Very experienced sellers. This is where I get my helmet & my sons. They have great prices as well and are very honest with their sales. You cant go wrong with their prices as well. I had a great experience with my recent purchase at Temecula Motorsports. Their showroom is filled with an extensive selection of motorcycles. I dropped in while in the area after spotting an advert for a rebate on a bike I was interested in, and everything turned out to be just as promised, with no hidden catches or sales gimmicks. They offered a nice discount on gear with the bike purchase, and treated credit card payments the same as cash. Danny and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and helpful. They excelled at preparing and loading the bike onto my truck, even taking extra time to help secure it properly despite the store being very busy on a Sunday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will certainly be returning.

Great service and very friendly people. I recently purchased a new dirt bike from them and the process moved very smooth and quick. These guys sold me the wrong vehicle. Somehow they messed up the VIN on the paperwork, as you can see from my photo the sales guy David helped me even load it up after I bought it. What frustrates me about this entire transaction is, I took time and planned to come here to make this purchase when I had the time to do so. After everything was said and done, I already owned the vehicle for over a month, and had put thousands of $$ in upgrades into it already - the sales guy David texts me randomly and asks for a picture of the VIN on my vehicle. Which I thought was weird since they should have that info and not sure why he was bothering me on a weekend for info they should have. It threw a red flag for me. Then when I was hesitant and asked why, I finally got told they were going to have to swap my car because they sold me the wrong one they could come pick up the one I have. Seriously?! Then he asks me if they had delivered the vehicle to me or I took it home that day because he doesn’t know how it happened. I was immediately pissed off as he personally helped me load the thing on my trailer, so the fact that it was only a month ago and such a major mistake happened and he didn’t remember helping me with it was the last straw. Now i’ve had this guy Nick the sales manager from over here pestering me to come sign a paper when it was not my problem to begin with. I’m busy, not around the corner from these guys, and had chosen to do business here for a reason. I truly regret it and wish I had just bought elsewhere at this point. The icing on the cake was offering me a gift card for my inconvenience. I have given Nick multiple opportunities to meet at a location that works for me to sign the paper on their mistake, and instead he chooses to respond when it’s convenient for him on the weekend. At this point they have wasted so much of my time, and I don’t even know if I got a new car that was the one I was promised so there may be further ramifications. Save yourself the trouble and go by a toy elsewhere. My trailer I bought at the same time here also has a blown light. Just more time i’d have to take out of my already busy schedule to try and get things right when they should be in the first place.

We had a great experience with Danny Gonzalez. He was extremely pleasant to work with and he explained everything we needed to know about the boat I was buying. He also showed me the financial info that we for the purchase. Filled out all the paperwork and got us ready to go pretty quickly. Then when Yamaha financial got into the mix, everything slowed down. They had called us for verification, but the phone never rang. When we tried calling the phone number back, everything went sideways. I got through to them, got transferred and was hung up on by the personal I was speaking to. I even told them I was trying to purchase a boat, but still got hung up on. Finally after my 4th time I had had it. Luckily there was a Yamaha representative there, at the time. He then called in and we finally got approval. Everything after that went really smooth and was great. And we were able to get out of the dealership. We will pick up our boat in a few days.Thanks again Danny.

Had a great experience at Temecula Motorsports. Our salesman, Matt Barr, diligently worked with us for months trying to find us the perfect UTV for our needs. He had excellent follow-through and communication skills. We found the whole team to be friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the wonderful guys that delivered the vehicle and then picked it up again a week later to install the new accessories we ordered. They installed it quickly and returned the vehicle the same day. They were very friendly and well informed about the vehicle. Took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Great job!

False advertisement of “Sales” prices, denoted on the orange paper below price sheet, on almost all of their inventory shows you they believe their customers are idiots. Salesman did his best to say anything that would make it sound legit. Your hard earned money should go to a business that is upfront and honest with how they do business.

Nov 11, 2023: Needed new shoes for my bike. If you drive the bike in, its ~$150 labor for them to swap both tires, but if you bring the wheels in yourself, and buy their tires its $20 per tire, which is a better deal than anywhere else in the area which is a plus since Cycle Gear down the street is $25/tire and you have to bring them in off the bike as well. Took my tires in for a swap and got my wheels back with 4-5 chip marks on the rims. I dont know if it was a tech or the machine but my wheels are no longer pristine. Theyre about 2-3mm each, but I dont remember requesting damage to my motorcycle when I requested a tire change. Not satisfied with what I received back. Will not be returning to their service department.

Hands down one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Tried multiple dealers even big name ones and not one could come close to the deal I got with Eric at Temecula Motorsports. Other dealers told me it was impossible and practically laughed in my face saying the price they had was the best I’d be lucky to find. After finding the car online and exchanging a few texts with Eric we had a deal and $3k less than anyone else. 10/10 recommend for any power sports purchase and Eric was a breeze to deal with. We’ll definitely be back and earned a life long customer. Did I mention I’m 2 hours away and that it was 100% worth the drive? I was skeptical E-Mailing a dealer about a sale on a new RZR Pro XP expecting unrealistic conditions and exceptions. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Eric was patient and truthful in every way! I E-Mailed him on Saturday made the deal and Sunday picked up my new RZR for exactly what we discussed! He had it waiting in back. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. The vibe of the staff was so pleasant I bought accessories I’d planned on buying at a later date, the parts staff was just as good as Eric granting me a 10% discount buying the same day. I’m very pleased with my transition and the sale. I’ve already bragged to family and friends about Temecula Motorsports.

Was going back and fourth with a dealer on my new purchase and this shop is alittle out from where I live so I decided to give them a call and see if they can give me a better offer on the bike I wanted. After alittle talking they agreed on it but still didnt end up driving out since the dealer I was talking to at first just gave it to me alittle over from these guys. I recently was in the market for new paddle tires and rims on my side x side and started my initial search at another dealership that was much closer to my house. That dealership couldn’t find the tires that I liked in stock and they tried to pressure me into another set, that they did have in stock, but didn’t fit my driving style. After visiting several other dealerships and getting a similar experience at all of them, I made the hour long trek out to Temecula and thankfully Jason was working. He took the time to get me the tires and rims that I wanted, ensured they would be delivered in time for my upcoming trip, beat every price I could find online, and got them mounted in record time so I didn’t have to make an extra trip back to pick them up. Was super nervous walking in to buy my first motorcycle. Had no experience, and thought I was gonna walk in to someone pushing me to buy something i didnt need. I was wrong!!! Stay way from this service department. Mike the service manager turned down my bike 10/07/23 for repair because its apparently 10 years old. When you call for a service appointment they typically tell you they are 60 days out to even look at your motorsport. My 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700 motorcycle is in mint condition and is always garaged and serviced, ridden maybe twice a month and i have only had it serviced at Temecula motorsports since i bought it from the dealership. Currently my motorcycle is stuck in a parking lot off Rancho California Temecula where i live with a ECU fuse blown. When i try to replace the fuse it keeps blowing so thats why i called to see if i could tow it in for them to look at it. They are the only mechanics to ever work on my bike since i have owned and now thats its passed their apparent 10 year cut off policy they wont even help me out. The sad part is i had no problem paying for the costs of the repair they just said NO we can’t help you take it to some random dealership. I would stay away from this dealership in general. I have lived in Temecula 20 years and they are the only service center i ever felt comfortable taking my motorcycle to because they a Kawasaki trained. In 2021 Temecula motorsports replaced the transmission, clutch and battery and it took them almost 6 months to fix it. Poor customer service. Why would i take my motorcycle to any other service center that is not factory authorized to work on Kawasaki. Also if you plan on buying something new from this dealership and if your motorsport breaks down plan on waiting for a long period of time to have the repairs completed. This dealership and service center obviously has outgrown the community of Temecula and its demand for service and they can not even help their loyal customers.

The sale was very easy as I knew what I wanted and at what price everything was good. I was told the the Bike will be delivered after it was cleaned and serviced with a full tank of Gas. I dont want to blame anyone in particular as I dont know who was suppose to do what? Otherwise everything looks fine just my first day. If there are any changes will try and modify and remarks. This is not to create a bad impression but a precautionary measure for other buyers for what to expect. Wish all a very Happy and Safe ride. :)

I have never had a experience as bad as going to Temecula Motorsports in all my years of shopping. They violated California Business and Professions Code 17500, and I will be forwarding all of the information to California consumer protection agency.My familys story begins as most do. We were online looking at side by sides and saw Temeculas ad for their rzr pro premium that was discounted. I called in and spoke with their sales rep and asked him several questions about the final cost of the unit and reviewed the options on that stock number did come with the polaris stereo and fox shocks ride control system. I received a call back confirming that the unit did infact have the options that were shown in the pictures. My wife and I spoke about it and decided that this is the RZR we would like to purchase. We followed the sales persons instructions and I filled out a credit app (Ding on my credit) and got the approval for the rzr. The next day we packed up the kids and were all extremely excited to go pickup the family buggy that we had wanted to get for quite some time.. we even brought grandma! After driving about an hour and half from San Diego, taking time off work and grabbing our trailer we arrived at what we thought would be a great moment of grabbing our buggy. We all walked into the store excited and saw the helmets and gear and took a slight detour to buy gear for the entire family before going over to the sales side. We purchased helmets and a few accessories for the family in excitement... After purchasing the safety gear we went over to the buggy side and met with our sales person to wrap up the deal. He took copies of my IDs and had me sign a few papers in regards to the deal. Everything seemed normal until he asked me to head into financing and I asked him I would like to see the rzr first. After a few questions to the sales managers they said the buggy was located next door at their warehouse. We followed the sales person over to the warehouse and to our disbeilf the rzr pro they were assembling had none of the options we specifically had asked about. After a long song and dance management said their internet guy had posted the wrong information and pictures of the unit we committed to buy and the unit we wanted was actually 4,000dlls more. Shocked beyond belief that businesses still practice bait and switch and have the audacity to run peoples credit and setup a deal knowing it isnt the correct RZR. I can only imagine if we hadnt asked to see the unit before signing what would have happened. Would I own a unit that we didnt want? In what should have been a great experience and a fun time for our family, turned into grief and a upsetting time. We returned all the gear we purchased and a roof for the RZR and will never refer anyone to Temecula motorsports.And to anyone Reading this, save yourself money, time and anguish and head down to Motorworld in El Cajon. My fiancé had been itching to get a RZR or Can-Am, we went in just to “look” at what was out there and what options were available due to the limited inventory in the market. Mat took excellent care of us. In our experience when you tell a sales guy you’re just looking and aren’t ready to pull the trigger yet, they lose interest and the quality of service diminishes. Not Mat, he was helpful and enthusiastic throughout our entire visit. Needless to say, as a result of the excellent service he provided, my fiancé ended up being the new owner of a RZR Turbo R 4 Ultimate. Had a great experience with this powersport retailers Service Department.I service most of my powersport toys myself, but unfortunately find myself lacking the proper tools or parts needed.I had battled the task of putting a paddle tire on my rear dirt bike rim for a good hour or two in my garage. I had gone initially to finance a 2022 Vulcan 650 S and was informed when I arrived that it had sold and I initially was like Its no problem let me leave my name and number so they could get back to me. I ended up waiting like a month or month and a half and didnt receive anything in that time and only ended up seeing a 2023 Vulcan 650 S on their website and so I went on a Saturday to see if I could get it and the only reason I didnt was I didnt have a cosigner cause I didnt have a credit score. So I left to go find someone to cosign and found one literally a day later and texted them to give me another day and would be there on Monday, only for them to tell me that it was sold right after I left them on Saturday. On the other hand they are quite polite. Overall keep your business to either quick purchases or quick financing or they will leap frog.

Dec 22, 2023 (review of Service):The staff here is absolutely amazing and honest, especially, Jason. I am so lucky to have a local, neighborhood dealer that I can trust. They will remain my go-to place for all things motorcycle, sales or service.Long story: One of the exhaust studs broke off inside the cylinder head of my motorcycle. In an attempt to extract it, I broke off an EZ-out in there as well. Then broke 2 drill bits trying to get the EZ-out, out.Spent back-breaking hours over 2 days with left hand bits and a Dremel to grind it out. The odd angle of the stud, made it frustratingly difficult.One call to Jason at Temecula Motorsports and he assured me they will take care of it. He said they would start with an hour of labor and take it from there. He informed me of the risk of damaging the head in the process. I was desperate and very concerned about the cost but fingers crossed, brought the bike in for repair anyway. There was no firm estimate on how long it would take them, which I also understood.I dropped it on a Friday and picked it up the following Friday. 3 days were just waiting for a part to arrive. They only charged me for the one hour of labor they had originally quoted, even though it took them 4. They also used a time-sert to repair the threads that were damaged in the process - no charge!!For as long as this honesty and quality of service continues, I will definitely remain as one of their many loyal customers.Earlier review on Sales from when I bought the motorcycle in 2016:Jeremy was an awesome person to deal with. No hassles and hardly any waiting time. We were purchasing a new motorcycle and were in and out within an hour, at the most. I dont know why but my review that I wrote initially was deleted.I went to Temecula Motorsports in August 2019 to buy a motorcycle. The salespeople were nice and all was good. Less than one week after I bought the motorcycle I decided to cancel the extended warranty since it was over half the price of the motorcycle. Since then Ive been dealing with the finance manager and had to call 5 times and drive for 50min 6 times to try and get answers on when Im getting my refund. I was patient and only called once every other month or so. After this last time though I talked to someone else about the situation and they said there was nothing they could do.Update: After writing the initial review they were very quick to try and resolve the issue. In doing this they made a huge mistake that makes me lose all trust in this company. They created a group email that included me and about 5 other people. I. This email they shared personal information about me to everyone (SSN, address DOB, etc.). That is now how you should treat sensitive data like that. Im a computer science major and its very easy to grab data sent through email.

I live 2 hours away from Temecula Motorsports. I had options to do business with other dealerships that were much closer but they did not give me the warm and fuzzy where I felt comfortable, much less compelled to go there after interacting with their representatives on the phone. It was a much different story with Chris Peck here at TM. From initial contact until the papers were signed, he was attentive to my concerns, questions without being overbearing yet keeping me up to date on my order throughout the several months that it took for my boat to come in. One of my biggest concerns was getting a thorough walk through of the new boat that I was not entirely familiar with. Immediately he put me at ease and reassured me that he was going to make sure that i got the information that I needed. He even took it a step further and volunteered to take it out on the water with me to ensure that I had real-time and hands on instructions. I was floored and very thankful that he made himself available to enhance my experience. This gentleman went out of his way and came in on his day off to do that. I am really glad I decided to give this company a try.First, their service department was great. Nathan who helped me was very friendly and upfront with pricing. It was nice to be given all the options and the price for each. I have been to other dealerships where this is not the case and it is infuriating. I ended up adding an additional service that could have been done at a later time due to how well I was treated.While I was waiting for my bike, I wondered around the parts department and within a few minutes was greeted by Kyle. He answered my questions about tank bags/pants and didnt try to push or up sell any items. The message I took away from our conversation was here are the pros/cons for different brands and pick what you think will be a good fit for you. Because of this, I purchased both a tank bag and riding pants. I decided to buy locally from Temecula Motorsports instead of online (which might have been a little cheaper) because I was treated well and didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.TLDR: Great customer service (both service and parts). Employees were knowledgeable and upfront. Never felt pressured to buy anything or upgrade to a more expensive option. By far, the most hassle free purchase I’ve made! Since I purchased the bike rather than financed it, everything was quick and hassle free. Prior to coming to the dealership, I called Chris from the sales department to get an estimate on the out the door price. He had no problem giving me an estimate over the phone. I called about 3-4 mores times with other questions about the pricing. He was able to answer the phone every time. The entire staff was pretty easy going, approachable, and still professional. Only small disappointment was that they weren’t able to budge on their dealer markup fee. Business is business so it’s understandable. Overall, excellent customer service! I’d definitely recommend doing business with this dealer.

I had a service done here because I heard that they were one of the best dealers. I drove and hour to come here and they completely messed up my first service. There was oil all over the bike (did not even try to keep it clean or clean it up), there were burn spots on the bike from some sort of chemical, and to top it off they over filled my bike up with a quart and a half of extra oil which is extremely bad for the motor. So, I had to go to a different dealership to get their mistake fixed which is extremely disappointing. When I called to get a refund (rightfully so) they said that they can only give me 60 bucks from the almost $300 that I paid. If it was a small mistake, I would not have minded and taken the 60 buck and have been a returning customer, but this is not a small deal and they brushed it off as it was my fault. Not happy with this horrible service and dealership.

Went to Temecula Motorsports, looking to buy a motorcycle.I was shown the 600-750s but when I told them I just wanted a 400 for my commute I was completely discouraged by the salesman saying that a new 2022 bike will burn oil and that I’ll have to fill it with oil daily, I was told the bike wouldn’t last 6months along with other negative comments on purchasing the bike. I purchased the 400 anyways and has been a great and reliable bike for me. Just be aware on the customer service here. Know what you are buying and don’t rely on accurate information here if you do plan on purchasing here. Definitely won’t be coming back.
