I had to get a family member from Temecula to San Diego. I was able to line it all up from where I live in Colorado. They were super easy to work with setting up the shuttle. Because I paid and it was for another person. They group texted the day before to confirm. Then another text about 30min before the pick up. I was able to keep track of everything. They got to the airport on time. I would definitely use them again!

They are pricy, but the service was great. The driver gave us his expected travel time and we reached San Diego Airport without a hitch. Will use them again. Very good service. Good vehicle, clean. So its worth the cost for great efficient service.

Once again, Temecula Air Shuttles service was impeccable. When we need to travel between San Diego and Temecula we wouldnt even briefly consider anyone else. The drivers are incredible this time we were courteously and professionally taken care by George and Eddie. With TAS you never have to worry about your transportation.

Temecula Air Shuttle is fantastic! They pick you up promptly, and their communication and customer service with you is top notch! My driver, Jim, was very personable and the ride to the San Diego Airport was very pleasant and on time. I have used their shuttle 4 times to and from Temecula, and each time was a great experience. Fabulous service recently from Menifee to San Diego airport (and return). Both drivers were courteous and had excellent driving (which is important, especailly because of rain on both trips).The drivers know exactly where to go at the airport.My stress level was low because I knew everything would go smoothly based on my my elderly moms experiences with the service each year to travel to and from the San Diego airport too.I happen to have some mild special needs, so paying extra for an SUV was a very helpful add-on in my situation.Thanks for everything!

After being let down by other companies in the past was a little apprehensive as what to expect when booking with Temecula Air Shuttle. Couldnt have asked for more. The office communicated very well with regards to pick up times. Eddie and Mike both excellent drivers who arrived on time and were very pleasant. Eddie, who waited for my niece arriving at LAX communicated with me whilst she was stuck in Customs and Immigration and made it very easy for her to locate him once she was through. Will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend. Excellent service.

Great service, fair price, and extremely helpful. Temecula Air Shuttle moved our family of 7 and a dog with 22 checked bags and 12 carry on from LAX to Temecula. Pickup was right on time at the right spot and the driving was superb. Tom helped us load and secure out bags for the trip and unload them at the hotel. He had food and snacks ready in the van and even offered to stop at a store my wife was talking about not being able to wait to shop at. A few days after our trip, Tom reached out with a very kind text to see if we needed any help arranging travel for the next leg of our trip. Highly recommend this crew, especially Tom!

I cannot recommend Temecula Air Shuttle Highly enough. On short notice, I was helping my 80+ year old parents obtain transportation From John Wayne to Bonsall and back. I tried a couple of shuttle services, but they were either out of business or booked. Thankfully, I reached Erin by phone, and she was able to set up the entire trip quickly and efficiently.My parents had nothing but praise for their drivers Donald and George. Temecula Air Shuttle was the only company willing to provide transportation to Ontario Airport on Christmas morning and pick us up on our return flight with out charging us outrageous fees.Our drivers, Jim and George were outstanding. First time using the Shuttle. It was great. The driver was on time at the airport, he monitored my flight texted me when I landed and reminded me where to meet him. It was a comfortable ride and the driver was very cordial and pleasant. The same for the return ride back to the airport. I originally started to rent a car and drive to Temecula. Im so glad I didnt. I made reservations on Mar 1, for a 1500 pickup on 03/22.From the time of the reservation there was continual excellent communication from the company with confirmations and updates.The driver, Mark, texted at 1300 that he would be here around 1500. The ride showed up at 1459, he helped with the luggage, and it was an amazingly comfortable ride to San Diego.The cost is about the same as a one-way Hertz rental without the hassle of a car return.An extremely easy company to work with. The drivers were very nice and polite and helpful. She felt very well taken care of throughout the trip there and the trip back. Weve been consistent customers of Temecula Airport Shuttle to and from both San Diego and Los Angeles. Drivers are always communicative prior to pick-up, on-time, personable and professional. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. We appreciate the water and snacks available. If anything could have gone wrong it would have been on our last trip coming in to LAX from overseas. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, the plane had to park on the outskirts of the airport and shuttle us to baggage claim, and it was rush hour, But, once we landed and I checked my phone there was the text we have come to expect letting us know to text back when we were out on the curb, and our driver would meet us. And there she was. Wonderful company. Recommend them highly.

They were 5 stars all the way with a text confirming the day before letting me know driver and time of pickup. Six of us took shuttles to and from LAX to and from North County San Diego. Upon booking, I was impressed with the operators quick reference of our flight and pricing information. Before our rides, we had confirmation communications via email and text, and then the drivers contacted us when they were on their way. I am lost of words with how this company does business. They called me up to add a surcharge to my current ride I booked due to being 1-2 mile outside of the Temecula zone. Right then I felt like this wouldn’t be the only surcharge I would get. The company lost my business being a first time Customer. I then called Go Fly Airport and right away they helped me and they were even lower by a few dollars. This is my first time using Temecula Air Shuttle. Customer service has been phenomenal! The van is very comfortable and includes phone chargers, water, it’s climate controlled and has WiFi. Ezra and Roger were our drivers. Both were very nice, on time and couldn’t be more helpful. They text you when they are a couple minutes away and confirm your reservations the day before. I was picked up at 3:45 am by Jim at my home and dropped off on time for my 6 am flight. I returned back to the San Diego the same day after a very fantastic day of business in another state. Used Temecula Air Shuttle from SAN to Pechanga for trade show. Our arriving flight was late, however TAS was completely on top of it and had a driver there for our late arrival. On return flight was very early in the morning. We needed a 3:30 AM pickup. Once again TAS was amazing, they texted as 3:10 to confirm that they would pick us up at 3:30. I always felt they were there for us. The communication about our delayed flight an early pick up were so on point. Wouldnt use anyone else in San Diego.

I have used Temecula Air Shuttle from the Fallbrook Park & Ride to San Diego Airport a few times with excellent experiences. However, for a recent extended trip overseas, my husband and I used their private door-to-door service because we didnt want to leave a car in the Park & Ride or at the airport parking lot. It was really a wonderful experience, especially coming home. Our last flight was delayed by over two hours. Our driver, Crystal, kept tabs on the flight and was right there to pick us up when we arrived back at San Diego at midnight. Such a relief and so appreciated.

Fortunately, a friend told me about the Temecula Air Shuttle Service when I mentioned my upcoming travel plans. With this service, Jeff only had to get me to the pick up point in Temecula, after which, I had a stress free trip to the San Diego Airport terminal. 2 weeks later when I returned, I was picked up promptly right outside the baggage claim area and dropped off in Temecula at the 7-Eleven parking lot on Bedford Ct and 79. (This is a temporary point until the park and ride across 79 is finished.) Ezra was my driver both directions and is a friendly, safe driver. Both vans were very clean. The people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. They track your return flight to predict possible scheduling conflicts when they pick you up at the airport, eliminating the stress of possible flight delays. Jeff didnt have to take time off work to accommodate my trip. I highly recommend the Temecula Air Shuttle Service.

1ST time using the shuttle and not my last. I was in town for a conference and came in a day early to visit my brother in Temecula as a surprise. Initially I was so stressed on looking up car rental, insurance and did I have enough to cover the deposit. Then I was stressed on mapping the drive from San Diego to Temecula and driving alone with bad GPS skills made it worse. Needless to say the Shuttle page popped up and it was a Ah ha moment. I emailed them with my request on arrival day and time, address I was going to and could they return me to San Diego but to the Hilton @ Mission Bay. Once Erin replied that they could and would accommodate me I was so impressed that I immediately booked the shuttle. My arrival was 15 minutes before the 10am pick up so I hurried to the spot and texted Erin to see if I missed it or if they were still around. Deanna was on her way and I made that pick up time. I like that they text and email to see if you are on time and or need anything. The Vans are clean, the drivers have great personalities and the drive was enjoyable. Great Pick up spot right outside the airport doors (Zone S) I was dropped and picked up in front of my brothers - added bonus. Pete was my driver on the way back and he was just so nice and courteous.

The online reservation & pay was easy. The office confirmed pickup as well as the driver. Excellent service and pleasant driver (Elliott). We talked from Temecula to San Diego Airport. He was safe. There was just a little confusion on the actual pickup spot on Winchester. We were standing in front of the Park/Ride sign, the driver actually passed us and stopped in the curve (nothing major). I hope the rate doesnt increase anytime soon. Thank you for your service.

Flawless and good communication. My wife worked with Erin to get a very early Sunday shuttle (4am) to San Diego airport and from the get go everything was great. She was prompt on her email replies, thorough and informative. Then we received texts the day before and morning of from Don, our driver and again everything was great. This was our first time using Temecula Air Shuttle, but had heard good things from friends that have. WAY BETTER than an unreliable Uber or Lyft. So glad that we were referred to TAS! When needed, we will use them again.

What a great service. Way better than a cab. Everett kept me updated on his location, arrived early at my residence, helped me with my bags, drove quickly and safely, kept a clean van, and even had snacks. I have now experienced two wonderful transports by this excellent shuttle service company, to and from the San Diego airport. Going to the airport, Oliver drove 17 miles south of Temecula to pick me up in the remote area of Aguanga, CA very early in the morning. He arrived early and we quickly drove to a transfer point where he continued onward to another airport and Kate drove the rest of us to SAN airport. They are both very pleasant, personable people and excellent drivers. We had one passenger on board incessantly grumbling that he would be late and gave us the time of this flight. It later proved to be incorrect, he actually had a later flight than he told us. Kate handled his gripping with aplomb and gentle diplomacy.My return trip; Kate picked me up at 10:00 PM and actually had arrived earlier . I was the only passenger for the just over 1 hour drive back to the mountains. I was invited to sit in the front and we had an active and enjoyable time together. So much so that I will invite her to our RV park to see the sights in the daylight. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent service, it is well worth the cost, saves angst and stress in getting there on your own and ransoming your car to park for extended travel. I praise and commend the two brother owners and their drivers for their excellent business to anyone wishing transportation to SAN, LAX or Ontario Airport.

Update: I have now used this service thrice.Pros: Excellent communication through texting, email, phone, etc. They are fairly priced, prompt, courteous, respectful, and helpful. I had a change in my flight time the night before and they worked it out with me for no extra charge. They are SAFE drivers. I would trust them to transport my children without me present, that speaks volumes. They handled my luggage in and out of the shuttle and even take it to my doorstep. They offered me water. Upbeat conversation during the ride, without getting distracted from driving. Theyve even picked me up at almost midnight last night to bring me safely home to my children. Such a lovely family!Cons: Not one I can think of.Improvements: I cant think of a way they can improve upon their service. They made my trips stress free! These guys are exactly what you need if you are looking for door-to-door or common pickup shuttle service from the Temecula valley to San Diego (SAN). So convenient and very comfortable ride! They have snacks and drinks, and headphones that you can borrow during the ride. Once I arrived in Temecula, my ride was still a few minutes away so the driver waited until my ride arrived instead of just dropping me off in the parking lot and leaving. Very sweet of them! We’ve used Temecula Air Shuttle for a few years now. Not only are they more cost efficient compared to Uber and Lyft, but they’re extremely friendly and always on time. However our latest experience tops them all! My husband accidentally drove to the wrong pick up location when my sister came into town. The driver kindly dropped her off at the restaurant we were meeting at so that she wouldn’t have to wait for her ride to arrive much later than planned. I used Temecula Air Shuttle for the first time on Tuesday November 12th, 2019. Im a Canadian (not from Temecula and had never heard of them before). I found them using a Google Search, and saw they had a lot (172) 5 star ratings, so I trusted that. I called after 9pm at night and got a friendly person who accommodated me for the next morning at 7am. I imagine that is not protocol, but I was blessed that they got creative in trying to accommodate me on short notice and they surpassed all expectations! The service was excellent, on-time, friendly, courteous, safe, affordable and they had a cooler with snacks and water! I even made a new friend onboard who became a soul sister, and I can imagine coming back to Temecula to visit her. This was my first adventure with Temecula Air Shuttle and it was one of THE nicest transport experiences I have ever had. The communication from the beginning reservation and thru the return (which had some hiccups due to my flight) were above and beyond what I would expect from a shuttle service. Ezra is an extremely good driver; very professional and punctual and pleasant. Mike, on the return trip, was just as nice and the vans are clean, comfortable with many amenities. I really want to hand it to Edward, the owner, too. Christmas time is the worst time to travel and my flight was delayed yet he stepped up to ensure I would not have to wait for several hours. We recently used the Temecula Air Shuttle over the Christmas holiday. We found the entire operation from the initial call and scheduling of the shuttle to the pick up on the way to the airport and the pick up from the airport to be extremely efficient. Weve used Temecula Air Shuttle on a number of occasions including having family and friends use their services. We find them to be convenient, courteous, punctual and professional. They do strive to offer the best service and keep you informed throughout on driver location, status etc. I once had them offer to send a driver to San Diego to pick up a friend at 10pm on a last minute call even though we should have pre-booked and their other van at the airport was already full. I figured this would have been a loss trip for them and given how often we use them, my conscience wouldnt let me. Weve also used them for a pickup from LAX for an international flight and were quite happy as well that they tracked our flight and proactively contacted us as soon as the flight landed. I have met the owners on occasion, as they do make trips to the airport too, and they are down to earth, hardworking individuals who are genuinely interested in providing good service. In this era of corporate shenanigans, its quite refreshing to have a local small business get it right and offer superior service and value to its customers. We are hooked and will continue to utilize them for our trips to SAN and LAX.

Hello Temecula shuttle, I always had a great ride with you guys until this last time .I had a 3:20am pick up at Murietta and no one arrived !!!! It was an hour before I had a response after calling your line several times.There seemed to be an emergency that happened with one of your drivers. Having to be at San Diego Airport for a 6:45am without a ride in was not a great feeling. As the morning went on I found my flight now cancelled and was rebooked to a 1pm . Your shuttle serviced managed to add me into their next route and get me to my new flight in time. They even came to my residence for pick up but man being in a parking lot at 3:20am without a shuttle in sight and a plane to catch is not a good feelingTemecula Air Shuttle contacted me a week later and made everything more than o.k. First impressions of Temecula Air Shuttle were 5 star. But final impression blew me away. My plane came in a little early and they had been tracking it all the way. Coming from France, I was tired and sleepy and just wanted to get home. Their dad was curbside as soon as I picked up my luggage. They were on time and friendly with reasonable prices. Their vehicle is clean and my MIL said she had a great experience with them. I initially booked one-way home pick up. But then I found out my ride home couldnt so I called the day before returning and within 5 minutes I had my reservation. I was in constant contact from the time I made the reservations till pickup. The staff and drivers were very professional and always had the clients best interest in mind. Even in the midst of a communication error, they were quick to acknowlede their mistake and so accomodating. Their attentiveness to getting me to the airport closer to my flight time, by sending a bus at an hour not posted in the internet, allowed me to attend Mass before my pick up. I had quite a surprise 12/17/2017 when I arrived at my house at 10 PM and could not find my key, and my garage door key pad would not work. Pete was so very helpful with his flashlight, and helping me get my luggage to the front door, and then dropping me off at my friends for an unexpected overnight stay until I could straighten things out in the morning. When I confirmed the SNA airport pick up the day before my flight, they told me to go to Starbucks outside the airport as they do not have the pass to pick up at SNA. When I arranged a trip to SNA for 10:00 AM, they told me the day before my flight that they can only pick me up at 11:00. Not reliable. Webpage falsely claim they pick up at SNA. Do not use if flying into SNA. They will give you a $5 discount if you agree to be picked up at Starbucks which is about half a mile away from the airport. What are the chances of getting a cab in the airport to drive you half a mile away? Just dont, keep looking for other options.
