Love my new hat! I just purchased the Muirfield XL and it fits perfect. I plan on wearing this every time I play go or spend any time outside. Gotta protect your head! Tenth Street is very easy do deal with and has fast delivery! Keep up the good work Tenth Street Hats!

I love Tenth Street Hats and me and my husband own several. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their hats is outstanding. The styles are trendy and classic and always look amazing on both of us. If you need top quality hats for any occasion, you cant go wrong with Then Street Hats.

I really wanted to recommend this company, but I cannot. I also dont like writing negative reviews but buyer beware. I ordered a hat from this company and was sent the wrong hat. I was told I could not exchange the hat for the correct one, but must return the hat, get a refund, and then place a new order. OK, fine...sure. Mistakes happen I get it. I used their shipping label to return the incorrect hat and placed new order. When I got the second hat it was the wrong hat yet again. In both cases, the wrong hat was a completely different style versus what I requested. Somehow it was also the same style wrong hat both times, leading me to believe their ordering system is pointing at a wrong stock number. I mentioned this to them and they offered no solution, just Return can be submitted to our website I double checked the order I placed to make sure I wasnt inputting the order wrong. Yet the original order was correct. Hopefully, I can get my refund processed without hassle.UPDATE 1/4/2024Ill be monitoring this review as based on the response from the owner. I will periodically update as appropriate.UPDATE 1/8/2024I did finally receive the correct hat from Tenth Street late last week. I am awaiting final processing of my refund for the two hats that were received incorrectly.UPDATE 1/11/2024I would like to note that Tenth Street kept their word an I received refunds for both incorrectly ordered hats. I have updated their review to 3 stars for the prompt treatment of the refund and complimentary hat for my trouble. I would note that the quality of the hat finally received is pretty nice, its a shame so much back and forth was required.

I love the hat I ordered from Tenth Street Hats. The quality is amazing, shipping was prompt and the hat was carefully packaged in a large enough box with support, as not to crush or ruin the hat shape. Would definitely order from them again!

I ordered and received the standard reply message about the order being recieved. I waited a full week and half for tracking confirmation of my order but did not recieve one until I inquired. It turns out the package was delivered, and I was notified 24 hours after delivery by email. Nobody in my house at the time saw the package and they would have had to walk right by it. I was rained on for 24 hours directly onto the box. Really poor communicatiopn with their customers. Get it together Tenth Street.

They have a wide variety of hats to choose from on the Tenth Street website. I picked a great design, a crushable hat that works great for my travels. The Broxburn is lightweight and packs away nicely and the shape holds up so far even after folding it flat into my backpack multiple times. Its made of soft cotton and looks sharp, I think. Im really pleased with my choice. The hat was shipped in a timely manner and arrived quickly. No complaints at all.

Here’s the return policy that is proudly posted:“Tenth Street PromiseWe want you to love your hat. Free exchanges on every order.We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy as well as a one-year, craftsmanship guarantee on our hats; well replace your damaged hat for free within the first 12 months.”Here’s the reality. They offer free return postage but charge a $10 restocking fee. Only if you click on their return policy do you see this $10 fee. The “Promise” is predominately featured. Yes, their return or exchange is hassle-free …. At a cost.This will be my last order. Ironically, the hat featured in the brochure that was mailed to me was “missing” when I tried to purchase it. I entered the description and nothing came up. Apparently they were out of stock and removed it from their website. Apparently.But I found it on a competitor’s site and ordered it. It arrived 2 days sooner than my Tenth Street order.Again, this will be my last order with this company.

Tenth Street hat quality is superb. It is not only very stylish but also very functional and durable. Ive worn it in various weather conditions (snow, rain, sun) and it did not disappoint at all.

I did a collab with Tenth Street Hats on my blog and I figured I would share my thoughts on the hat I received and my overall experience.Shipping was decent. It took about a week for me to receive the hat. The hat is pretty high quality and they definitely paid attention to detail. I loved that I could choose the size of my hat so that it would be tailored to my actual head. Its also very comfortable. The thing I loved the most was that they put a satin lining in the hat which is great for keeping your hair protected. Id recommend them for sure if youre looking for a durable well-made hat!
