I came in with neck and hip pain, and after just two visits with Dr. CJ, Im pain-free! Dr. CJ is exceptionally personable and highly knowledgeable. His expertise and caring approach made all the difference. I highly recommend him for all your chiropractic needs!

I was treated by CJ from Team Elite Chiropractic, and was really impressed. CJ is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Ive been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a while, CJ did a full assessment before treatment and felt immediate relief after he adjusted me. He has a variety of tools- from hands on adjustment to cupping scraping etc. and the use of the facilities at Livkraft are an additional bonus. You get a day pass when you book a treatment with CJ. I highly recommend a visit to for an adjustment.

Had a great experience with CJ. Very professional and awesome at what he does. Went in with a shoulder injury, after a thorough examination and a readjustment i felt immediate relief. CJ gave me plenty of corrective exercises to help keep my shoulder healthy and functioning. The facilities are top notch, you get access to livkraft facilities aswell which is an added bonus! Would highly recommend CJ. Looking forward to the next visit.

Very happy with my experiences thus far with Team Elite in La Jolla. CJ has done great job treating my back and neck pain and helping me to understand why the pain likely started and establishing post-appointment home training routines for me to do. I also like the office location and atmosphere.

I recently visited CJ for some lower back pain, and I have to say, I was impressed with the quality of care and attention I received during my session. Not only was CJ extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his craft, but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment process to me in a way that was easy to understand.From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease and confident that I was in good hands. I have been seeing C.J. for around 5 years now. After seeing other chiropractors for nearly 20 years, he is by far the most progressive and thorough. He utilizes a variety of techniques including manipulations, soft tissue work and various mobilizations. He is personable and truly cares about his clients and their progress. CJ and Team Elite will be a part of lives for many, many years to come.

I have been seeing CJ and Team Elite at their La Jolla location for several months now and am very impressed by their attentiveness and guidance on addressing my concerns. This location is easy to access, no problem with parking and scheduling weekly is an easy task. Could not recommend Team Elite Chiropractic more for your health and wellness needs.

CJ is fantastic! He asks a lot of questions and listens to your needs in order to make sure you are genuinely taken care of. He also sends you home with some exercises to tide you over in between appointments. CJ is a talented chiropractor with an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Ive been dealing with residual back pain/tightness from a back injury 7+ years ago and used to see a chiropractor every week for an adjustment/maintenance. Since gong to see Dr. CJ Epstein my pain and discomfort in between appointments has greatly reduced and I am able to space out my appointments to every couple weeks. He is very professional and takes the time to understand the patients situation and get to know them personally. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend both Matt and CJ! I’ve had issues with alignment since an ankle surgery in 2018 and they were there to help rehabilitate, stretch, and strengthen the muscles I needed to get back in the CrossFit gym. The adjustment is always great too!

A few weeks ago I tweaked my neck after spending so much time on my computer for work and was referred to Team Elite by the staff at Fitness Quest 10. My pain level was at a 10 and I couldnt move my neck at all without severe pain. Ill admit, I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor since it was my first time but I was pleasantly surprised to have had such a great experience! I really loved my sessions with Dr. Epstein as he treated me like a friend who truly cared about making me feel better. Dr. Epstein is very professional and is always on time for our sessions which I really appreciated. In addition to helping me gain my motion back in my neck, Dr. Epstein also gave me really helpful stretches to do at home to continue recovering. I would highly recommend Team Elite Chiropractic to anyone!

Dr. CJ Epstein is a phenomenal chiropractor. He is in tune with my body and what it needs on any specific day. Before CJ I was visiting a chiro 2x/week for 8 years (just for maintenance) but Ive been seeing him for over 4 months and only need 1-2 adjustments/month to stay out of pain and in peak physical shape. His adjustments are detailed, focused and he gives stretches to keep you out of pain and off his table. Hes exactly what a doctor should be.

I was treated by Dr. Epstein at the La Jolla office. Dr. Epstein was knowledgeable, emphatic, and clearly communicated the treatment plan.Having previously visited chiropractors who were aggressive in their spinal adjustments, I was hesitant to return to a chiropractor. Dr. Epsteins calm and caring personality allowed me to trust that he would apply the right amount pressure in the right places for the adjustments.As a patient, I felt that Dr. Epstein genuine cared about my well-being. Ive been going to many different providers since injuring myself over a year ago and Dr. Kelly is one of the most thorough and spot on doctors Ive seen. His intake and questions are unhurried and in depth, his manipulations are methodical and really honed into my spots that have been causing me so much pain. Ive only had one session with him but Im hopeful that he will be able to finally resolve my issues.

CJ is our go to physician for rehab and injury. Although our family has seen other Chiropractors many times before, we trust CJ for specific injury or movement restrictions and to get advice for what we can do on our own to correct and rehab from home. We call it our homework and rather than paying endless physician bills, we see CJ as our accountability and guide to make sure we are on track. And when we just need his expert help.
