Back in February we met with Pam and Darren to handle the sale of my parents home of 53 years.I cant express how thankful we were to have this awesome team guiding us through the whole process. All of the professional services they recommended to fine tune the house before listing it for sale were amazing. The estate sale went off perfectly. Moved on to the cleaning service, painters, carpet and tile cleaning, then finished up with beautiful staging.Moving forward the house sold in 2 days after being listed.Thank You, Pam and Darren

Team Etem RE s performance is beyond expectation. Pam and Darren are extremely experienced in what they do. I made my first RE purchase with Pam & Darren over 16 years ago. I was very please with their service then; therefore, I keep coming back to them to assist me with my 1031 exchange, sell, and purchase. The team has great strategy in multiple transactions, let alone single transaction. They ties up all loose ends and follow through with all parties involved to make sure the transaction is closed on time. There is so much more I can not sum it all up in a short paragraph.If there is a 6 stars rating to give, I would give them that.

When it came time to downsize and move closer to my family, I was a little nervous. Fortunately I found Pam and Darren Etem at Team Etem Real Estate and they made the process much easier. Trying to buy in the middle of this sizzling hot market (and a pandemic) meant I needed a realtor who was quick to respond and looking for listings that would be the right fit for me. Pam and Darren were very proactive and gave me many options before we found the perfect place. I love my new home and new community and 6 months later I am happy to share that Pam and Darren are still just as quick to respond when I call. When I needed a handyman to change a faucet, I called Pam and she had a reliable recommendation. When I had a little trouble with a window, Darren came right over to help me get it right. Buying a home with Pam and Darren is like becoming part of the extended family. I could not be happier with the entire experience and the excellent customer service I received with Pam and Darren. I had the most amazing opportunity to work with Pam and Darren when I was looking to sell my home. I only have the most positive things to say about the Etem team. There are so many real estate agents to choose from and that it can be so overwhelming. Pam, Darren and Nigel completely went above and beyond for me. When we consider listing our house we spoke with several real estate agents. After meeting with Pam and Darren it was clear they were the right choice. Team Etem are very professional and knowledgeable. Their understanding of the Huntington Beach real estate market is excellent. They provided excellent guidance throughout the whole process and considerate of our specific desires. They were always available to answer any questions and schedule appointments for escrow and inspections. Seems like they work 24/7. Their marketing was spot on. Shout out to Nigel for his great photography. Our house looked great online. Bottom line is always results. Our house sold in record time far under the average time on market and for well over the comps in the area. Team Etem gets it done and you can’t say fairer than that.

We owned a townhouse in Anaheim that was left to us by a family member. It had been rented for years at a below-market rent due to its poor condition. After making inquiries online to help us make the decision whether to fix up the property to lease for better income or to sell it as-is, we received numerous calls from realtors including one from Pam Etem of Team Etem Real Estate. At the end of the call, we knew it was necessary to meet this team before considering anyone else.Our first meeting with Pam & Darren convinced us their knowledge, experience and suggestions were just what we needed. Over the following months, we knew we made the best decision to engage in a relationship with them. The market took a few turns during this COVID-19 period, and they helped us along the way to a perfect conclusion. Darren’s experience with a remodel we undertook and their suggestions along the way and contacts they referred to us assisted in accomplishing a 1031 exchange for a replacement property, for which we are so thankful. They went above and beyond connecting us with realtors in Oregon and California resort areas until we identified a wonderful property in the local mountains. The agent they identified there was top-notch and a delight to work with for the purchase. Wow! I feel so lucky to have found Pam and Darren, and I know for a fact that we wouldn’t have been able to get our dream home without them. We were searching for homes online and fell in love with one in the Goldenwest Estates area. They were able to set up a tour immediately, and we knew once we walked in the door that we had to make an offer. Being a first-time home buyer, I asked them for their expertise in determining a competitive offer while still staying within our budget. The amount of research that did to make sure we weren’t overpaying was extensive and thorough. Finally, once we found out there were 3 other offers on the table for the same house, Team Etem went above and beyond to find out exactly what the sellers were looking for in terms of price and rent back flexibility, which ultimately led us to being the winning offer. We just closed escrow today and we couldn’t be more thrilled! It is unheard of to see a house, make an offer, and have that offer accepted all in the same day. But it happened because of this outstanding team. That was just the beginning of how professional and helpful they were through-out the entire buying process. They were so proactive to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a home inspection just 2 days after they accepted our offer, and the tiny things that needed to be fixed were things that we may never have noticed, but they were on top of it! Everything was going to be perfect before we moved in, and it felt so amazing to have two agents who were working so hard for us. Honestly, I was blown away with both of them, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Pams approach in selling is to listen, gather information on our needs as a family and put in place a plan to start looking for homes. Her knowledge of the OC area is extraordinary and she was able to guide us to the perfect home in the middle of Covid lockdowns and right before the holidays. Not the best time to buy a home but her team made sure they got it right. She had the best lender that made sure we closed on time and Pam was always available for the questions (which were many). Pam and Darren are the Dream Team! They helped my husband and I purchase our first single family detached home in Huntington Beach. They threw us a Hail Mary and we caught it. They found us a property that was not on the market. It was in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in, with the exact number of bedrooms we wanted and the picturesque backyard we dreamed about for our 3 year old daughter. We took their advice and offered to purchase the property sight unseen. The sellers agreed and said it was simply fate that we approached them. The purchase went through without a hitch and I still cant believe how easily it all happened. Its really a dream come true for us.There is no one else out there like these two.
