I am always pleasantly surprised when I have a question or need toner etc for my unit at how quickly they respond. Even more so, when I’m having an issue with the printer/copier responding to my computer. Their IT department is right on it. If they can’t help me remotely they are sometimes able to come out same day. Amazing customer service. Every employee is a pleasure to work with. Service with a smile 😊

What a great experience! I called Stephen with an issue no one else could solve. There was no information on the internet either about how to solve my problem. I found contact information for Terre Office Solutions and an answer to a similar issue, so I called. Without hesitation, he offered assistance, texted me the steps to correct the problem and walked me through everything. Top notch service and extremely kind demeanor.
