I’ve been a customer here since 2020 and Ray has always my trust when it comes to my tech issues. I have brought him a couple of computers. He’s very quick with his services and very knowledgeable. If you have any problems with your tech, he will always do his best to provide you with the best service and won’t let you down. I Highly recommend him

I worked with Ray and Tech Care twice - when my very old PC hard drive needed to data recovery and to recover data from a USB disk on key which I had accidentally deleted. Of course, these situations are very stressful. It was wonderful to work with Ray. Not only was he very calm and professional but he was able to completely recover my data both times - and pricing was reasonable especially considering his time, expertise and effort. While I hope I wont have any future data recovery needs, I can heartily endorse Ray based on my experiences at Tech Care on data recovery!

Skilled and speedy, but most important to me - honest. When he couldn’t complete my requested changes to my laptop (completely on my side, I asked for something that turned out to be literally impossible) he tried every possible avenue and then refused to accept my payment. I will be going to TechCare for all my IT problems and I encourage friends, family, and strangers alike to do the same.

I am so thankful for the service I received here!!!! I accidentally left my external hard drive in the washing machine when I was washing my clothes. As soon as I realized what I had done, I connected my drive to my computer to see if I could access my files. Unfortunately, the drive seemed like it had died. I decided to bring it here and in less than 24hrs. they were able to make my drive work again!!!!! I am so incredibly thankful for their service. Everyone there has such a calming presence too. Thank you so much!!!!

I do not give 5 stars to anyone easily until I am absolutely convinced.However, Reza at TechCare provides exceptional customer service, charges a very nominal fee, and has a very quick turnaround time. My husband and I used his services to get our PCs and iPhones fixed several times.Now he is well-known in the community for his data recovery services too.I would strongly recommend Reza at TechCare for Data Recovery, Mac, PC, and phone repair.

Ray is so helpful and patient. I brought him two dead/broken laptops, one from 2006 and the other from 2016. He managed to extract all of the photos and documents from both hard drives and transfer the data onto an external hard drive for me. He also restored the 2016 HP laptop to full functionality, it is better than new.

There were many pluses to choosing TechCare in Campbell...he was able to get me in very quickly, he saw the problem and gave me the solution, he was able to give me an idea of the cost and came in under the quote, he was quick and I had my computer back in days. He transferred all my data to my new hard drive and then gave me instructions on what I would need to do once I hooked it back up. As an older, not tech savvy person, that part was important to me. It was an all-round good experience for a bad situation.

The SSD drive on my NUC i3 computer running Windows 10 died. I tried the usual repair options but nothing worked, so I took the computer to TechCare on a Thursday. The following Monday, Ray called to say they were able to recover almost all of my important files (note: many of those hadnt even been backed up yet). They recovered my data efficiently while upgrading the SSD drive in the process. I am very pleased with TechCares service. Ray and Reza are thorough, professional, and provide a cost-effective service. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I broke my screen in 2019 on my iphone 7+ and was pleased with the service I received in replacing it at TechCare. Two years later, my screen was cracked (again! Ive got slippery fingers) and my home button wasnt working and my battery health was significantly degraded according to the messages I was getting from my phone. I was about to replace it but first checked in with TechCare to see what would be involved in replacing the screen, battery and home button and Im so happy I did! They fixed it the same day and I saved a bunch of money. My phone feels brand new! Plus repairing my phone means not creating more ewaste so double win!

Great service, great work. I shopped around and this was the most affordable price for any iPhone LCD/screen repair. To my surprise the experience seemed as if it would be something much more expensive. Refer all my friends and family here and everyone has been extremely satisfied.

Wow! I took both our broken iPhones to Tech Care and the gentleman said he could repair them. I took a stroll thru downtown Campbell, stopped at a sandwich shop and before I could take one bite, he called me and said they were done. Very Professional and the pricing was just fine. Highly recommend !!

The person upfront is not good at communicating, He feels offensive when asked any questions related to the issue that you facing. They charging so much to replace the battery of MacBook pro. I won’t recommend them!

Do not take your laptop or anything here!! These 2 Arab guys are crooks especially RAY!! Took my laptop in and they open it up not knowing I can see them from the front through the crack on the door and watched then take parts out and said my laptop has software and mechanical problems.WARNING TO ALL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! VERY UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE!! AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!
