James came in for a second opinion evaluation for technical support at my office. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate what our office would need to run smoothly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate all of the technical terms in a way that my team and I could immediately understand and follow. He was very honest and genuine. James made me feel like my office and workflow and efficiency were his top priorities. I highly recommend James and his team at TechWorks.

Techworks has been providing IT support for my dental practice consistently for 9 years. i and my team have been very happy with their support and service. Techworks understands the dental business and proactively creates necessary back ups and upgrades so that work is never disrupted. Rarely when out of the ordinary events occur ( such as power outage leading to hardware damage) the team has been quick to respond repair or replace equipment and get us running in no time.
