Erik Schuler is always available whether its on the phone, in person or through text. When dealing with Erik, he makes you feel like you are his only client and devotes all his time and effort into making sure your house is ready to debut on the market. Erik did an excellent job in helping me find a house within my budget. As a first-time buyer, I often felt overwhelmed and doubtful that I would be successful in today’s market. Erik Schuler was an amazing real estate agent. His team represented us for the purchase of a home in Orinda. We are so glad we went with Laura as our Agent, both for the trust sale of my family home and the buying of my first home. With her knowledge of the market we devised a winning timeline for the sale to maximize our profits. When it was time to get the house ready, she moved at lightning speed getting the house ready and shown and really made it shine in time for the hottest moment in the market. When we were ready to look for ourselves to buy she was helpful in showing us option after option as we honed in on what we wanted in a house. She was consistently available to show us properties and answer any questions we had about the process. She was forthcoming and honest about the properties and what problems to look out for.
