sure client is happy. The supercharger here is not the most reliable one. They always try their best to give a loaner. If it’s not available, they give you a generous Uber credit for rides. Top service as expected by Tesla brand!

Getting parts is an absolute joke. You cant call the parts department, youre forced to go there in person. Then you wait 40 minutes or more, only find out that they still cant find out if parts are in stock or not. Then they tell you theyll call you, and never do. My first Tesla and last one!!!!!My worst experience to buy a car.Unprofessional team at all (except one man his name is Tom),unfriendly also.Got my car put 30k down payment and people talk to me when I came inside like I come to borrow money from them.We place a car and after I pick up it I found hiden damage on the car when I bring it home and wash it first time.Damage was made during transportation for sure and they used “sharpie”to cover it and spayed plastic protection. I had no idea that a new car could have damage. I work out of state and since I went to work and I picked up the car in the evening, I couldn’t inspect it right away. This car purchase just turned me inside out.

This is both the worst service center and customer service experience ever. For charging also not recommended. The service technician s will cut in line and tell you that as a customer you dont matter because they work here so they can just cut in front of the people waiting for a supercharger.

I had good experience while picking for my model y. After pickup while driving back home one rear tire blew up suddenly, this is so sad and first time had this experience on 580 east bound, good that I had network and called the roadside assistance and they were able to tow my car in 2hrs to dublin centre and next day I got estimate for replacing, I messaged on app mentioning this is brand new car and Michael from service called me and said he discussed with his manager and they waived me off the replacement fee, appreciate for his effort and communication.

I would give it a negative star if it’s possible. My car got a big scratch after a contactless delivery. I reported it the next day. This service team cancelled my appointment and said they wouldn’t be able to help with anything. The car was parked at a different place in the picture than when I received it, which means the delivery guy moved the car after taking the photos. I went to the counter. The service guy blamed me for not reporting it the same day. I mean I got home at 9pm that day and I checked my car the next day, and reported immediately. I have 2 Tesla cars and this new one made me disappointed.

5 of the 8 stalls were completely finished charging with nobody around when I got there with people waiting behind me. After I topped off for 25 minutes, all of those cars were still sitting there empty with none of the drivers in site.The supercharger I was at (2A) was charging between 80-90 mi/hr the entire time, so if you have a choice, Id try a different one.

The service was extremely poor. Firstly, the Tesla delivery team mentioned that Uber credits for the car pickup could be provided, which just required a response to their text message. However, on the day of the pickup, all customer service lines were unresponsive despite my trying for an entire hour. Additionally, upon receiving the car, I found numerous small scratches on the body, and now I have to schedule a service appointment myself. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

The delivery team here has multiple people who keep blaming each other for misinformation on how to make the payment - ACH, wire or cashiers check.When I suggested changing my pick up location due to the delay, they told me that my order will be placed on hold for 2 weeks and then back to the waiting list.Update : They understood my concerns and arranged for a home delivery of the vehicle in time. The service people in this shop are busier than anywhere else likewise the area is one of most logistic hub to Nor-Cal. The staffs are always charming and try at their best capacity to serve the customers. I had about once a year to go there for service needed. Sadly, the last time staff that I remember were never found this time. Hopefully, they were promoted and grown up as Tesla in most recent years.

I took my car in to have the harness recall corrected, among other services that our car required, and when they returned it to us, the maintenance/tech had stained our both left and right rear headliner fabric with black oil! I spoke with the supervisor, who informed me that we needed to realize that they were really busy. Being busy is no justification for returning our Tesla with other problems (stained interior and loose headliners) that it previously did not have. We pay full price for quality care, not to have our Tesla returned with these concerns. If they cant return our car to us with outstanding service, how are we supposed to know and trust them with fixing the problem our car is having? I would have appreciated honesty from them before handing us our car and expecting us to drive away without noticing... fortunately, I noticed before we left their establishment. The supervisor did indicate they would replace the headliner fabric, but I would have appreciated a reduction in price or refund on the amount we paid due to the inconvenience and time we spent there. This was not the Tesla experience we expected!Follow-up July 19, 2023Tesla sent one of their techs today to replace the headliner fabric. When they said they were going to replace the left and right rear headliners, they ended up cleaning instead. Something they had tried doing when they got our headliners stained with oil and dislocated the headliners from the roof. Since they could not put the headliners back in place and did were not able to remove the stains completely, they had informed us to set up an appointment so they could come to us and replace the headliners, which they did come but did NOT replace.This office cannot be relied on. They do not care about their consumers, are untrustworthy, do not maintain their commitments, and perform a careless and poor work! They ended up NOT replacing but instead cleaning when they had told us they were going to replace the left and right rear headliners.

I would give a zero if I could. Their customer service is atrocious! They are demanding when it effects them and completely inflexible to the schedules of their customers. They rescheduled me twice and gave me less than 24 hours notice when they were postponing my pick up. They just assigned me a mid-day mid-week appointment. When I told them I couldnt make it and asked if we could work together to find a time that might work for both of us they said no, I either came when they wanted or they would give my car away. I asked if they could call and they would only text. I would ask who I was speaking with via text and they would never give a name they would only say Dublin Tesla. They were rude and patronizing in all of their responses. When i was there I had to wait hours. They had no water to drink or anything in their lounge. The employees sit around talking to one another, ignoring confused customers walking around. I know its a drive, but go down to the Monterey location if you can, they are so nice and helpful there.

Despite high and continually rising gas prices, I would highly advise you NOT invest in a Tesla. I purchased a Model 3 in July 2023 and my experience with this company has been a nightmare. The car was covered in dozens of small micro and deep scratches all over the car when I picked it up, one of the hubcaps was dented, the car was filthy and covered in dust, and this was a supposed brand new car. Charging is cheaper than gasoline, however these cars run out of battery very rapidly (even the Model X bc Ive rented one). Customer service and escalating to management is pointless, they make costly mistakes and refuse to take accountability. Would rate 0.

I barely write reviews, but had to review this because of the rude behavior and the surprises they gave me. I love Tesla cars and have heard that their service is not great, but this experience was at the next level and the worst one!The bad experience started even before I came to the service center. I booked an appointment for 3rd May. I booked the appointment about 30 days in advance. Two days before the appointment, they rescheduled it without confirming with me, to 24th May. They didn’t care if I was available or not. I messaged them about this and no one cared to reply. When I was trying to make a candid/polite conversation about this rescheduling, the agent (at the Service Center) didn’t even bother to answer me. His reply was something like “that’s how it is”, which was very inconsiderate and callous.🤦‍♂️Finally, when I came to the service center, I had to wait in line about 3 times (once because I parked in a different place, 2nd time so that a technician could be called and the 3rd time after the technician did the test drive). And I was told that the diagnosis itself will take till evening (about 4 to 5 hours). If the diagnosis takes so long, then what is the meaning of the appointment!! The agent was telling me that they sell 60K cars a day and hence busy —- that was a lame excuse. If you are selling more cars, then your service infrastructure should be improved. Just because you make more revenue on sales than service doesn’t mean you can ignore service. That will tarnish the brand, it already has!Bottom line, their service sucks. It’s better to get them serviced at other places if possible, instead of the Tesla service center; especially if the warranty expired. I wrote this review as I was leaving the Service Center. Hope they message me after diagnosis is complete, and will not say that they didn’t have time to contact me because of many cars!! 😛

We were super excited for our pick up but the overall experience was very underwhelming. More than the experience the rude and apathetic behavior of the Manager Justin was disrespectful and disappointing. The car had dust and debris inside the vehicle and shoe marks on the seats. When asking the manger about can they pay more attention to this he gave a lot of bull$hit about sustainability and environmental reasons for not cleaning the car. A little kind response will go a long way. Overall the customer service experience can be improved.

Front tire dropped to one PSI about 20 minutes after arriving at my destination. Had hit a pot hole on I-5 nearly an hour before parking.I had previously purchased a spare tire from online company, but it was not the same size as my Tesla tires, so I was told my only option was to be towed to Service Center.The Tow Truck was prompt, we arrived quickly and was helped by service staff. Initial charge of $250 to investigate whether just tire, tire pressure assembly or dented rim. I agreed since was leaving town for 15 days the next day and needed the car.Service staff kept me informed by the Tesla app and phone calls. Problem was only the tire. But my car had nearly 43,000 miles on the tires that were on the car when I bought new in 2021. Service told me tires were only good for 20,000 miles. Nothing I was told or read had ever mentioned this.Was told if I bought new tires, the $250 investigation fee would be waived. I authorized replacing all four tires and buying a rim to hold best of replaced tires as a spareWork was performed by end of that day for a cost of $2066.In reviewing bill, noticed tire was not recommended being replaced or rotated. Wear due to bad alignment. Very expensive service for something not needed. I now am aware I need an alignment before travelling more than 1,000 on monthly visit with family.Discovered on the bill review that I was charged a disposal fee for the fourth tire that had been put onto the new rim I bought and is in my trunk. Will have to do better at reading bill the next time.Was happy to drive away on new tires in a time frame that worked with my travel schedule.

First time brining my car to service here, arrived on time for 9:30am appointment but no one helped us until 10:07am, 37 min wasted standing in the lobby. Lawrence is the one who ended up helping us and he is awesome! All 4 stars credit to him. Also, they don’t have complimentary pick up/drop off service like other luxury car brands. Good news is they provide a loaner car while your car is in service. They said my car will take 3-4 days, will see how the service went and update here.

I have a Model Y and because I drive to Sacramento to visit my mother we often must charge at this Dublin Tesla Charging Station. This was later in the day (4 of July!) so undoubtedly one of the most well traveled days and typically I believe Tesla does a decent job with cleanliness this time thr women’s bathroom was a mess. The waiting rooms were clean and we always enjoy looking at the new models. There isn’t a restaurant nearby as many other Tesla station are, but overall it’s convenient off to 680.

Picked up a MY on 3/30. Such an awful experience that made me question my decision of buying a $60k car. To begin with, the car was missing the identification placard with the name and seat covers. The car was SUPER dusty, and there were scuff marks all over the back seat and the back of the front seat. Truly the worst of it all was the attitude of the manager JUSTIN who was plain disrespectful and rude. He asked us we were picking up a used car when we told him about the missing seat covers and the dirty car, and then gave us a spiel about sustainability for the dust covering the car all over. Not apologetic and in fact looked at us as if how we dared to question him about a product we paid so much money for. If concerned about the water, how about picking up a rag and wiping it? Terrible, terrible experience and left such a bitter taste with the overall delivery.

My husband got our model Y serviced at the Dublin CA location for a windshield replacement. When the panel was removed we assume somehow a kitten got in and the service team then trapped it when they put back the panel. My husband kept hearing something meow after picking it up from servicing. He stopped multiple times to see where it was coming from. Finally late at night we heard the meowing again from the living room with the car parked in the garage. We went back and looked at the car and there it was struck in the frunk compartment. We tried calling all Tesla numbers but no pick up. We tried road side service and they werent surprised one bit! They simply advised us to go back to to the service team tomorrow.We stayed up all night to make sure the kitten did not die and drove immediately to the service team. As they removed all components that kitten jumped out right into another Tesla. The guys said this is the second time this has happened as theres a cat family in the creek nearby! What in the world! They briefly looked at the wiring and said nothing wrong, you can leave now. ‍‍This is completely unacceptable and a waste of time. No manager on-site to help us with this horrible situation and no compensation or anything for the waste of our time and turmoil we went through for 14 hours.

I have an extended warranty through Tesla on my model S and yet they’re charging me for some suspension noise the car is making. They promised the car back to me by today and they still haven’t even touched it according to the app. Going back to 4 years ago, I had an appointment for a small adjustment and we sat there for two hours and they hadn’t even Remembered that they had to work on the car so we wasted all that time. So my second horrible experience with this service center. Amazing how different the mobile technicians in San Diego are great attitudes and very positive on like Dublin. My car was making a noise from the front wheel. My car is still well in the 30-day warranty. They charged me $331 to remove a stick from the break pad. I did not even agree to the $331 charge before they charged my credit card - I was thinking it was going to be free because the car is in warranty. In the app we tried to open the invoice but it was slow, so we clicked it again and it came up just in time for us to have a big accept button. We tried to contact Tesla several times about this, but they dont care.What was I supposed to do with noise coming from the front wheel. I took off the took off the hook cap and looked as best as I could before. Should I have taken my new car to a private place to have it looked at before taking it to Telsa?I could not even take off the wheel to look better myself as Telsa give you no jack or spare tire.I went from a loyal Tesla owner to completely not recommending Tesla in just one day.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact. Another 0 (if I could) star review for this place.My 2-month old Tesla required an alignment due to its superior build quality, so I ended-up taking it to this service center.Since I did not notify Tesla within 72-hrs, first 100 miles, alignment was no longer covered under warranty, although it was a manufacturer issue 100%. I’ll pay for alignment, no problem. I scheduled the appointment with this service center and waited for two weeks. My appointment was on 8/25/2022 @ 11:30AM. I dropped off the vehicle and was re-assured by the check-in gentleman that my vehicle will be ready on 8/25/2022. I asked him 2 times, just to make sure. I sent multiple messages via Tesla app to check on the vehicle, no response. It was not possible to reach this service center via phone. Finally at approximately 7pm I got a response that the vehicle will not be ready until 8/26/2022. Instead of listening to our concerns, the first thing that came-out of his mouth was you interrupted me one time.Elon needs to send these workers to customer service school and have them learn some manners!Please explain to me how a 1 hour alignment job takes 24hrs, 1.5 days, leaving me without a vehicle which I rely on for my daily commute and driving my kids to school. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, having my car sit there overnight, when I can just drive the vehicle and drop it off when the service center is ready for me.

There was a showroom car that was parked inside and we were gonna check it out. A short salesman says he wants to move it to other side of the showroom and then after he moved, we tried to check it out. He says he has to move it again to the previous place. I received very poor service. I wanted my tires changed and they forgot to get tires. They didn’t charge my car before I left. They parked my car under a tree that dropped all sorts of debris on my car and didn’t wash or clean it. They put a new upgraded computer in my car, but didn’t download it. There was driving calibrations that the car was doing, but did not tell me about. They gave me no heads up on any of the new upgrades. They were friendly and nice, and that’s all I can say about them. I would never go back to them for service.

* Go to Fremont! The Fremont store is wonderful- ask for Layne. Corrected this fiasco below within a few hours and were kind compassionate and professional. Worth the extra 30 min drive!Very disappointed. During the sale, I was led to believe by the Sales Rep- Danielle Rose Smith that I could put 10K down and be financed through Tesla, she insisted that I could put whatever money down I wanted, as long as I was approved for a loan. I was approved the same day but the amount shown was for a 22K down payment. When I asked Danielle about she told me in writing I will message the finance team to correct this number down to 10K. Went in to talk with the store owner, showed the store owner, Alex the text message from his own salesperson saying the explicit amount I could put for the down payment on my car. He refused to fix it and just said the matter was out of his hands. Now I find out that more errors were made on the finance paperwork this morning and had to correct myself. Completely unprofessional. I feel taken advantage of. When it was a single issue, I thought it was an honest mistake, with three issues I feel like I have been duped. I gave the car for service for the exact same issue three times. There was a squeaky noise coming out from the wheels every time it rotates ( even at loe speeds). Everytime the technician returns it back doing nothing and saying that it cannot be reproduced. I had given multiple video evidences. The service advisors whom I dropped the car off with, noticed this issue everytime. It is really hard to miss. The service technical supervisor saw this the second time and suggested that the wheels need to be remounted, and it was apparently in the notes for the third time. But the tech did not do anything that time as well ( may be they dont even read the notes from their own supervisor). I have wasted almost 8 days of my car at the service station. This is a brand new car, just a month old. Tesla service is horrible. The serive advisors are good, but the technicians inside are horrible.

They said they would fix it and it would take 24-72 hours and no rental would be provided. I asked to speak to the service manager and the guy was super rude. There are some friendly staff and when you get them, it is truly a blessing, but unfortunately the vast majority are rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and frankly just dont seem like they want to be there at work. Perhaps furthered by the culture cultivated by its general manager, Justin Betrock, who definitely does not lead in customer service by example. Unsure how he ended up in customer service for Tesla since he merely worked for retail shops prior, but direly needs some continuing education on how to do customer service, or even, just how to be a decent human being. Beautiful facility with friendly staff and sales personnel. The parking lot has superchargers as well and they get a lot of traffic.I went here for test drives of Model 3 and Model X and it was a fantastic experience. The person in charge was very patient and answered all our questions.Took my Model S for service a couple of times and I was happy with their level of service. When my car was vandalized, they were very courteous in admitting that Tesla service wouldnt repair glasses. As an added courtesy, they cleaned up the car and put a plastic sheath in place of the missing glass - free of charge. I was able to drive the car at least. I went with their suggestion of the body repair shop and that worked out well, though the turn around time was almost four weeks!On the negative side, their coffee machine is often short of supplies.I would definitely go here for my next Tesla purchase.

Purchased a wall charger online only to realize they couldnt deliver it with the vehicle.. when the vehicle is sitting at the dealership and so is some wall charger stock. so when i tried to cancel my order online they said they cannot cancel it since its after 24 hours (i called 27 hours later and it had not shipped) and cannot fulfill the online order from actual inventory at the dealership. so now i have to go into the dealership and buy a wall charger so i have it for the electrician to install this weekend and can start commuting next week. Ill have to wait for the wall charger i purchased online to arrive then return it and get a refund. Lets hope this car is worth the trouble

This location has a decent service and sales department, but customer service has to go through their semi-automated system and buying a car through their website, otherwise they dont help you. Avoid this store if you can. My model 3’s computer went dead during an updating. The car was towed to Dublin store. It took them two weeks to swap a computer, and the job is so sloppy. When I picked up my car, the car was dirty and full of a strange smell. Also, I can hear a rattling noise after we got the car back. I called in and asked them if they can have quick check since we never had this kind of noice before the repair. They have the part in stock but are too busy to start my car for a few days. There are no loaners and I cant use UBER for a week with 2 kids and car seats. I had called the service center regarding a flat tire that had been replaced by a loner. Service center never returned my call so I had to show up in person to find out how to get my rim back. While there they offered to replace the tire. Their price was about $50 to $75 higher than I could get it done elsewhere but I decided to have it done there to save me from having to drive to another tire place, get the repair done and then return to Tesla to return the loaner. Bad news is when you have Tesla replace the tire you dont receive a warranty. Go figure..... anyway I drove home and discovered that they did not reconnect the pressure indicator on the replaced tire so now I will need to go back (30 miles each way) to get it connected.As a side note, the bathroom was dirty. Ive used this location a few times for various services on my Tesla. They always take care of me beyond my expectations! I always pick up my car in cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. They are very black and white in what theyve had to do with my car. This Tesla location is very conveniently located at the intersections of I-680 and I-580, and is directly adjacent to the I-680 S/B off-ramp and on-ramp.There are fourteen Supercharging stations, all of which are usually occupied. There is plenty of space to queue up, and the turnaround time is pretty short. There arent many services in the immediate vicinity, but the Service Center offers coffee, tea, and water, wifi and restrooms during their open hours. Outside of them, there is a Starbucks within about ten minutes walking distance, as well as a few restaurants and a Safeway.The Service Center portion is super convenient. There are always people available to help answer questions, schedule appointments, or whatever else you need. Ive had my car serviced there twice, and it was extremely convenient. They usually dont have a Tesla loaner available, so youll get an ICE rental car instead.The salespeople are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out.

I have a model x and the car is awesome. However the service is a different story. I started having problems with the falcon wing doors damaging the inside of the door jam. Its under warranty so they are supposed to fix it. We took it in 3 times to get it fixed and each time it is someone different and they didnt order the right parts so come back in 2 to 4 weeks. This week will be the 4th time going in and the last person to help us said some of the damage in the door jam is just wear and tear and thier reasoning is another car there has the same issue. Also the driver door opens electronically and it stop working while my pregnant wife was there by herself and it need to get fixed we had an appointment to fix the back doors that they again didnt have the parts for and Christian told her to leave the window down or climb over the seats. Service failed to order parts listed as the issue in our service apt made 3 wks ago. Also, several days ago when they called my husband told the tech that called it needs brake pads. Just sent home in our X with ‘zero brake pads’ according to Tesla’s tech after the service writer claimed it’s their policy because the car unsafe to drive into the shop to replace the pads for now, and replace tires at a later date once in. How exactly are you going to drive our car into the shop in 20 days to replace said tires if you can’t now? My Model X MCU failed and I spent $1683.50 to replace it. When I came to pick up the car, they did not give me the old part. When I questioned about it, Oma (Personally, he is a nice person and has helped me many occasions), informed me that they had sent it back to the manufacture. Well, I questioned him that I paid for the part $1300 + $120 tax so I should have had the old part back. He went to check with his team and came back out to let me know that I had to request to keep the part up front and there was $400 charge for that. Well, first, how do I know to request it up front if they didn’t let me know on the initial estimated invoice. Second, if it’s $400 core charge on the part, they should have stated that on the invoice, but they did not. The invoice clearly states that I have purchased the part + tax + labor, with no indication of core charge or anything. Even if you buy a remanufactured MCU, it doesn’t automatically imply that there is a core charge, unless they state it. This is not an exchange. Think about buying a remanufactured TV or a phone, do you have to return your old TV or phone? (really?). Go to buy a battery, an axle, or a master cylinder, you would see clearly core charge on your receipt. So I requested to talk to the Manager/Supervisor. The supervisor came (I forgot his name). He looked young to me but he claimed that he had 20 years experience in the car industry and first he stated that $500 core instead of $400 (conflict info between them lol. You know how you feel when one says something and then another says something else). Second, he claimed that no one would return the old part even when you pay for it. He gave me an example of him replacing a tire for a customer. He would have never given the old tire back. Well, he is just wrong because most of us don’t want the old tire, but if we want, he has to give it back to the customer. And theoretically, the shop would charge CA waste/hazard disposal fee if the customer doesn’t take back the old tire.It’s naïve to think owning a Tesla is maintenance free. Including me, I thought it was maintenance free for the first 3 year 7 months 50,000 miles ownership and had sold that statement to many friends of mine (I was a very first one in town that got the model X in 2016). But now, since I am out of warranty at 3 years 10 months 51,950 miles, I look back the list that has been done to my car and wonder what if these have not failed during the warranty?Here is a list of things my Model X has failed during the first 3 years 7 months:1) Passenger side door panel defect – replaced under warranty2) Charge port missed alignment – fixed under warranty3) Driver window failed to roll up – fixed under warranty4) Third row seat bell latch (one is really hard to pull up. My son, at the age of 8 at the time, couldn’t pull it up without help of an adult) – can’t fix5) Middle row seat defect due to the grinding noise when moving - replaced under warranty6) Driver seat defect due to the heated system failure – replace under warranty7) Rear parking break recall – replaced under warranty8) Rear backup camera defect – replaced under warranty9) Instrument cluster defect due to the ghost image – replaced under warranty10) Control arm joint defect due to the clunking noise when going to a small bump – replaced under warranty11) Driver side mirror failed to close/open – replaced under warranty12) Charger door failed to close/open – replaced under warranty13) Falcon wings making clunking noise – fixed under warranty14) MCU failed after an update at 3 years 7 months at 49,500 miles – fixed under warranty. This was a sign to the actual death of the MCU within the next 2 months.15) At 3 years 9 months at 51,900 miles, the MCU failed causing the car looping rebooting with a T logo – $1,683.50 out of pocket. Especially MCU is not a moving part so why do you warrant it based on mileage?So if your car hasn’t failed on these items within the warranty period, be prepare adding all the costs up. Good luck.

For the last three years Tesla employees from the Tesla dealership in Dublin CA have been recklessly speeding down Saint Patrick Way in Dublin. Speed limit on Saint Patrick Way is 25 mph, Tesla employees have been clocked doing in excess of 60 mph continuously. There are children present along with the elderly playing and walking, which makes no difference to these “childlike” Tesla employees.The dealership manager Ryan Torres has been giving lip service about trying to control his disrespectful, childish, reckless, employees that feel that real life is some kind of Fast and Furious movie. Road Trip saviorsTesla Service Center Dublin CaliforniaBig THANK YOU to Christian, CJ, Tesla Dublin service team and the Roadside Assistance operator.On a road trip with my family of four in our Tesla Model 3 from San Diego to Yosemite to the Bay Area. On the way from Yosemite to the Bay Area we found we couldn’t supercharge at the Manteca supercharger. I called road side assistance (2:30pm) and the operator gave me the option to get towed or attempt to limp to the Dublin SC (42 miles away with 52 miles of range). After giving instructions on how to limp to Dublin (chill mode, no A/C, Hold mode, etc) she thought it would be a good idea to call ahead to the SC to let them know I was coming.Called Dublin SC and spoke to Christian (2:45pm). He helped me diagnose the problem by having me text a picture of the charge port (bent pin) and began the process of checking to see if they had the part in stock. He said he’d continue to work on this while we limped to Dublin SC. Upon arriving at the service center with 14 miles of range remaining (4pm) CJ helped us get a MS75D loaner (instead of Uber credits) considering we were going to spend the night in a hotel and had a car full of gear to haul. CJ said he’d do his best to get us back on the road as quickly as possible in the morning since they were already about to close for the day. CJ said that Christian made sure they had all the parts needed so they could start right away.The next morning I received a call from CJ at 9:30am (I don’t think they officially opened until 10) that the car was ready to be picked up. He said we can go directly to the car and get in with our Tesla app (key card inside). We get to our car to find that they supercharged it to full for us so that we could seamlessly continue on our road trip.The bottom line is that we felt taken care of the entire way through what would have normally been an extremely stressful process.Thank you Tesla Team!Kudo family

Had a parking brake stuck issue with my tesla on Saturday. Called Tesla roadside and they were able to get me towed to Dublin tesla service center within 30 min. The service center folks were very helpful and put me in a loaner ( it was 20 min to their closing time). Kimberly stayed back and did my paper work so the car was ready to be worked on Monday. On Monday, She then helped me transfer all my stuff from loaner to my car as I have a foot injury. Besides, there were 3 items on the due bill that needed taken care of. They afixed couple of them on Monday morning itself and gave me my car while they wait for the part on the third item. Very courteous and helpful staff!

We have taken our new Model S to the dealership 3 times to have a sensor replaced only to find that after driving it home that the old sensor was still in place. In addition, while being told by the service manager that we would be receiving a courtesy pick up to retrieve our vehicle, we were left stranded on a sidewalk finally realizing that the two service reps promising the courtesy pick-up basically lied to our faces. Two months, four appointments and many headaches later, our problems are still unresolved. The list continues but Ill keep it short: Avoid Tesla Dublin and go to Walnut Creek or Fremont service center if you want decent service. I guess thats the service we deserve after spending $97,000 at a luxury dealership.

Took my 3 month old Tesla Model 3 yesterday to check my rear tire as I was loosing my tire pressure, my car tire was evaluated by a technician by assessing the tire with me driving slowly ( I never knew that’s how you check tire issue). A nail in the tire was the cause of the air leak. I was told they could not fix the tire, I had to change my tire which would cost about $350 to $400, or I could take it to Costco to get my tire changed. My husband took the car to a service center in Oakland and got the tire patched and fixed for $10, without even taking the tire off the car.I had called Costco, Hayward tire center, they also are familiar with Tesla tires and would change it but it would take time if the tire has to be changed as it has to be pre- ordered. I love Costco, as their tires have warranty.If you run a service center at least have the basic knowledge about tires and what has to be done instead of giving a final verdict that the tire has to be changed. So folks don’t trust what Tesla tech has to say about your car please go do your own research before you agree for a costly repair especially while dealing with tire issue.

Wow… Apparently the telephone cannot be operated by any human at Tesla.I eventually reached an automated tesla operator who told me that the dealership was closed because it was outside their normal business hours of 8 AM to 6 pm. Funny, it was 5 PM when I called! Then I was put on hold by the robot and told that my wait time would be in excess of 20 minutes. Then I had no option but to listen to the bad music that was completely unclear. The entire experience put me off Tesla and makes me think that their customer service is terrible. By the way, I gave up on waiting. In excess of 20 minutes is just not as precise as I really need.

Tesla Service Center in Dublin, CA does not even deserve 1 star, but there is not an option to put NEGATIVE Stars otherwise I would give them a - 5 star for the worst service I have ever received in any type of industry. I took my Model X P90DL with Ludicrous for a warrantied Service in on Monday 12/2/19 and arrived at 12:20pm for my 12:30pm appointment. I waited for almost an hour before I was checked in to then find out that they needed my car for several days and didnt have a loaner so I made another appointment on 12/17/19 requesting a loaner which took multiple phone calls to numerous departments to assure me Id have a loaner. I picked up my car on 12/27/19 and discovered they took off Ludicrous mode and replaced it with Insane Mode which was completely unrelated to my repairs and the Charge Port they replaced that they said was working was still not working correctly. After I questioned why Ludicrous was replaced with Insane they said it was a verbiage change. So I found out that it is a $10,000.00 upgrade to go from Insane to Ludicrous and it didnt make sense they would now call Ludicrous - Insane. They then asked me to prove that I purchased Ludicrous Mode.After that, I refused to deal with the Tesla Service Center in Dublin and contacted the Tesla Service Center in Rocklin, CA where they assured me they could fix the issue and verified in their system that I indeed had Ludicrous Mode before the service in Dublin. After taking my car to Rocklin twice in January 2020 I still dont have Ludicrous back and it is now 2/14/20, a month and a half of dealing with numerous Departments trying to get what I originally paid for, which I bought my car because it had Ludicrous Mode in the first place!After what I spent for my car, I shouldnt have to wait over a month and a half, spent hours on the phone, hours waiting in the service center, and fighting to get what I paid for!The issue is still is not resolved and my next step is legal action. Dublin Telsa Service Center is easy to find, real easy to jump back onto I680 from. Both dual and single charge stations available. Wait time for an open station was luckily just a couple of minutes for me on my first visit (weekday, mid-afternoon) with just one car ahead of me, but it is unclear how a parking lot wait queue is supposed to work if a dozen or so Teslas arrive around the same time looking for an open charging stall. The customer center was clean, simple and sparse, but not much in the way of refreshment offerings.

As a tesla owner wanting to schedule first service was a horrible experience. Since they dont have a online system for scheduling service, called the service center and left them a voicemail. Never received call back.Went into the Dublin ca tesla service center, the area trying to get me into calendar was so noisy by the employees (almost 6 were) who were chit chatting and were quite loud. I had to repeat several times to the person at service desk on why I was there. I even jokingly asked if its always so noisy :)The employees around service desk had no concern of the customer service. Such a horrible experience.I think tesla folks should look into it as tesla goes by customer experience.

This is the worst dealership period!! Im in the auto industry and work with many dealerships. I left 5 voicemails and never heard back from them so far today. I had the same issue a few months ago. I ended up Driving to the Dublin location. I told them I called about 10 times that day and did not hear back. They said its been a crazy day. What an amazing Team at Dublin Tesla. My wife was driving Our car on sunday in January 29th and she was charging. When she pulled out one of the sales man noticed a noise. The Salesman proceeded to tell my wife to leave the car for safety reasons and offered her a loaner car. This was amazing because the loaner was a P100D the four fastest car made in the world. The Tesla service team did even charge a penny. It was just a small rock that they removed it. We returned the car and everyone was safe. Services at this location is the worst. they called me to bring in my Tesla for service, dropped it off for over 3 weeks and found out that they didnt even schedule an appt with the body shop and my Tesla was at the shop all these times not worked on. Not recommended.

Very easy process to test drive and friendly sales people. You make an appointment online then when you arrive they show you some of the basics and then off you go.

Car in shop for repair, go there 3 times and still can’t get the loaner car. Use Uber for a week for commute. The issue is not fixed and have to go back again.

Costume service is worst I try to order a part it takes them a long time to find the right person and they said when the part arrive theyll call me but Im waiting for three days no one call. I call them more than 8 time no one answered I put order number and my phone number on voicemail to call me back but no response 😠
