Anthony helped us sell our home while we lived in another state. He was very communicative and patience to answer all of our questions and help us through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the market and we had full faith that he would do everything he could to maximize revenue. He even created a video to showcase our house. This was the first house my husband and I bought so it was very sentimental to us. Anthony was very patient through it all especially working with us from a distance through phone calls, text, and zoom calls. He was there every step of the way. Anthony Manzon and the rest of his team at Team Manzon are just superb. Ive had to make use of the services of a realtor only four times in my life, but this was by far the best experience that Ive had. Anthony and his team are efficient, trustworthy, and extremely good at their jobs. You wont save money by going with a discount realtor. I had considered that, but Im so glad that I didnt. I got the best service and the best offer on the property that I was selling because of all their hard work. Anthony will guide you through the whole process and make sure that everything goes smoothly and that you get the best possible result. I highly recommend them and would definitely go with them the next time Im need of the service of a realtor in the area.

Anthony and Team Manzon have been our go-to realty team for as long as I can remember. He has helped us with 4 transactions in a short period of time. Most recently, we decided to re-located to San Antonio, Texas after we were given a short timeline to start my new career after retiring from the Navy. And as always, Anthony and Team Manzon hit all the marks and milestones on time and gave use more than enough room to close escrow on our house in San Antonio. Juggling a move, pack up, vehicle transfers, selling a house and buying a house in less than 2 months can be as stressful as anyone can imagine, but Anthony and his Team made it look easy! Anthony was recommended to us by one of my close friends (Jam); she told us that her sister and her brother-in-law loved Anthony and his team. My fiancé, Danny, and I absolutely loved Team Manzon and their preferred lender, Jason! We are first time home-owners, and Anthony made the whole process seamless. He never pressured us to get a property quickly nor did he sway us into going to a direction we did not want to go—Anthony always catered to what we wanted and what felt comfortable. Communication and professionalism from his team are top-notch; we felt like we could ask any questions and their responses were always quick and informative (even in after working hours). Michael, Anthonys brother, was very kind and flexible with showing us properties. One time, I could not make the open house, Michael went above and beyond and created a video tour so that my fiancé and I could get a better look at the inside of the house prior to seeing it. Jason, from Point Mortgage, was also incredibly helpful and friendly—we closed escrow within 17 days, thanks to his help! We cannot recommend Team Manzon (Anthony/Michael) and Jason enough! Anthony is by far the best realtor we had the pleasure of working with. He is professional, strategic, one of the most efficient and effective agent we’ve worked with thus far.Being an out of town buyer, where we were not able to be physically present during house viewings. Team Manzon was able to accommodate with virtual showings and meetings, and provided thorough assessments of the properties we had expressed interest in. We were able to find a great property and got our offer accepted, all within 7 days! Anthony was beyond excellent! Lucky for us, it didnt stop there. His whole team was great, and everyone was very positive and so helpful. Buying a home is very stressful, but he walked us through at our pace, was extremely patient with us, and listened to feedback after each home we visited. That, in turn, would tailor his next suggestion, which eventually landed us at our home now. We are beyond thankful for his knowledge, we purchased our home right at the beginning of Covid and really and truly lucked out. The next time we purchase or sell a home, we definitely would come back to Team Manzon.

My husband and I were ready for a bigger place for our family and wanted to take the leap in becoming homeowners. I’ve known Anthony for several years, we grew up together and I knew that he got into the realty industry.
