Sherwin went above and beyond to fix my Google Pixel phone .....I havent had this type of customer service in a very long time. So thankful I took the phone to him! I highly recommend this business folks. Old school level of professionalism.

I crushed my screen (I thought) beyond repair… Sherwin was able to get my phone back as good as new! Beyond grateful that I didn’t need to buy a new phone. I highly recommend Sherwin and his company for your tech needs!

Sherwin Janabian is great. Today he exchanged sim cards between an old phone and a new replacement phone for me, and he declined any payment. Last week he helped my daughter decide to get a new phone after giving her an estimate on fixinge her old screen. Hes very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice, even if it means not buying from him. Very nice guy!

Do not go here. They will trick you into paying for the price of an apple replacement part. While putting a Chinese manufacturerd screen and battery. Recently had my iPhone fixed here, multiple functions do not work. Setting literally tells me they are fake parts. If it was genuine it would not pop up as unrecognized. It lead to multiple other problems while trying to charge me a stupid amount of money. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I knew about TechFix before I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to a different repair place. I recently dropped by phone from a second story and it destroyed the glass. After the first place replaced the glass, the phone still didn’t work. They had my phone for over a week saying it needed a new frame too. I was over it at that point.A friend of mine then said go see Sherwin at TechFix at the Chevron station in Aliso Viejo. Sherwin took my phone found out there was more damage than just the glass. There was so much damage inside, he said it’s best to just get a new phone.This is where the madness began. First off, I couldn’t remember my Apple ID password, so I was locked out. Sherwin was extremely accommodating, as he didn’t want me to be without phone for two weeks, during the Apple wait to restore my password. He took my SIM card and put into a loaner phone for me. Right then, I knew Sherwin was a legit dude.Sherwin backed up my phone just in case Apple wiped it clean due to me forgetting my password and making several attempts to get into my phone. I was super impressed that he did this to save my data.Finally after getting a new iPhone 14 Pro Max, I took it back to Sherwin so he could sync the backup onto it. After a week dealing with Apple and finally getting my access back, Sherwin was able to get my new phone dialed in.I appreciate everything Sherwin did for me. He saved the day!If you need any phone, tablet, or computer repairs, I highly recommend going to see Sherwin at TechFix!

Yesterday my phone charging hub was acting up. I got so frustrated with trying to fix it on my own that I searched for a place near me that fixes iPhone USB charging hubs. I found TechFix online and spoke with Camron. He suggested I head over to his location in Aliso Viejo and he would have a look. I arrived and within a few minutes he had my phone fixed. I found Camron to be as honest, kind and authentic as they come. The customer service was 5 Star, and he now has as customer for life. With the total lack of customer service these days, it was like a breath of fresh air to have been taken care of by Camron. Maybe other businesses should tale customer care classes from Camron. The world would be a better place because of it. Thank you again Camron!

HONEST REVIEW!! I looked at reviews everywhere just like you, and stumbled upon TechFix (thanks to reviews). Not only did the manager/owner (Cameron) answer all of my questions honestly, and acknowledge all of my concerns, I agreed to get my phone fixed. There are a couple locations. I was so grateful to have someone I could trust to fix my phone, AND have a warranty so I didn’t have to come or leave anxiously, if something had gone wrong. It was perfect! Nothing went wrong aside from me needing to get my phone fixed again :) and of course I didn’t even think twice where to go. I was really s stressed about my phone needing to be repaired again, but Cameron is so calm and understanding and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does! Phones are an insanely important part of our lives and money definitely doesn’t grow on trees. I’m really glad I came here, highly and confidently recommend anyone else here, and will surely return (knock on wood if I need it!). It’s a relief to know places like this exist and that it’s not the end of the world if a phone breaks/repairing a phone is almost the cost of buying a new one. You get what you pay for in quality. The screen is a literal Apple quality screen/product. The comfort of going somewhere that cares, thag you can rely on is pretty invaluable! (This review is from an honest customer who’s way clumsier than I want to admit)

I’ve had phone repairs handled by various repair companies in the area and, I must say, not one comes close to displaying the level of professionalism and courteousness you’ll find at TechFix.From the first phone call Cameron truly listened to what I needed and patiently worked with me- all the while providing quality support for my particular phone issue. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and advised on all repair options and costs.He certainly didn’t skip a beat and was very transparent.I am beyond pleased and truly grateful for the service recieved at TechFix. And, from what I’ve seen personally at their location, they provide every customer with the same amount of courtesy, respect, and specialized attention. That’s just how they operate.Thank you Cameron for making the repair experience an enjoyable one.

Cameron and the team are awesome and reasonably priced. Able to fix so many issues (we had phone repairs) A few of my friends have been here as well. Highly recommend!
