I’d like to thank Kingsley Egbosimba for his help in finding me a perfect Tempur-Pedic. I really wasn’t sure in what I wanted in a mattress, but he explained all my options and I decided to go with the LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid 2.0, I can’t wait to get a better sleep. Doug was very helpful in immediately showing me the beds and equipment in a casual manner, answering all my questions and letting me experience the tech at my leisure. Had a great experience there over the weekend. I went in to buy some pillows and Paul the manager was amazing. He was patient and went through the different styles until we found the perfect one for my needs. I was there with my daughter and he was very gentle and kind to her. She didn’t want to leave and when we left she said he was as kind as a teddy bear. I highly recommend you check this place out.

Big purchases like this normally come with a lot of headaches trying to figure out just what you’re looking for, so I am truly very appreciative that they could help me find something that really works for me so quickly. It’s especially challenging when you’re not even sure yourself of what you’re looking for, so I must commend once again Paul’s tireless efforts. The people here really know what they’re talking about! What a great experience at the store. Paul was able to explain all the differences between their mattresses and the typical spring ones. We had lots of time to hang out on the mattress to make our decision. Didnt feel rushed or high pressure sales to purchase anything.We ended up with Luxe-Breeze - what a world of difference. The smart base was a great decision as well.Thanks to Paul and his staff - the whole process worked out as explained, great communication and delivery guys were on time and set everything up.

My husband and I went to the store last weekend, after visiting another name-brand store, and admittedly pretty convinced we were going to go that route. Upon entering the store we were greeted by the best sales rep and manager ever - Paul! I assumed that people get sick of giving the same schpiel over and over again, but Paul had the same enthusiasm as if we were the first clients of the day! Paul was not only informative about all of the various mattress and product choices, but he was fun and an absolute hoot! Why does this matter when mattress shopping? Because much like any other big purchase, you want to feel like you can connect with the rep and be rest assured you’re getting all of the necessary details. Paul even welcomed my husband’s terrible dad jokes and pretended like they were actually funny.We ended up purchasing something at the top end of our budget, mainly because of the information presented and top-tier quality of the store, rather than going for some cheapie. Paul helped us finance our purchase quickly and easily, and was even able to send us home with some of the order, which was held in stock at the beautiful store. Amazing experience!! Don’t waste your time at any other mattress company. I went to the Tempurpedic Flagship store on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood recently. I was so fortunate to have Doug work with me as my salesperson. He patiently went through the stores entire selection of pillows helping me analyze which one would best meet my needs. He took the time to make sure my neck was in proper alignment as I tried each pillow. Doug was extremely patient and attentive; and, at no time did I feel he was pressuring me to buy anything. Our Second Tempur-pedic! Based on reviews we attempted to switch to a Saatva memory foam firm mattress.Not even close to the support and quality of the class leader!!We went for AdaptPro version in the firm choice. You will find with each day you “adapt” together. There is a typical 30 day break in period according to Kingsley Egbosimba who we can’t recommend enough should you chose to use the flagship store! He made sure we got the best price. In general go firmer and break it in iverc3-4 weeks. If still too firm swap out for the medium!These mattresses are completely worth the extra cost!! 8!!’&!!??(

Wow so glad we did, the two associates that work there William and Doug are so full of knowledge with every question you have for them on anything doing with your sleep, bed, pillows etc. After a few recommendations we ended up with one of their top of the line mattress and I got to say...it the money was well spent.They had a sale going on where we save closed to $700 total on all the items we purchased. Which included the most comfortable bed I have ever owned in my life. It is so comfortable and fits the shape of your body with the way you sleep. When you wake up you feel so revived because the great sleep this mattress gives your body. We also purchased 4 tempur-pedic pillows and a tempur-pedic travel pillow.I will never sleep on anything if it is not temper-pedic. This company knows what they are doing...Go see William and Doug at the West Hollywood location. Dont waste another day on anything else unless it is tempur-pedic. You wont regret it!!!

I have some physical issues, so I really needed to take my time to understand all the pros and cons of each of the mattress options. I ordered a mattress, I was overcharged. I tried to tell them they overcharged me but they didn’t want to listen. An invoice was never provided. Part of my order was on backorder which they never told me until the delivery company who called and emailed me many times. We had an outstanding experience at this store and in particular with our sales associate Elaine Cruz. I highly recommend this store and the Tempur-Pedic bed. We love it and could not be happier!
