We came in to try out the different sizes of pillows and the store manager (Joshua M.) was so helpful. He laid down and tried the different sizes to help us see if they’d be a good fit for a family member that was around the same size as him. He offered great insight and matched what we needed/were looking for.It was a really great experience and we are very happy with our purchase!

This store is so great! The employees are very kind, educational, and respectful! They provide a 5 star luxury experience for the comfort tests (choosing your mattress). Have had years of uncomfortable sleep patterns due to car accidents so came in to try new pillows, Ali tried a few pillows and showed me a few positions to lay in on the adjustable base… Happily purchased a smart base as my back & neck feel amazing after just laying on it for 30 minutes. Ali at flagship mission viejo ca store was AMAZING he took his time to understand my sleep needs, made me feel appreciated and valued. Felt like Goldilocks trying 4 different beds with 5 min conversations as I laid on each bed. Not uncomfortable or awkward at all. Ali was genuinely the reason I purchased same day. A whole experience in 45 minutes felt like a whole day. Walked in seeking a mattress, walked out with a sleep experience. Received 4 days later…sleeping well. Thank you Ali!!!!

I would like to take a moment to share a wonderful experience we had with Tom Gormley at the Mission Viejo Tempur-Pedic location in purchasing our first Tempur-Pedic mattress. Tom was the utmost professional and we never felt like we were being sold but instead, educated. This is our 5th mattress purchase in the past 8 months and until now could not find the right mattress. Everything Tom said about the Adapt Pro Tempur-Pedic was accurate and we had no surprises along the way.The entire process including the new pillow was seamless and the company was absolute professional and kept us in the loop from start to finish. I was here over the past weekend looking for a mattress, and was helped by Brett. He was fantastic, friendly, very knowledgeable, and didnt pressure us at all. We were there for an hour and a half, and he walked us through the whole line, and let the product speak for itself (the best kind of sales pitch, in my opinion). Additionally, the whole store was very careful with ensuring everything was clean and safe.By the time we were done, we ended up buying the best mattress we have ever tried. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

Wow the customer service is amazing here. We purchased our bed here in 2019. This review is long overdue. We love our bed and products we purchased through the years. This location has great customer service and they have excellent warranty programs. 10 years on products purchased.Joshua provides excellent customer service, updates, and follow up. He really tries to connect you to the correct product that suits your needs.We needed a receipt of my purchase in 2019 for our mattress topper cover and Joshua retrieved it for us, emailed it, and called to follow up to ensure we received it. Wow amazing customer service. If u want products that stands by their warranty this is the company to buy from. We love our cooling pillows especially during these hot days, they are highly coveted.

We were looking to upgrade our sleep and we found the perfect place to do it. Although we were a bit reluctant to go shopping in the middle of a health crisis, the need for a change pushed us. We just didnt expect the level of responsibility and excellence of customer service. They are taking all the necessary precautions (covers for the mattresses, masks, gloves) which makes you appreciate their level of care to their customers. Plus they have a promotion going on of $300 off in their luxe line. Ohh and on top of that, 60 months 0% apr. Thank you Melissa for all your awesome help and professionalism.

Ali at the Mission Viejo store was fantastic. He was warm, welcoming, and let the product do all the selling. We went in to find a better pillow and walked out 90 minutes later with an amazing smart bed. Turns out we needed a new bed rather than a “better” pillow. It’s always a little weird testing out mattresses in a store but the difference we felt after laying down for a few minutes was undeniable.

We needed extra lifts for the legs of our adjustable base. I called the Mission Viejo store. Ali answered, I explained what I needed and he immediately knew we had an older model and knew we would need pieces that were no longer used on the newer models. He already knew his inventory and said he had what we needed and we picked them up. Very simple. Ali is very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The store is also very clean and welcoming.

My senior parents and I were shopping for a Tempur-Pedic mattress at the Mission Viejo Flagship Store and received excellent customer service from Joshua and Matthew. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable in all products Tempur-Pedic and was friendly, polite and patient with us he explained all the great features. He was very good with my elderly mother who has Alzheimers (which he didnt know) and even gifted her with a stuffed toy dog, which really made her day! Due to their computers being down, we could not purchase from them directly. But, both Joshua and Matthew are so loyal to the brand of Tempur-Pedic, they even helped us find one through a 3rd party vendor. Talk about going above and beyond! She introduced all the best choices based on what best fit us, give us more than enough time to try on different beds/pillows and even shown caring to little one by giving a big drawing book and a whole box of crayon for little girl at age 2 to spend time on when we were busy with all the trials. We were planning on buying a mattress from Costco but stopped by the Mission Viejo location since it was on the way home. Kristina Lin was the store manager. I was concerned about the safety issues but they did good job of providing masks, gloves and disposable pillow/mattress sheets. Kristina was very knowledgeable, experienced, passionate and friendly. She truly cared about our unique preference and answered all the questions and concerns we had as we tried different mattresses and bases. We were interested in something firm and adjustable to eliminate snoring, back pain and interrupting each other’s sleep. Thanks to Kristina we were able to find the perfect mattress to fit our needs. We ended up buying a firm mattress with an adjustable base that could be adjusted for the head and legs with a remote control! Crazy! Now we can enjoy real sleep and also be able to read/work in comfort on our bed. Honestly, it felt like a no brainer and I regret not getting this for my wife sooner. I recently received my second Tempur-Pedic mattress. I purchased it 2 years ago and due to the pandemic chose not to have it delivered until recently. Kristina was my salesperson. She was very intuitive about my needs and helped me find the perfect mattress for me. She was totally cooperative in arranging for a delay in delivery in an unspecified time frame. Joe made me lay on the mattresses for a long time and left me alone but kept checking in if I needed anything. This new Luxury Adapt Firm mattress is amazing! Be careful to buy the right one! I would strongly recommend purchasing Tempur-Pedic mattresses ONLY from Tempur-Pedic stores. TRUST ME!I had previously purchased a ProAdapt Soft from Sit N Sleep in Torrance. It was the 4th and final mattress we had bought from them. My wife and I have serious back issues, me especially with my injury. The ProAdapt Soft was the worse mattress we have ever had for our backs. It was so extremely soft! Sit N Sleep marketed it has a medium firmness, and the sales rep (like the previous 3) had assured us this mattress would work for us.Tempur-Pedic Flagship stores have licenses representatives that know their product, and know it well. They take no commission from sales, and only care about their customers and making sure they make the proper purchase. Melissa was awesome at this particular store! She really was patient with me, didnt pressure me in anyway, and was genuinely concerned about me making the right choice in mattresses.

Temperpedic is hands down the best mattress I have ever used! I hurt my spine and hip in Iraq and I give my word as a Veteran, Temperpedic will chance your life. Went to this lovely Tempur-pedic store in Mission Viejo to purchase a pillow. I had no idea how complex buying a pillow could be especially with making the investment with a Tempur-pedic pillow. The store is immaculate and relaxing. The sales representative was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. I learned much more about this excellent product. I was able to sample two different pillows lying on a luxe breeze mattress, the same as the one I am currently using.
