My wife and I are first time home buyers and Team Lund made our first home purchase a great experience from top to bottom. The Lunds made my home buying process very easy. I contacted them on Wed 10/25 and we started doing tours that same weekend. By Wed 11/22 (4 weeks later) we closed on our very first home! We have used Lund reality several times and will continue to use them for all of our real estate needs. They are dedicated professionals and will literally go the extra mile to find the exact home you’re looking for. One of our purchases with Lund Reality was 2 hours outside of the local Fair Oaks market and Nelson accompanied us to and from the Bay Area for months. We drove there and back about a dozen times. We were looking to buy in one of the most competitive areas in the country during one of the most competitive sellers markets in recent history, so we looked for several months and had to write dozens of offers before we closed on the house. And Nelson and the entire team were always available at any hour and on any day. At one point about 5 months into the process and after losing several bids, I was ready to give up, but it was the ease of working with Nelson and his encouragement that kept us going. We met Becky Lund in 2007 when my husband and I purchased a home in Fair Oaks. We had sold our home and had been lviing in Ukraine while serving a service mission for 18 months.
