I am writing this review for Team Logic IT. I highly recommend this business for any IT needs. Theyre staff is skilled in PC and Mac which was a huge benefit for us because we had difficulty finding a technician that was well versed with Macs. Theyre pricing is fair and transparent- definitely a great value for money.As a company, we were impressed with the professionalism and courteous customer service provided thru out the process from our initial phone conversation with the President, Charu Mungale to Ernesto, the IT Technician that came onsite to help us with our issues. Eddy, is the example that others should follow. Hes precise, extremely knowledgeable, & patient. We had lots of challenges to get this company laptop configured, yet for each challenge where the normal process should have worked it didnt but Eddy found a solution. It comes from someone that thinks outside the box to find solutions. Five star performer.

I have been a client of Team Logic IT Santa Clara for a little over 18 months. Charu and his team are wonderful! Any time our 60+ employee company has had an IT issue, Charus team was fast in offering a solution keeping our down time to a minimum. Just recently, one of our critical PCs went down and Charus team had a solution to get us back up and running in less than one hour including travel from their office. I can easily recommend Team Logic IT Santa Clara to anyone looking for knowledgeable, fair and honest service for their IT needs.

Quick, prompt and effective!We had an emergency e-mail set up for the new employee. Not a big deal, however no being present to take care of it right away would have caused creditability and revenue loss.I reached out to TeamLogic IT in Santa Clara hoping to get some help. This was the best decision!Charu and his team not only took care of it in no time, but did it in a professional way with full communication, transparency and ease.Running a business requires a lot of energy, focus and time on our clients. We have been working with the Team Logic IT for the past 4 years and we are very pleased with their services. They have great knowledge, they are extremely prompt to attend any request, and they have great customer service. They are very honest and always look for the best interest of their customers. We never heard any complaints from any of our employees and the quality of their service is top! We hired Charu to conduct a system assessment for us more than 4 years ago when we were experiencing problems with our network. He helped identify the cause of the connectivity issue and also highlighted some network configuration constraints that were affecting our network performance. Our IT Manager continued to use Charu and TeamLogicIT on an as-needed basis for IT consulting and technical support thereafter. After the departure of our IT Manager last fall, we turned to TeamLogicIT for managed IT services. Nathan is an extremely knowledgeable technical resource. Theyve done a great job supporting our firm (4 offices and almost 50 employees) and troubleshooting our helpdesk requests. TeamLogicIT set up a VOIP service bundle for our South Bay office in less than two days after Comcast mismanaged our transfer of services and told us it would take over a week to get the office phones back up and running. I highly recommend them.
