Larrys nice however I took my computer to him three times to get fixed (which I was billed quite handsomely for) and at the end of the final time my computer was still broken. Moved and took my computer to another place, and it was diagnosed the first time for FREE. Maybe this business is good for quick fixes but I paid more than a hundred dollars each time for repairs that didnt even work, and the solution was literally just look at the graphics card and see that its physically broken. Just kinda feel ripped off now.

Do NOT offer too much trust here. I took my wifes KindleFire in to repair/replace a cracked screen, yet after a month they hadnt called. So I called them.The person who answered the phone took my call. I asked about the device -- the person who answered said Come in (to pick it up).When I arrived, I walked in and looked around. (Im sorry yet I was shocked and have to say -- imo, this business is either collecting or hording tech artifacts such as pc towers, keyboards, monitors, etc. -- this place is disgusting.) Theres no system to my knowledge. I inquired/asked regarding the device, and they found it (yey - smiles). They handed me the device, the screen was not attached -- it now had a broken clip on the back which prevented any screen to be securely attached. The person I was chatting with then blamed another employee (not present) who was claimed to be inexperienced -- I tried to turn on the device, which now didnt work. The person I was chatting with claimed that employee also caused the device to not power-on.Im NEVER recommending THIS BUSINESS to anyone.*NOTE: WORD TO THE WISE - polished black car in the photos for their business -- irrelevant and something to be aware of -- they arent focused on ksas -- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. What do they actually do here?

I left a phone message and got a quick response from Larry. He said he would do a free estimate for all my three laptops. Within about 3 to 4 hours he got back to me with a diagnosis for each laptop. He gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I found my new go to computer Guy! Thank you Larry!

My hard drive on my laptop failed on me and Larry was able to get me taken care of in a quick and professional manner. As a business owner being without my #1 laptop makes things a little difficult. Larry got it done same day and had me back in service quickly. Would highly recommend!

The only place to get computer repair, upgrades, and / or newly built ones. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any issue.

I really appreciate Larry. What could be called a tough situation when my computer started breaking down right when I needed it to be working at its best, Larry was able to come through for me. I dont know much about computers but when you can feel that someone helping you is being truthful and trying to break it down for you while also charging you a very reasonable rate, it helps a lot. My computer is working great now and Im really happy I went to Larry.

Ive been going to Larry and Tech Powered Computers for a few years now - outstanding service that always goes beyond the easy answer. Larry understands the ultimate needs with each of my repairs and suggested great, cost-effective options. Could not recommend more highly!

I brought Larry an unusual problem. My old Palm Pilot would not Hot Sync with my new computer. Larry spent a lot of time trying to get the Palm and my computer to talk to one another. As with a lot of computer related problems you have to try different things to get it to work. Larry patiently and diligently tried different things (and a new USB adapter cable) until it work. I had tried other places and they were not able to solve the the problem. I recommend Larry for any computer related issues. I cant tell you how please I was when the Hot Sync worked.

This morning My laptop stopped functioning, my hard drive crashed, and being that I work off my laptop I needed it fixed and in a hurry. I called around and stop by a few pc repair shops. All couldnt help me bc they were either not at there store or couldnt get to it today. I called TPX spoke with Larry, he was available and talked me through troubleshooting the issue over the phone a bit before heading down to his shop and had him work on it on the spot. His rates were affordable, information was extensive and understandable, he didnt try to upsell me . He fixed my laptop saving me hundreds on replacing it and upgraded my laptop all in the same day. Now my laptop runs like new . I am very pleased with the level of service Larry gave me I would recommend him to anyone .
