This guy was so cool. Hooked me up with the sickest Goodfellas phone case. Came out super clean and the quality is amazing. Only took 15 minutes too. Highly recommend going to Tech Defense with Oktay Mirza.

There is so much to say but I dont have enough time, or space, to write it all.Firstly, speed of the repair I needed was outstanding. It took 45 Minutes to replace the Type C port and the charging regulator on my Nintendo switch. I can continue to enjoy all my favorite games for years to come!Secondly, was price compared to others on the market. Ive seen prices to repair both of these components go to 100+. I got my repairs done for 70. Very happy with the customer service also. Will most likely be my go-to repair place from now on.After reading most of the reviews here, it seems like one common trend. Electronic Devices are very susceptible to damage. If damaged, they may seem to have one issue like not being able to charge or a cracked screen but in reality there could be many more issues underlying that just cant be fixed.For example, My Nintendo switch wasnt charging. That is all I saw and cared about. I went in and got it repaired and then told me they also had to replace the charging regulator, a side effect of the broken port.There is absolutely no reason to be mad at someone who has the skills to fix your mistakes but when its not fully, 100%, brand new fixed, dont take it out on these fine folk here. Look, they fixed the only issue you noticed, is that not enough? Its never going to be Factory new. Ive dabbled in this and tried to micro solder before and let me tell you, its not for the feint of heart. the precision, skill, and time used here is incredible an I respect anyone who knows how to. These two work their butts of just to make a living, doing one of the most tedious and repetitive tasks in existence. How many phone screens do you think they repair every year? How many camera lens repairs? Exactly.They strive to make your life more convenient when your phone is annoying you. It will never truly be fixed and it wont last forever. I cannot express my full gratitude to these two (maybe more, Ive only met two of them) individuals who have to deal with this kind of backlash. If you want to get the tools and do it your self, go ahead and stop complaining. See how hard this job is. It is by no means a walk in the park. Keep that in mind. (hahaha, i did have room to write it all)

Best in town! I have been trying to get my radios repaired. Searched for micro soldering and to my surprise Tech Defense popped up and he was local. He did some Reflow work on 2 radio units. He was super knowledgeable, quick and reliable. Turnaround time was amazing, I was in and out in record time. I highly recommend him for your tech needs.

Went in had phone screen repaired by some woman working she returned the phone we had to go back in because part of the screen was popping out went back she supposedly fixed it. Had to return with in a few days as screen kept freezing and showing rainbow colors. I told the guy you know what just take the screen back and we will go fix it at the Apple store. He refused to refund us saying he would change the screen. Ok. Go home a few days later again same issue. Same issue over and over. Got tired of dealing with the phone. Bought another replacement. Then pulled it out of retirement and started using it again. And rainbows and freezing had to shut phone down every time. With in a month of use the screen came apart. And when replaced the screen noticed they didnt even bother to put the glue seal. Good thing we didnt get it wet by accident. Any small drop of liquid would of ruined it completely. Stay away from those rip off scammers. Now I got a new OEM screen and cant even properly install it because they never gave us back the old cracked screen. The screen has a serial number and its connected to your phone motherboard. So the device that captures the serial number and gives it to the new screen is useless so phone now will always say not genuine parts as screen has no serial number. So true tone supposedly doesnt work either.

Called them to see if they can help with a ride on toy battery. Sent a few photos and Oktay responded swiftly and let me know he can fix it. Fast and efficient service experience at the store. They also offered to recycle the old battery. Answered all the questions. Would utilize their service again for fire electronic repair needs.

I went in to look for phone and they didn’t carry the metal case but “Oktay” customized my old phone case to make it work. I was completely satisfied and love my case again. It was a quick fix and he didn’t charge me for it. Professional customer service. Highly recommend!
