We walked in on a whim and Shawn helped us. He was kind, patient, answered all our questions and he was funny to boot. His demeanor is mellow and speaking with him we felt no salesman pressure. He made us comfortable with the options available and explained each with its pros and cons. I appreciate how he took the time to talk to us and give us his undivided attention. I’m grateful we met with him today and we’ll likely be purchasing our new mattress from him very soon.

Really great experience! Was immediately welcomed in and helped throughout the entire store visit. Kimra was extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend others to stop by if you’re interested in buying a mattress or simply just interested in seeing what’s available!

I stopped in on Saturday just to look— with NO intent of buying. I was met with Kimra, and she helped me fall in love with a mattress system that we needed for a great night’s sleep. Her expertise, genuine knowledge of the product, and her own personal experience sold me. I came back today with my wife and we purchased an amazing split mattress system. We could not be happier!

Shawn was such great help ! Great customer service. He asked the right questions to make sure we mad9e the right choice. With so many choices, he directed us to the mattresses based on our preferences, still he was patient to let us try others outside of his suggestions. His initial recommendation was spot on and the perfect choice for us. Also enjoyed talking to him .

Walked in after a long day of shopping and was greeted warmly by Kimra. I was in need of a new cooling mattress for my chronic back pain. She was the sweetest and let us try out all their mattresses and pillows with fresh sheets. I had to buy it on the spot. I came into the store just browsing the mall not thinking about buying anything. By the time I left I wanted to get myself a mattress. Entering the store the environment was welcoming and Shawn just added to that. He guided me through the store and made the experience specialized for the individual. I felt like he’d known exactly what I wanted despite me not planning on buying anything. The experience made me feel the difference in quality from my normal mattress to his smart mattress that accounted for my needs. I would go back to store just for the experience of being there and would recommend taking time out of your day to try one of Shawn’s mattress.

When I walked into this fantastic place, Shawn, the owner, was very attentive to my needs. He cares about the individual and wants the best for their sleep. I am a stomach sleeper and he educated me on how sleeping on your stomach is not great and taught me good sleeping techniques as well as mentioning discounts for the mattresses. Overall, I had a great experience.
