After 35 years in our home we decided it was time to move east to be near our family. Terry Moerler and her team did an outstanding job of getting our property sold and exceeded our expectations in every way.Initially Terry and her colleague, Brittany Picarilli, went through the house with us providing their impressions from a buyer’s point of view, noting changes and improvements to be made. Then Terry hired a home inspector at her expense to do a thorough inspection as though he were the buyer’s inspector. His extensive report allowed us to correct items we were not even aware of and gave us peace of mind that we could deal with any discrepancies which might be flagged by a potential buyer.Brittany provided us with a list of recommended upgrades and took care of all the details up until final staging. She hired and oversaw the crew who implemented the changes, and did so in a timely manner in order to get our house on the market as soon as possible. She staged the entire house at no cost to us and had a photographer take pictures. The photographs were superb and friends and family commented on their quality.To facilitate staging the home and our potential move, Terry referred us to a colleague who sold our unused furniture. This gave us an opportunity to dispose of items we would no longer need in our new home. As a result of these efforts, we were able to transport our remaining furniture in two pods instead of three.Before our home went onto the market, Terry and her team did pre-marketing and identified the type of buyer who would appreciate our home as move-in ready. The listing went live on August 1 followed by two open-house showings on August 5 and 6. On August 7 we had multiple offers and we accepted one of these on August 9, with a 21-day escrow. From that point forward everything fell into place and the sale closed as scheduled on August 30.In short, Terry and her team took care of all the details and handled this transaction from start to finish. We would highly recommend Terry to anyone selling a home.

I have known Terry for many year and have found her to be not only extremely amazing as a Real Estate Broker but also as a friend and person. Terry does an incredible job training her agents; working with her clients to really find them their home. But what is really great as long as I have known her she gives back to the community continually in so many ways. She also keeps in touch with her clients after the sale which is very nice. She is not just in it to sell and run. She builds relationships and truly cares about her clients. She wont stop until she find you your Forever Home. When we started investing in real estate back in 2001, we were lucky enough to meet Terry. She helped us find our first investment home, negotiated its purchase, and helped us understand the rental real estate market. She said she wanted to help us have a good experience, so that we would continue doing it. That was 21 years ago and now Terry has helped us, build a solid rental portfolio.
