I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. This company set up a brand new network for our office, including an in house server, VPN database and updated our old hardware. They made sure all our computers were networked together for a simplified set up. Since the new set up, we haven’t had any disconnections. The VPN works great and our database is running smoothly. They worked after hours, to make the whole process easy for us without any downtime. Truly Satisfied with their service!!

He even came by my place on his own time to help troubleshoot a second, unrelated issue. He really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable and honest. It’s always nice finding a company that can understand your needs and find a solution to your problems. Sean and his team handled our new network at our office by installing a new server, wiring ethernet ports all around with indoor/outdoor security cameras in different locations. I knew that this fall our home internet connection would be tested like never before with two kids doing remote learning and my spouse working from home full time. I had a Google WiFi mesh system that I had installed myself, and it worked ... pretty good. But it was sometimes wonky and I knew that I had not properly configured it for fast, reliable connections all the time.I searched Yelp for home IT help and I called three listings that I found. Sean from the Tech Guys returned my call promptly and spent 10+ minutes on the phone discussing my situation and how they could help. This free advice was invaluable! I decided to book a site visit and the subsequent install.Tech Guys just tells you what hardware to buy on Amazon--they dont make anything on hardware so you know they are recommending what they think will work best for your situation. Seans install was efficient and he was professional while on site.All this is nice, but hows it working?? I am thrilled to report that my internet speeds are nearly double what they were. I have the Spectrum 200Mb plan but I never saw anything above about 100Mb using the Google wifi setup. Now Im getting 220Mb+ all over the house!Sean followed up a few days after the install to ask how things were going. I had a couple follow up questions and he was super helpful once again.Five stars, would highly recommend!

Back in October, 2020, I hired Tech Guys in the demolition stage of a total remodel of my house. In March, 2021, Tech Guys came out and ran the required wires in the framing stage of the house. It is now January, 2022, I am nearing completion of the project and Sean came out and did the final install of my network.All through those 15 months Sean kept in touch with me, checking in about the progress of the remodel, so I never felt left out in the rain.I know nothing about IT and relied totally on Sean to provided me with what I need. I felt confident from the very first time I met him that he was the One for the job. When it came time to order devices he sent me web links for what I needed to buy, making this process so easy!I highly recommend Tech Guys, I certainly will use them again.

The Tech Guys came in for an initial site visit to our office and conducted a detailed breakdown of a new IT infrastructure. We upgraded pretty much all our hardware including new computers, routers, switches etc. Majority of the work was completed without causing any downtime, which was great! Our network works like a charm without any problems thus far! Great company to work with would highly recommend.

The company I work for asked me to get 3 different bids for a computer IT job and network cable installation for our new office. Out of the 2 other companies the Tech Guys gave the best price for the project. The work performed was on time and very professional. We had a deadline and needed to move in on the 1st of the month. My wife and I moved into a new house and the previous owners had a very interesting mass of wires and connections to untangle. Sean came in and in very short order completely sorted everything out and had us up and running. Everything was now cleaned up and clearly labeled. We also had a guest house where instead of having two separate modems, Sean was able to set up a system that connected the two houses on one modem with a superfast and very steady connection. We are finishing up a huge remodel on a 100-year-old house with detached garage/office, and during the final week of construction I realized that I am grossly unqualified to run networking cables from the main house to the office. Wireless from the house was not going to be sufficient, and we needed to both run multiple hardlines from the house and install a wireless extender in the back office.So I called up Tech Guys Computer IT Services, and they were at my house the next day, came up with a terrific plan, walked me through every step, and then were back in a few days to do the actual wiring once the (very reasonable) quote was approved. All concerns were elegantly handled -- weatherproofing, visual aesthetic, safety, and connection speed. We did a speed test once the extender was installed and there was .01% drop in speed between the main house and office. Crazy.Out of all of the different crews we worked with getting this old house up to date, Tech Guys were at the top of a large and very good bunch. They are super responsive, professional, and take pride in their work. I cant imagine a better solution than the one they came up with.

I worked with Sean six years ago to install WiFi at my home, consisting of two separate building. He and his team expertly set up the network and extenders, including hardwiring the two separate units together. Six years later, my WiFi router finally gave out, and I took it as an opportunity to switch out the hard ware and get undated to Wifi6, the latest WiFi protocol. Sean was super prompt with communication. We did a consultation and he sent a personalized link to what items I needed to buy from Amazon. He doesnt mark up the hardware and just charges for his services. He came a week later and set everything up and it works like a charm. Took about 3 hours for my situation. Great to have faster WiFi speeds thru wifi6. I def recommend Sean as hes great at his job but also an awesome communicator which is super important to me.

My family decided to rebuild the first home of my parents that they bought as immigrants. Aside from modern living and design features, we wanted to have the home pre-wired for optimal home internet and cabling in each room. We also wanted to have peace of mind with a home security camera system that could be monitored and recording, with ease of access in home and remotely while away. We wanted a central AV closet to keep everything hidden and out of the way.I am not a tech guy and we sought out a few IT experts. I’m a bit of a skeptic. When I first read the reviews for Tech Guys, I thought they were too good to be true and that they had asked a bunch of their friends to post 5 star reviews with good comments.However, I was desperate on day 4 without Internet access so I reached out. Sean responded within about an hour and was so helpful. Over the phone, he helped me troubleshoot my issue (my setup is complex with AT&T router, switch, firewall and wifi access point). Sean identified that it was most likely an issue with the AT&T connection and told me what to ask them when I called. It *was* an issue with AT&T. I was so grateful for his help and will definitely call Tech Guys in the future for help. I would highly recommend Tech Guys if you need help with your home network.

I had been having wi-fi streaming problems at my home and other connectivity issues and had put call in to a few different companies. Tech Guys responded in under 5 minutes and spent a significant amount of time on the phone to understand the issues. The tech arrived the next day and did a very thorough analysis. Long story short he fixed what I called him about and some other long standing issues as well and at a fair price. The internet in my detached office area went out just after the safer at home order, and I tried everything but couldn’t fix it on my own. My husband had used tech guys a long time ago at his warehouse, so I called And left a message and Sean got back to me right away. He was able to come by the next morning and very thoroughly assessed the problem, and gave me several options for fixing it. He was very careful to keep distance, wash hands and wear gloves, etc and was more than happy to accommodate my other requests to reduce contact with my home. He quoted me cost before doing anything, and worked with all of my existing equipment in order to save me money. I’m short, Sean was fantastic and I will use him again in a heartbeat!

The Wifi in our house was just terrible! It was never really reliable and was always spotty, especially when we had guests over. With all the great reviews they had I wanted to try them out and see for myself. I had an annoying virus that kept popping up just randomly in the middle of work and just got me going crazy. Tried scanning my computer for viruses but nothing showed up. Spoke to Sean and told him what was going on, so he came down to check it out. The virus had infected my files and was in hidden folders and files it was definitely not my cup of tea to fix. Sean took his time to look through each file to make sure all files were in the correct folders. He spotted files and icons that were not supposed to be on my computer which he got rid of. After experiencing their line of work and how much patience you need to accomplish certain tasks I give them a 5 star rating! Great job and very affordable. Thanks!

Called asking for a Cisco Certified firewall expert. Shant the owner stated he was very busy, had the best reference but could not come out for nearly 1-month. I said fine. After nearly a month he calls 3-days before showing up to say he can,t do it because he does not feel confident in his staff and he has no time. Thank god for the Tech Guys. My Macbook Pro hard drive crashed so I had to buy a new one and called up the Tech Guys to install the new hard drive and see if they could recover any data from the fried hard drive. After re-installing the hard drive they conducted their data recovery and they were able to recover EVERYTHING! Man was I a happy camper. If not for them, I would have lost all of my documents, photos, videos, and more. Thank you Tech Guys for saving my Macbook Pro!

Took my Macbook Pro here to replace the hard drive and wanted to get a SSD drive installed. These guys helped me out to the fullest replace the drive and installed a newer version of MAC OSX. Loads up quicker now and works like a charm! Cool guys and very helpful would definitely recommend them to others! Thanks for the help Tech Guys.

We had WiFi issues all over the place which was very frustrating, especially when you are trying to run a business. This company came in and broke down everything to find what was causing the problem. We had to change some devices and have it properly configured. Nonetheless works like a charm!

These guys assisted me with all my issues that I was having with my computer. I searched them online and called them for assistance. They walked me through all my pc problems and fixed all issues.
