We sold our houses in Temecula remotely and Michelle H. from team Forss did a great job. Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. We benefited from her rich experiences. She helped take care of everything to prepare our rental properties before marketing. For example, she inspected the house and got the quotes for repairs. Michelle even had her gardener taking care of the front yard while my gardener was away. She communicated clearly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely will recommend Michelle to all my friends who will need a realtor in the area. Thank you!

Team FORSS, especially Michelle was amazing! We initially met her trying to sell one home and subsequently, she became part of our family. We felt like we knew her forever! We could reach out to her at any moments notice, and she would always return very promptly and professionally. She’s a joy to work with and eventually even helped us find a new place after selling the first. I will trust no one else in the future but her to help with our real estate needs. I cant say enough good things about Lisa Forss and her team! Im so glad I chose Forss Realty Group to sell our house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless real estate experience. She had amazing professional pictures done. The photographer even used a drone for aerial views! The staging was exceptional! There was several showings and she always seemed available, even when out of the country!!! She went above and beyond to take the stress off our plate. I truly feel blessed that we found her based off of an internet search of good reviews. They are truly are the best in the business! Thank you team Forss!

When my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a home Michelle Haywood was our first phone call. We were not disappointed to say the least. Michelle asked what we were looking for and she was off to the races. Michelle never failed to reassure us when we were out bid for house, and then our dream home fell out of escrow and she notified us about it and we were successful with our offer. I bought my first house through Stefan. He showed up to meet me at a house I found on Zillow. What I liked most about Stefan was his honesty upfront which is definitely something I value when spending a lot of money with someone. The first place wound up not being a great fit but I asked Stefan if he’d represent me in my search. We eventually found one spot that looked perfect. I wasnt able to make the showing so Stefan went for me and took videos. We eventually wound up putting an offer in a getting the place. I’m beyond excited and feel like I got a pretty fair deal on the house, with Stefan’s help.

What can I even say? Stephany got the job done every step of the way with so much ease. Buying a home is definitely more than just making a purchase and Stephany really understands that. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is so kind and helpful and really understands everything else that happens in the background of life and really works to make this process as easy as possible. My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Layton, She was recommended to us by a trusted friend who had previously worked with her. I can comfortably say that the level of ease and comfort that she brought to the home buying process was outstanding! I am still amazed that It was only a couple of hours from our initial conversation to our first scheduled home visit. She was extremely proactive and took the time to get to know us and understood our goals (aka dream home) more than willing to accommodate our schedule which made us feel like we were her priority. When it came time to make an offer she gave us the space we needed to make the best decision for us and provided valuable input and feedback which turned out to be just the right amount of guidance for us. She was happy and excited to negotiate on our behalf and was able to get the seller to both drop the price and fix more on the property than we were expecting!
