We had an old intercom system throughout our home by NuTone. During our remodel we didnt know what to do with that system, or if we should even consider keeping the wiring. After a healthy conversation with Tech Together they pointed out that having the wiring was a huge advantage and there are new replacement system. They were able to come in and setup a new intercom system throughout our house in 1 day! We love being able to communicate from room to room and the equipment looks so much nicer than our old system. Called other shops first as they wanted me to drive and drop off my equipment. All of them had a minimum charge of $100 to just look at it and after getting to it theyd reach out with an assessment and estimate. With Tech Together Armen said he will come see the computer system at my home the following day and charge me a flat hourly rate for the time working in my home. His rate was more fair than others as I accepted.Everything digital from computer completely frozen, to home stereo, ms pacman, my security access and more he looked at and fixed in a snap. This guy is clean, kind, professional and a true genius at everything! After immediately diagnosing my computer system problem he rearranged the network to start working again as he took one computer back for a timely reset done on his time. He even redelivered to my house the next day! Who does that? My issue would not have been solved by taking a frozen computer to any shop, the work needed to be done at my home.It’s been 2 months and I had a question about a specific product we added and if I should upgrade it or not. Most firms wouldnt take the time to answer my question let alone remember exactly what they did and help me manage this issue right now on their time. Frugal is my middle name, perfection is my last and Armen killed my expectations and saved me many hours of wasteful driving to drop and pick up equipment, stress and frustration. Get it done now and done right without leaving your home. Armen is the man.

Our computers were stolen from our business. Tech Together made sure they secured all the information that was compromised on those computers. From our Dropbox, FTP accounts, Gmail Accounts, and remote pc access. They did THE SAME DAY we called, almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Tech Together upgraded our entire Dental Office in 1 day! They installed a new server and migrated all of our data from the old server. They also setup 6 new workstations and configured our Dentrix software. The knowledge and speed these guys work with is amazing. When our server goes down so does our business. Thankfully Tech Together shows up the same day, ON TIME! They were able to get us back up and running the same day. I didnt realise the dedicated, hardworking, and very skilled man I had been in contact with was the owner until the job was done, and it goes to show just how much Tech Together cares. We had a computer shut off randomly on its own several times. This was extremely frustrating since that computer was being used to work on CAD files. Tech Together was able to replace the defective CPU fan on site and even recover some of our lost CAD files. Excellent service and professional, knowledgeable, technicians.

Armen ran all of our Cat6 cabling throughout the office. He setup our VoIP phone system with cordless phones and desk phones. He also setup an application on our computers and phones to remotely access our phone system. He configured all of our computers and got Quickbooks setup on our network with multiple users. He even built a mining rig for my son! There isnt anything this man cant do! Very impressed with his skills and professionalism.

After wasting my time and money with other mobile repair guys I contacted Tech Together. They immediately set an appointment at a time convenient for me. They actually showed up on time and prepared. Within an hour they were able to replace the defective hard drive on my laptop with a new solid state hard drive and recover all my data from the old hard drive! No nonsense great service. On site computer repair the way it should be.

He has the best recommendations with whatever budget I’m working with.The main trait I like about him is that he’s honest and to the point. You want something done, he gets it done. Also, he’s very knowledgeable and knows his craft. He thinks outside of the box and executes to perfection.My first try with him was with my laptop. All I needed was for him to make sure all the extra programs that come with a new laptop/computer were gone. Not only did he do that, but he installed additional programs that helped productivity! Above and beyond is an understatement.After finishing up with my laptop, I asked him if he knew anyone that could set up a camera system in my house. He told me he could do it.I trusted him with my camera set up since he did wonders with my laptop. I love everything about Armen Tumanians Tech Together. I have been using Armen to fix all my technical computing issues since 2009. He is amazing. I have never had an issue that he could not fix. Never!!! Literally hundreds of issues. He is always available either in person or for minor issues Remote Support. Usually it takes him under 10 minutes to fix all my issues. However, if a longer time is required, he finds the time. He has literally rebuilt my computer, saving me the expensive of buying a new one. Armen is completely versed in both Microsoft and Apple.
