2020-04-24 19:47:22Beware of Techabyte Technology and Security Solutions. Bad company! Our cameras have been out for months and he won’t respond to our calls/emails for help. He has been paid (our system is pretty new) so maybe he’s skipped town or gone out of business. It’s the risk you take when you don’t go with a reputable company like Brinks (we should have listened to our neighbors). Don’t make the same mistake! Security companies are supposed to be considered “essential” but not Techabyte apparently.

2021-07-22 20:29:19Edit: Im not sure if they went out of business or what. Its been a year now with little to no response to calls or emails. Our cameras have issues on and off and the app is terrible. Stuck with the cameras. :(Had Joseph install a full security camera system around our property. Great experience. Will definitely work with them again!
