Been a customer since Feb 2010 (we checked last time I was in)! Helped me with a failing hard drive on my sons gaming computer this time. Steve and his crew are awesome!!! With networking, building, upgrading, remote assisting... computer expert access for those of us without an IT department!

Ive been a customer of Tech Rockstars for years and, as always, they never disappoint. I thought for sure the monitor to my desktop was shot. Hoping it was just a bad cord, I drove over to their shop and spoke with Kevin. We discussed my options and he offered to loaned me a pair to try. Turned out it was a problem with my power cord. Thanks again Tech Rockstars, and yes, you guys do Rock!

Needed my laptop fixed in a hurry. The guys at Tech Rockstars quoted me fair prices for the parts and the labor cost was very reasonable. They made sure they finished in time and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m so happy with my fixed laptop now!

Steve and his team have went above and beyond for our office during our transition. They have not only made our process seamless so that our business can run efficiently but they also took the extra step to be honest and up front with fees. They have always communicated any issues and been open and honest. We have had several issues in past with other companies with fees, response times, or not resolving issue properly but we are very pleased with our decision to choose Tech Rockstars and we highly recommend them to any company. We have used them a couple years now and they remained consistent with the quality of service that they offer.

The shop only had one person working when I brought my laptop in. Although I’ve used their service before the inability to make an appointment makes it tough for emergencies as the 24-72 hour wait time for a diagnostic can be hazardous to a business or someone who works from their device. The flexibility would be nice.

I called Tech Rockstars to get help because my website was down due to a domain name transfer. Somehow I got a hold of the owner. Rather than passing me to someone else, he stopped what he was doing and got my site up in minutes. I really dont know what to say here other than if youre looking for PERSONAL service, this is the spot. Never going anywhere else again.

My computer started to malfunctioning. I checked on line to see why the computer giving BEE BEE noice and tried to clean it. It did not work. So I called a few computer repair shops. One shop owner, who has 5 good reviews, stated that he charges $180-280 for checking it out and repair. Another one said he will charge $80 including diagnoses test and basic repairs. When I called Tech Rockstars, they said “free diagnoses, and we will tell you how much the repair will cost.”I dropped off the computer to Tech Rickstar, Gideon, the tech was very knowledgeable. He explained how they work. Second day when I called, Gideon said they found out what is wrong. The repair will only cost $59 if I want it.I appreciate Gideon’s knowledge and honesty. He is not trying to cheat on the costumer or to over charge. I will be definitely going back to this shop for my future computer needs. 5 Stars!

Brought in my water-damaged Macbook pro, they were unable to repair the device with data recovered. When I tried to pick up the laptop, they told me in my face that they had already recycled my MBP, and NOBODY ever asked for my consent!!! I could not understand why they treat customers property like that, and I will NEVER come again.

Its okay. I doubt the in store technical guy remembered to get back to me, like he said he would, about shipping my Origin computer back to Origin for replacement parts for older models.

Great service even for personal computers. I had an issue with my desktop and they diagnosed it within a couple days. My cpu was faulty and they took it upon themselves to get an rma and deal with all the shipping.

The guys at TechRockstars are just that, Rockstars. Aways friendly informative and flexible I trust no one else with my computer issues both big and small. They never make me feel unwelcome or unintelligent when walking me through what the issues are what they want to do or what they have done and their prices are more than fair. Terrible absolutely terrible. They quoted me to have my ps4 hdmi port to be fixed, they asked for $240. Thats the price of a new ps4.
