Jason and Briana Lorge are hands down the best team and choice for handling the recent sale of my Moms home. They made what I thought was going to be a very tough process so smooth and effortless. Not only did they do all the expected things a relator does but went over and above doing so many little things that assisted with the sale. They always answered any text or calls promptly, had great tradesmen that assisted with minor repair details, looked after the property throughout the process to ensure the house was kept in prime selling condition both inside and out. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care throughout the entire process. If you want an honest, hardworking, personable helpful and communicative team I HIGHLY recommend Team Lorge.

I’m giving my highest recommendation to Jason and Briana Lorge (Team Lorge.) They helped us sell our parents home with complete professionalism. We interviewed several agents and decided on Jason and Briana as we felt that they really wanted to help us sell the house. Briana took our 1975 home with little updates and staged it beautifully to make it looked updated and amazing. If we had any questions, we received answers right away. The house was put on the market and we had 6 offers within 3 days and 3 were over the asking price. Their team work and work ethic really sets them apart.

We just had a wonderfully smooth selling experience with Jason and Briana. From initial contact to closing, everything was done efficiently and transparently. I especially appreciate the fact that they are a full service team, they helped me with getting the necessary repairs done before the showing. I even managed a vacation in the middle of this. Briana has a great eye for staging and presenting the house in the best possible light. It almost made me not want to sell my place! I highly recommend Jason and Brianna, they have been nothing less than amazing. Words cannot express how great our experience has been with them. We just made our first home purchase with them and the buying process was very daunting, as we had every kind of difficulty imaginable thrown at us. But to say they handled it with class and ease is an understatement. I can truly say they went above and beyond for us in buying our home. They actually care about you as a person and not just a way for their financial gain as we have experienced with other realtors. If it were not for them I do not believe our wishes would have come true of getting our dream home. They treated us like family and were patient, caring and listened to what we wanted. I can say 100% that they are doing this for the joy of finding people their dream house and making their clients happy. We actually met them 5 years ago while they were showing a rental property and were greeted by genuine caring people. The idea of selling our house at all much less during a pandemic felt overwhelming to us, but we could not have asked for a better team than Jason and Briana Lorge. From our first interaction, they were genuine and informative. It was immediately obvious that they were professional, experienced, and straightforward. We could tell that they truly care about their work and their clients, and that they wanted to make our selling process as successful as possible. Jason was incredibly organized and realistic about his expectations, giving us honest advice about selling in the current market. Briana offered her sharp eye for helping stage beautiful pictures to sell our house, and knew how to match potential buyers’ wishes to the features of our house. Their communication with us was amazing and their punctuality made us feel valued. We put our home up for sale in Feb 2022 when the market was hot and it could pretty much sell itself. However, Jason and Briana believed in putting the best foot forward to maximize its potential, which is what we wanted for our property as well. They took professional photos, had a good team of folks to get our condo market ready, added necessary pieces to stage the home, and marketed well. They communicated clearly and not too much or little, and kept all involved in the loop. When it came to the business side Jason was on top of things and we were pleased with how he handled everything. Kudos to Briana for her effort in getting the place ready for pictures and the open house--that was WORK. In the end, we got multiple offers that were well over asking and, subsequently, our unit had a record sale price in our complex. Jason and Briana helped us find a rental property. We are very fortunate to have found Team Lorge. They are both very professional, reliable, friendly and easy to work with. Jason and Briana are not your everyday typical agents, they go over and beyond what is required and expected in this industry. My wife and began this home buying journey about a year ago, and I came across Jason and Briana’s Youtube video. They are a husband and wife team which isn’t they uncommon but the way they work and the level of care they give is very uncommon. When we were relocating from Northern California to Southern California we wanted to buy but the timing wasn’t right. We needed a rental property first and Jason assisted us in securing a rental and let me informed with the ever changing housing market. He and Briana viewed rental properties for when we weren’t able too. When it came time to finally purchase a house jason was able to negotiate our VA offer and get it accepted at a time when very few VA offers were even being considered. Buying and selling is stressful especially if your house needs fixing up, but Jason and Briana as I mentioned are not your typical agents, when we closed Jason found contractors and trades people to begin work on my house immediately.
