I have been to this location a few times for the past 10 years and I have never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and professional. I truly appreciated them having heated blankets as an option to use during the MRI process.

The technicians were incredibly kind and thoroughly explained what would be taking place. They were also generous enough to ask me how my experience was and were mindful to how I may have felt. A beautiful experience. I’m so thankful to have had my scans done with you all and for the care shown my way. That includes from the receptionists as well. Even though it was 10 o’clock at night, everyone was still so patient and kind. Beautifully wonderful. :)

The facility was excellent for all patients needing help with their health care needs. Each attendant was courteous and helpful, respectful and supportive to all my needs. They carefully explained what they needed from me to make sure that I understood what they were going to do and how they planned to help make any adjustments for my health care and needs. The nurses were very nice and helpful. They were very patient and polite. I felt very comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. So very pleasant that I was not ready to leave. I suggest that if anyone else is in need of their services they should check out your services.at TEMECULA VALLEY ADVANCED IMAGING MURRIETA

This was the fastest I have ever gotten any imaging done at a facility in my entire life. I was worried, because when I was checking in. There was a patient ahead of me was taking forever to get the info he needed to the front desk receptionist. Took him like 15 minutes. (At no fault to the receptionist) we are suppose to arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled appt time. So now I was checked in only 5 minutes before. But when it was my scheduled time, I was called back promptly and got in and out! The staff was very friendly, and efficient. Thanks all!

It’s always a pleasant experience. The waiting room is always clean. The wait is minimal. The girls at the check in always smiling and ready to help. The back rooms are always clean. The Techs are professional and kind. They make sure you are comfortable and ready. They are fast and efficient.

Extremely understanding staff while using their MRI. I have a shoulder injury and the first machine would work, but was a very tight fit. The technician quickly moved me to another machine that was much roomier and I was able to complete my scan.

For this specific location checking in was easy and did not take a lot of time. I was called back quickly and on time for my appointment which was a plus and does not always happen. The room was clean and prepped and the tech was very friendly, accommodating, quick, and efficient with the procedure. Overall, I give five stars for this particular location and team.

I start off by saying I am extremely claustrophobic. The technician that helped me made me very relaxed, he communicated with me every step of the way. I was pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the facilities. And I would recommend their services to anyone with imaging needs.

I had an amazing experience at Temecula Valley advanced imaging! The staff was wonderful - so friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. The facilities were extremely clean, which put me at ease right away. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and showed kindness and compassion throughout the entire process. I loved the back of house staff they were so awesome and polite! The front desk acted like I was bothering them when I arrived (30 mins early). When I left and said thank you have a great day and passed the desk, I got eye contact and no words they just watched me walk out the lobby door and it felt like I was an interruption to their conversation, I felt like I was irritating them by trying to be polite.

I have never experienced more stress and more errors and lack of communication errors. I could go on and write my 10 page response as to what happened but I cannot bear the stress anymore.Good for X-rays. Anything else?? Dont bother they will schedule the wrong type of appointment a month out call you the day before to tell you this then schedule you 2 months out and so on and so forth.This is an edit. So you can see whomever replied to my review. As well as anyone who may see this updateI have tried to reach out multiple times for multiple days and multiple times in those days and no answer. So please I am trying to be as respectful as I can be.Further edit. I will not delete this comment due to the sheer stress and mishaps experienced.but I was able to get ahold of someone finally and hopefully this will finally come to a resolve we will see

The facility was ina very convenient location with easy access parking. The waiting room had water available. The restroom was clean. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The procedure was simple, quick, and painless. The staff was kind and courteous.

The staff at Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging professional nice and polite. My only complaint is the appointment system! You set up an appointment. They request that you arrive 20 minutes early for last minute check in stuff all good so far... But then nearly 90 minutes past your actual appointment time finally they call your name!! Had an appointment at 1230 pm didnt leave the office until nearly 230 pm. Most of that time was spent waiting! There must be a better way is all Im saying.

Very bad service. I came yesterday and I stayed 3 hours in the clinic, the lady in the front office told me they’re running behind and I’ll wait for a little bit, after I stayed for 1 and half hour and I asked how long more I’m here for one hour and half she told me I’ve to wait another one hour and half and then she still wanted me to wait another hour and half… I left the clinic and then my coordinator team told me this office will give the fastest appointment and they scheduled me for the second day.. I came very early the second day and they told me again they’re running behind for one hour… the worst service you can every get will be in Temecula Advanced Valley Imaging…

They were very professional and made me feel comfortable. Although I do think that the changing room carpet was very dirty I know that may not be important but as I was there for 15 to 20 minutes it did make an impression on the whole professionalism of the facility.

This is my first time leaving review on a medicalfacility. As a patient whose experienced many appointments and as medical professional myself, I am encouraged to leave this.The 4 stars are specifically for the technicians. Although they were behind on time, once my name was called they took excellent care of me. I was greeted with politeness and a smile. While waiting inside for my room to be prepped, I witnessed them exemplify patience and kindness with other patients. Both of the young men had excellent bed side manners. In fact the best Ive experienced in riverside county. Because of them,I had a good experience completing my first MRI.Unfortunately, I took off one star because ofThe two night time female desk receptionist.I consider all positions at the facility crucial for its functioning. These women were quite unprofessional, from the discussions about their personal lives being detailed loud enough for patients to hear, to one of the women chuckling when she saw me stating I thought you left. It was over an hour wait from my appointment time and alot of people waiting so I waited in the lobby seats right outside the door, and my husband stayed inside the waiting room.Im not sure if thats what took it longer to see mebecause everyone with appointments afterMine had already come and gone.In my opinion she could have calledMy name to verify or stand up and take look like most establishments do, especially considering all of the down time they had.Lastly, they were unable to answer basic questions from patients regarding the MRI experience (i.e..is there a cushion onThe table or not) . I suggest additional trainings or periodic reviews to ensure competencies, and improved patient comprehension and comfortability.

Absolutely terrible experience! Nothing like waiting to be helped while the staff laugh and talk to each other instead of helping customers while there’s a line ! Also, they didn’t call me back until an hour and five minutes past my appointment when they ask you to be there 20 minutes early.

MRI went great, but you need a device to help find veins on us who have trouble with them rolling or small. It took 3 tries and 2 techs to get my IV started. Other than that I had a good exam. Thank you

So I had an appointment time of 7:30 pm. I arrived at 7:20 to fill out paperwork. I was checked in by Gina very friendly. Later she and Z informed me that they were running behind on conducting MRIs. I did appreciate that they informed me and gave me the option to reschedule. Yes, this wasn’t what I wanted to hear but they were very apologetic. Couldn’t be upset with them they were only the messengers.I would recommend in the future to have cable or an option to watch movies. This would help pass the time.

I called the day of to confirm my appointment in Murrieta and he confirmed my 8:40pm appointment with an 8:20pm check in. I arrived at 8:13pm. I wasn’t called back until 10pm!! I asked three times what was going on and the front desk staff were unapologetic, uninformed, and rude. They responded, “They’re running late - them, not us.” pointing to the back as in the techs. I ended up leaving at 10:45pm. Overbooking and wasting other peoples time is bad enough. Teach your front desk staff common courtesy.

Reception desk was great! MRI tech needs to communicate better. Over communication is better than under communication. Left me hanging by dressing room. Told me hed be back in a few minutes. 10 or more minutes go by. I called out a hello as I heard other techs talking near CT room. Someone came and asked what I needed. I said Ive been waiting to be taken back to MRI room. Oh theres someone in front of you??? Then the MRI guy needs to explain things in more detail and before we put earplugs in. This younger generation needs more social skills!

This is absolutely ridiculous and is not nowhere near professional. No calls no communication whatsoever on the issues. And what is going on? First of all I’ve always loved the DePortola location but because her doctor needed my 95 year old moms mri asap we were scheduled at the Medical Center Dr location. The experience was horrible start to finish. It took me literally months to talk her into this. She actually would die if she didn’t get the surgery that this procedure was needed for. They were 11/2 hours late getting started, the technician “warned” her that it would be very difficult at her age(she knew that), then fooled around getting her IV started and finally got another tech to do it. They left a large sore on her arm. She wanted me to stay with her and instead of putting me in the booth they kept me right there in the room. I’m assuming that isn’t safe for me. It was the loudest mri I have ever heard and I’ve had a few. When they finally got her out she almost fell. Fortunately I had a hold of her. Then they rushed her out because they were behind schedule. It was 7:00 pm by that time and they probably wanted to go home but that wasn’t her fault. She wasn’t treated as gently as a 95 year old woman deserved at all the whole time. Considering that she was dreading this for along time, it certainly lived up to her expectations

From start to finish a great experience. Saw my Dr on Thursday and whenI got home I was dreading having to play phone tag with tooty. I received a robo call with a number to call. I did and was helped to register for an opening and to my surprise there was an opening on Friday. It only took 24 hours including Drs visit, appt for testing, and actual advanced image testing.

The incompetence of this center is unbelievable. The first appointment I had they turned me away because of a clerical error on their part. Then, I went back to finally have a chest MRI. The radiologist didn’t follow the instructions and the incorrect test was administered. (We only found this out much later)My doctor, myself and my attorney left numerous messages trying to get ahold of someone to tell us why the results were taking so long. Not one of our numerous calls were returned. I decided to visit and ask to speak with the manager, who eventually came out and said the order was not read correctly. No apologies as to why it was incorrectly read. No apologies for all of the unreturned phone calls. They then scheduled me for a 6:45 am MRI that week. I had to wait well over one hour. Finally they saw me after 8am.The facility is not hygienically kept up. The service is atrocious. Save yourself the agony and go ANYWHERE but here!

Although I was the only one in line, it took Mike at least 3 minutes to look up and acknowledge that I was there. Then he was short, rude, and disrespectful in nonchalantly telling me that my authorization was not valid and that the appointment had been canceled. I had driven over 30 miles to get this after 5 PM appointment. I provided him with proof that my authorization had been approved by RadNet and that I had been scheduled to be seen in the Murrieta location. He said that the approval came from Fresno and its not acceptable. Evidently they use outside personnel to make appointments and to approve insurance, but then do not communicate with their location. Although I showed written proof from RadNet that everything was approved, he still refused to see me. He did say that he had called to inform me....I found an unidentified number on my phone log, but no message was left. Since this unidentified number was different from my previous communications, I did not answer it. I have a PPO insurance and will be telling all my friends to stay away from this very unprofessional place.

Breastlink 06/05/2024.. I dont recommend this place at all, the Latin receptionist with glasses doesnt want to serve you and did a thousand things for not serving you and doing check-in. I arrived at 2 pm and my appointment is at 3:30 and I was trying to do everything possible so that they wouldnt make me the iltrasound of both breasts I have been driving 1:30 from a distance so that they made my life impossible and they did not want to attend and help me to complete the ultrasound and what is urgent is that I have surgery scheduled for June 20 and this is really necessary in the end I spoke with the manager and If they performed the ultrasound later I was so upset ! Finally am chek-in, bad bad service, and they have bad attitude no matter what, they supposedly they need to revive all clients with a good attitude and smile !

Seeing the reviews made me nervous but I could not have had a better experience with my MRI here. Lilly could not have been more kind and sympathetic to my pain she took my papers and payment to and from where I was sitting in the waiting room. The Technologist that came to get me and bring me back to the changing room was a very kind woman who explained everything I just wish I had her name to give her credit. Alex was the Technologist that actually did my scans and he was so kind and patient with me. Just all around very caring and sympathetic staff here. Thanks again. Im very grateful for your help.

This is my first time transitioning from Moore’s Cancer Center at UCSD Medical Center in La Jolla due to network changes with my Medicare Advantage Plan. I have needed 25 or more MRIs of my brain over the course of my life with a non curable type of brain cancer starting in 2006. So I have high expectations and more than usual experience with the process. I am impressed and happy with my choice of this Imaging location and center.All went smooth. I had no issues from scheduling through online questionnaires, checking in, and the scan (MRI of Brain with and without IV contrast). Each point of contact with personnel was outstanding. The MRI Technician was knowledgeable and inquired about any additional information he needed such as my cranial “Skull” implant. IV placed very well, including no discomfort, infusion of contrast smooth and easy, no residual bruise or mark immediately or next morning.••• A+ Grade from this customer/client newly transitioned to Temecula Imaging Services on Medical Center Drive.

I came in this morning @6:20 my time is 6:45. The front staff ask for my ID and name she was pleasant. It was the quickest questionnaires told her. Then waited for only couple of minutes. Another staffers called me in asked few questions and showed mw the locker to lock my purse. Then she walked me into the MRI room and was greeted by the technician, she was polite . At first I saw that apparatus was positioned for the right knee imaging. I positioned myself so she can care for my left knee That was the Drs order. She was confused and did not understand why at first . I was confused as well. Told her laying down that the order was left knee on their form was right knee. This is when the night mare starts, came in the staffers that took me into the room and said while I’m laying down on the imaging bed that it was the right knee. Adamantly that my Drs order is right knee. Told her must be a mistake because I don’t have a problem with my right the problem was my left. She insisted on doing the right knee because that was in the paper on their papers and insisting that she did not write the form and that was my Drs order. When she was arguing the tech just standing there quitely while the other is argumentative. Told her I won’t give you my right knee, I have no problem with it . I got up and suggested to her to give me a minute to call my husband to take a photo of my original order which I left on the kitchen counter. My husband then took a screen shots and showed it to the staffer that was argumentative to me. She looked at it and did say if she can borrow my phone and showed the Drs order which is clearly circled LEFT to the front desk.She came back with my phone in hand and said, you’ll get a text with a link and send that photo to the link which I did. Now we proceed with the technician and btw she was pleasant and just needed more accuracy because she put me in the tube and after a few mins of torture she pulled me back out saying that she needed to reposition my knee correctly 😩. Btw needed more help with headphones because that little ear plugs is not of help at all.Few minutes later I was done she still pleasant and thanked her and walked towards the exit. I was waiting for the other staffer to apologize and take initiative but to no avail. This time there were more people waiting and I waited to speak to the front desk. I told her the incident inside she just straight face, showed her the Drs order that says LEfT, show no emotion. I made it clear that “We are the patients here” And mistakes like that should not happen. And I hear NO apologies.. pin drop. And walked out the door. May 3 2024.

To start, the ladies at front desk and the one doing my mammogram was great. And then you get to the back. Appointment was at 9:30-I got there at 9:15 as they asked. Waited for an hour total. There many ladies in the back, many of whom looked like they were being treated for cancer. The staff in the back carried on down the hall and walking back and forth, in a loud and unprofessional manner with eachother. I was shocked. Times have apparently changed in the medical profession as well and I am not one to usually complain but it was terrible- the way they were speaking about their personal lives, the job, and even the patients! Talking about how someone’s face “turned gray” during a procedure. These procedures to screen for breast cancer puts everyone on a little bit of an anxious mode anyways, then you have cancer patients themselves sitting there while they are acting unprofessional and loud. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. I will never ever come back here again to get a mammogram.

Arrived early for my appt. The person with the appt before me arrived 20 minutes late but was still taken ahead of me. The TV in the waiting room plays an annoying loop of imaging that is done to evaluate different types of cancer- not a reassuring video for patients waiting for a procedure. Why not play meditation loops or quiet music? Simply advertising for their services. Was taken back 1 hr after scheduled appt and various MRIs took an hour and a half! Also as always they make you sign a Medicare form advising the tests may not be covered. Suggest they notify you before you show up so you can check with Dr re: regarding medical necessity of tests. Note this is for Murrieta location not Temecula

The staff was extremely nice and professional but I wasnt aware that the person in training was actually gonna do the needle part i thought she was just gonna watch. I wish i would have been asked for consent that the person was gonna do the procedure. I am not happy she caused me so much pain it took her 4 times to get the needle right in my hip for contrast. It agrevated my hip so bad that I have worked for months in PT to be able to walk right. Left limping and hurting so bad and exhaughsted from the pain I had to deal with. So in the future if they tell me someone is training I will refuse to have them do my procedure I will have the experienced personal donit instead. Lessons learned and Great cost to me ….

They rescheduled my ultrasound due to their negligence of not telling me I was supposed to fast for 6-8hrs. Now I have to wait 20 more days to have my ultrasound done. Negative stars is what I would give this company. I was given the run around for months. I was actually called by TVI to schedule an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment at the San Jacinto location, I was told that my doctor submitted the authorization to the wrong insurance company for approval, after arguing with the rep, i was told the authorization expired, after explaining that was not possible, i was told i had already used the order. Gas was over $5.50 a gallon at this time and I was furious. I called and left a message for the office manager who never returned my call. I was called two weeks later again to schedule this appointment. I asked the rep to make sure there was a valid, current authorization before I wasted more time and gas going to another appointment. I showed up to the second appointment where I had to drive 45 minutes to get to and literally the same thing... your authorization has expired. I called and called to get a supervisor and days went past with no return call. I ended up getting hospitalized and numerous other tests were being ordered. I got copies of the orders and authorization from the doctor, I called to make the appointments and a appointment scheduler took it upon herself to call my doctor to advise her of the test I should be getting. Now Im on the phone explaining my medical issues to a freaking scheduler just to get a freaking appointment. This took hours of going back and forth with a non-doctor. I finally got a chance to speak with a supervisor. I explained my frustration. I should be able to make an appointment without having a scheduler question me or my doctors order. I shouldnt have to explain why Im not having certain test done to a scheduler. After days of this I finally was scheduled for the tests/images. I had the last of 5 imaging appointments 12/1/2023 where the office staff tried to get me to sign forms for images I was not having. During the actual imaging appointment, I was told by the technician that my breathing was causing too much movement and I needed to take shallow breaths. Im not going to be stuffed inside this machine sipping on air. This company is the worst. How they got a monopoly on the imaging market is criminal. They dont have competent staff and they treat patients horrible. They wasted so much of my time and money driving around trying hard to get the necessary images for my doctor to make a proper diagnosis. Getting access to health care should not be this hard. All the barriers that this company put in my path makes no sense at all. So I would actually give negative stars -5 would be what I would give this company.

I arrived for my appointment at 5:45am and the first issue I had was the parking lot being so dark! Im sure thats an issue for the owner of the parking lot. The other issue was several people in the waiting room were coughing excessively without covering their mouths or having consideration for others in the room; especially the elderly. If your congested, sick or constantly coughing like your going to hack up a lung; please be considerate of others who may have respiratory problems. I myself have COPD and I did ask for a mask 😷 right when I was checking in because three people kept coughing constantly into the air. Yes, we are all there for CT scans, MRI, or 🩻 x-rays but we should always think of others; so as not to spread infections that we might have to anyone else. I was there for a lung CT scan for cancer screening and my immune system is compromised right now and very weak. I was more concerned with the elderly women in there, who dont need the risk of unnecessary illnesses brought upon them. (Common sense and common courtesy goes a long way.) No, this isnt a complaining session. I did wish everybody a blessed day and I pray for everybody while I was there. Please wear a mask if you are sick or cough into your sleeve, jacket, etc... The 2 ladies who helped me were so helpful. I told the man with red hair and a beard I was cold. He was rude and condescending. Finally the X-ray tech brought me a warm blanket. I didn’t even have to ask her for one. The man was very intimidating which caused me anxiety.He had no bedside manner. I didn’t even want to look at him.

My CT appointment was at 8:30 with instructions to be in the office an hour early. Check in was brief and cups of prep were provided with appropriate directions. At precisely 8:30 I was taken in by the tech and the procedure accomplished with a minimum of discomfort.I was home in south Temecula before 9:00.Great experience.

The technicians were very nice, but they just took way too long. We showed up at 6:50 and did not leave until 9:10. When my son went back he was told he needed to either reschedule or wait thirty mins to go on a different machine. He told the tech he needed to ask me as I was his ride that day. Then the tech told the receptionist that we had to reschedule and I had to put my foot down and tell him no! We waited to have him go back in and waited for the procedure to be done. You guys either need to get faster equipment or faster techs because waiting that long for an mri is not acceptable at all! Also don’t tell people to reschedule as if it’s no big deal. It took effort to get there and to wait around so that’s not good service. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service and poor time management.

Today’s entire experience went as all appointments should go! Online paperwork, check in went smoothly, just s couple minutes to make sure nothing was missed. The person behind the reception desk was delightful, with professionalism. I was asked to hace a seat in the lobby and before I could pull out my phone, I was called back for my exam. I was given precise directions with explanation and attention to my concerns, and questions with patience, knowledge, and guidance! The reason for 4 stars and not 5, is bc this needs to be the experience consistently.

I walked in and checked in and the reception isn’t was very polite. Called my name within 10min. It only took about 10 min to do X-rays and I was done ! Very nice office and waiting room !
