My iPhone took a turn, cuz, well it’s an iPhone 🤷‍♀️ I also needed to fix my husbands charging port, so off to Walmart to drop off his & over to Best Buy to get a new phone - however, they were able to fix my phone & save my data which haven’t been backed up for awhile. My husbands phone however ? It’s a hilarious story, wrong parts sent etc - but they fixed it & as I reside in Morgan Hill & they were to be closed for Prez day, he delivered it to my Vet on Saturday in Hollister as he lives there & we had an apt Sunday ! Both phones working better than ever - I truly had zero hope for mine & they saved me over a grand if I had to buy a new one - The commitment they have for customer satisfaction is insane and completely out of character these days - Highly recommended for your tech needs

I cant think of any critique for this company. I first went to them to repair my dads broken iPads(both needed new screens), and they worked with me on pricing and I pretty much got the iPads the next day.The second time I went to them was my attempt at putting together a hodgepodge of my three PCs, and Robert was the MVP for that. He took the time to look at the pieces I didnt know, and figure out what would work best together, and.. then it turned out the parts we agreed on were faulty because I had bad parts. He essentially put my original PC back together, and once I had brought him the proper parts he put it together on the spot in two hours and he taught me a thing or two about PC parts and what parts I could start saving up for once Im ready for a proper upgrade with future proofing!And Mike even put Linux on my PC for me!This company is professional, fair, and very kind. This is the place you wanna go to for your repairing needs.
