I dealt with a very nice sales representative named Nathan. We bought a new Chevy silverado. We had about 5 places competing for my business within a 350-mile radius of one another. Even though Team Chevy was the furthest away, we went with Nathan because they were the best price and the most pleasant over the phone. When I arrived, everything was exactly as they said it would be. The truck, the price, and the contracts were exactly what I was led to believe. I will recommend Nathan and Team Chevy, in the future.

We really loved working with K. Elmi on all aspects of our Chevy Bolt EUV purchase. Went in for just an oil change. They stripped my oil plug and charged me 25.00 for a replacement when it only costs 7.00.Also tried to get me to get new engine filter and cabin air filter (which had a few leaves on it they could have either brushed or vacuumed off) for an additional 220.00.Never goin back there again!!

I worked with Nathan while I was researching trucks to purchase. I was working with 5 different dealers to try to find the best deal and quality. I informed them all I was talking to multiple dealers because obviously thats what you do. Nathan never had an issue with that or acted rude, he simply continued to answer all my questions and work up different deals that I asked about. No demands for credit apps up front, no pressure, just good business. Nathan has a customer for life. I drove 7 hours to do business specifically with him, I could have shopped closer to home and it would have been easier to pick up, but I wanted to deal directly with Nathan after seeing his character. Couldnt be happier, thank you Nathan!

We made an appointment before hand and still waited for six hours. Service rep then advised my wife they needed to keep the car to finish. Service rep then said our area was not eligible for their shuttle service but then said they would after a exchange. We paid for services not agreed on and we felt my wife was taken advantage of for not knowing about service items. Called the service rep the next day and he replied he was busy and did not have an answer. We will probably not buy our next Chevrolet from your dealership and will go to Concord Chevrolet in the future. I am sure Team Chevrolet does not care of losing one customer, but please be honest in the future to other customers.

UPDATED Review: I initially rated this location two stars because of a very questionable experience with a salesperson but am updating it to four stars because of my very positive interaction I had when I discovered that the car would no longer work for my needs. The team at Team Chevrolet made it incredibly seamless and painless to return the car and are working with me to find a car that will work for me. I am appreciative of how easy they made the process and look forward to having a good interaction buying the next car.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The salesperson that I was dealing with was a terrible representative of this company. Throughout my experience, he gave me bad information that turned out to not be true, was late to our appointment, and generally was not helpful or friendly. I drove from Nevada to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted and I wasn’t disappointed! The professionalism and down right friendly staff made me feel like I’d made the right choice. K, my salesman, was so knowledgeable about buying an EV-everything for the federal tax credit to getting a Level 2 charger installed in my home, that I very comfortable about my purchase. I highly recommend Team Chevy in Vallejo. This is the first charging if my Chevy Bolt “in the wild”.

Purchased a vehicle from here. It was on the lot for 119 days, and of course when I tried haggling I was told they had appointments booked for the next day to sell it, so who knows if someone was actually coming, or if I fell for their sales man scheme. I was not a fan of the salesperson going back and forth between us and the “boss” makes it very difficult to work things out when there was running back and forth the entire time. When I pointed out what I noticed what was wrong with the vehicle I was argued with. I had asked that night if there was a second key to the vehicle, and told no. On February 2nd I received a message that they had in fact found a second key to my vehicle and would be mailing it to me. It is now February 17th and I still have not received the key, but in fact I have been ghosted by everyone I have tried reaching out too. The car also already has an appointment at a local dealership (I’m 3+ hours away so taking it back isn’t an option as I work full time) to have many things fixed that I should not be having to deal with. If their 160 point inspection was actually true, the broken seat belt, broken gas cap door, tail light that fell out, window sill that prevents the drivers window from rolling up, and a few other things would not already be wrong with this vehicle. Thankfully I fell for it and purchased the extended warranty so I can get these things fixed. Giving them 2 stars cause I did talk to the manager and he told me when I can get my car in, they will cover a rental car for me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I am not happy with the customer service I have received once I signed on the line.

After visiting about 10 to 12 dealers from Napa, concord and Fairfield, I could not find find what I was looking for, sometimes is all about customer service and not feeling the pressure to buy a car.When I arrived to TEAM VALLEJO, Ashley assisted us on finding the best vehicle and beat all dealer prices, She was able to show us few options and finally my Son Junior decide to get the nice blue Malibu and Ashley made us the best deal and got us the most affordable financing company, Team Vallejo got my business and my family business because of Ashley and her amazing customer service, she made us feel comfortable to purchase the car with no pressure whatsoever.I am retuning soon to get me a new car and of course I will look for Ashley again.She is a a great asset for Team Vallejo .If you are purchasing a car don’t forget to get the oil change and car extra insurance for as low as $35 to 45 per month . Horrible customer service and very sketchy business practices. These people act like the word integrity offends them or something because the place truly lacks that! If I were you take your car elsewhere if you can, they left Red Bulls and personal items in my car after ‘servicing’ it for 5 whole weeks, forced me to pay over 1800 to get my car back after they were proven multiple times to be at fault through my warranty company. I feel manipulated and lied to taken advantage of, etc. this is the vehicle I use for my kids and everyday it’s truly disappointing to see how they treat people dealing with an important part of our lives, our cars. They service supervisor Gary doesn’t make it any better he’s with the poor customer service to and talks to you like you’re beneath him. Got my car back and I still have the check engine light on that I had brought it in for 5 weeks ago. This place is a joke and nothing’s funny it’s truly disheartening and disgusting how people choose to treat their customers. I also tried to escalate this issues cause it’s clearly funny business and turns out you can’t talk to anybody above Gary which I’ve never heard from a corporation. Believe the bad reviews it’s not us! DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!

Update on the lack of professional and self-destructing service at Team Chevrolet visited upon a disabled senior citizen who is currently undergoing cancer treatment.Well, its is evident why Gary and Luz of the Serv. Dept. repeatedly lied to us, and our Insurance Adjuster. It seems to be a systemic problem at this dealership. After ignoring me for 35 minutes past our appointment time, Jay Brownregg, the General Manager, spun as many tall tales, outright lies, admitting not doing the authorized work, as well as admitting doing unauthorized work, and charging for unnecessary parts. He refused to look at their falsified bill for $884.86, nor their original billing for more than $2,300 for an authorized 4.9 hours of work to change the ignition switch. He brought another person into his office to dispute my claim and this person told me they had to bill for us for the parts and labor for a bent lock-connecting rod and replace the drivers exterior door handle. I told him that not only had they never itemized that rod or handle on any bill, but that it was never authorized, nor did I ever ask for it to be addressed. I refuted his claim, stating that the bent rod had been working for over ten years and that I had changed the broken door handle years ago but hadnt painted it yellow yet. He stumbled over himself saying they only changed the lock cylinder because it was trashed, to which I responded that, in fact, it was never damaged, and no replacement had been authorized by me after they received approval from our Insurance Adjuster. I expressed they could have rekeyed all three locks to match the new ignition switch key. Now I have two different keys for a lock and the ignition.From 16 Nov 2023 to 18 Jan 2004 and again from 20 Jan 2024, to 23 Jan 2004, they kept our truck and would not release it upon my request, stating they had to finish more insurance work. Another lie. During this two plus months some of Luz Garcias incomprehensible excuses included that the Mechanic broke both arms and both legs. parts are no longer available, even though I can order them at any Chevy dealership. Even Auto Zone sells them for less than a hundred dollars.Yesterday I had my, still-unfixed, (After over $3,000.00 was paid to Team Chevrolet) truck towed home again. When I requested to be given the replaced parts, as stated before any work had been done, she said they didnt have them because they recycled them. Their willful circumvention of basic California Car Repair mandates knows no bounds. To make matters worse, LUZ told me she had the mechanic reinstall my drivers door panel, guess what? Now the electrical controls in the door, such as the door lock levers, the electric window controls, the child restrain door lock, and the electric mirrors do not work. Willful sabotage? getting even?If you have a choice to take your car/truck to anyplace else, DO IT! Unfortunately for us, this is the only Chevy dealership near us, and we relegated to being victims of Team Chevrolet.One good point, the man in Brownreggs office did come to my rescue when I tripped over loose carpet and fell over onto some office furniture.

I bought a used Bolt with Ashley recently and she was quick, efficient and flexible when assisting me with my paperwork. She was willing to try new options for submitting certain necessary items that were difficult to access on a Sunday. I enjoyed work with her and her can do attitude was appreciated. She gave me necessary space to look over the car and answered all of my questions. The buying process was simple and straight forward and I enjoyed the no haggle atmosphere. I have just had a very horrible experience with team Chevrolet I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 that ended up having a defective transmission not only did the extended warranty that they sold me deny the repairs the 6-month powertrain warranty that comes with their certified vehicles are dragging their feet on repairing my vehicle it has been in the shop for 30 days and Im told that even if it does get approved its going to take another 4 to 6 weeks to even begin the repairs I have now had to take other legal actions to ensure my approval of repairs just the worst experience Ive ever had in my life at a car dealership

The sales person is excellent; however, Tina in the finance department is a bet sketchy....We explained to her that we didnt want to purchase any extra warranties and she applied warranties anyway increasing the purchase by 6K... once our credit unions looked over the contract to inform us, we contacted Tina to void the contract and write a new .. Instead of her apologizing, she refused to see us when we returned to sign new docs and then took her time sending over the new docs when she knew we had little time to send to our credit union... not a honest person and the GM should look into her selling practices... boo Tina

I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue with the engine stalling and transmission malfunction. After 3 days of having the vehicle I was told there was nothing wrong, no check engine light or codes. The service writer did not display problem solving skills nor demonstrated attention to detail; I had to suggest various alternatives to addressing the issue and repeat myself numerous times. Lastly even after explaining the vehicle’s warranty expires in less than a month, the service writer chose to not further address the issue instead of continuing to test for the named issues. My impression is that the service drive saw no point in trying to resolve my issues with the vehicle as it’s coming out of warranty.

After we special orders a truck for my wife 6 months ago when she was in the hospital she surprised us with a several thousand dollar price increase over what we were told and agreed to. I can get a much more outside with that cost elsewhere. Free car wash was a plus for me for all of my cars service needs. It is time to reconsider other change oil and other car service providers mostly cheaper than the dealership. Still good though but not as good before.

Lets start with Wow. Anyone who knows me also knows that I am very frugal. I always try to get the most for my money. I also like to stay within my means and rarely make exception to a planned budget. Now let me tell you a story about my experience.To start, my teenage son was unharmed in an accident that totaled the car we had purchased for him. The car was towed away on a Sunday morning. Insurance confirmed total loss by the following Tuesday. Side note: We had daydreamed of a Hyundai Santa Fe since renting one for an East coast road trip a couple years ago.Now that we knew we needed another car, we had to decide if we would use the insurance money on another cheap car for our son or upgrade one of us adults, leaving a trusted car we already owned to him for transit to and from school. We decided the kid had his turn.We started looking at used Santa Fes online and found one Wednesday night that was within our budget. This seemed to good to be true. Thursday night we were at the Team Chevrolet DGDG dealership with Tina Kester to see the car. Tina is young but clearly knows her stuff and enjoys her job. We were thrilled with the service Tina provided. Tina seemed to know when to leave my wife and I alone to discuss things and when to check back on us. Not only did we take the car home that night but I felt so good about the whole transaction that I decided to give up my salvaged Acura that I had been driving for the last 10 years.Fast forward 2 weeks to January 2nd 2020. I traded in my salvaged Acura for a matching Santa Fe in a different color. My wife and I are both thrilled with our vehicles. In the 2 weeks through the holidays we put over 1000 miles on my wifes new car and Ive put nearly 150 miles on mine in the 2 days Ive had it.I would like to summarize by saying that Tina and the DGDG Team Chevrolet group made our experience exciting and fun. We have no buyers remorse and both my wife and I highly recommend Tina Kester to anyone who is in the market for a new or certified used car.Update - June 2021: Since our two purchases about two weeks apart, a global pandemic has turned the world on end and effected day to day life in ways I never would have thought about prior. I was an essential worker as was my wife. Without traffic and sometimes working from home, we both put less than half of our typical mileage on our new vehicles. However, we both still love our Santa Fes and I feel as strongly about my review now as I did when I wrote it. I had been shopping around extensively for a new SUV for my family. I really wasnt looking at Chevrolet but the Trailblazer caught my eye. I liked the SUV after test driving it. More to the point, I really appreciated how the staff at the dealership treated myself and my family. I have a daughter with special needs and the team went out of their way to talk to her, even going so far as to learn some sign language she uses. Do NOT purchase a vehicle here! Financial scams. Multiple credit inquiries and false prices.I went in to buy a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS 1LE. I was very specific in the vehicle I wanted and Vallejo was the only dealer in California with it.The truecar value showed $43k. I went there and due to options had a sticker price of $46k, understandable. While going through the purchasing they told me sticker price was a suggestion and the car was really $54k. The sales guy Ricky went back and forth with the finance manager in my favor (common persuasion tactics) and finally came back with a hand scribbled I will buy this car for $52k signed Eric and signed by the finance manager.Do I look stupid ? I asked.No response from Ricky.Everytime they would redo a price, they ran my credit. I ended up with 8 hits on my credit which 2 years later the last one just fell off which resparked my original frustration, leading to this late review.I came in with a credit score of 740 they kept saying only one credit place will offer me a car loan at an interest rate of 14% only if I put down $20k. I came back with $16k and they still wouldnt even give me sticker price.I fought with them for a week just trying to get the sticker price.I called concord Chevy who offered to sell me the Vallejo car for $43k if I would pay the $500 shipping /transfer fee. I happily agreed. Once Vallejo found this out they refused to transfer the car which then sat for 3 months before I saw it at the concord dealership as I work close by.I left there with my credit skewed and no vehicle. Its a damn shame this place is allowed to run a business. I special ordered the SAME EXACT vehicle for $43k at the Fremont location and waited 6 weeks for it to come in with zero problems.When I went to Fremont they said I could put down as little as $4k with my financial situation and credit score and had no idea how Vallejo manufactured those numbers. Fremont even gave me a $1500 discount because it was a black Friday sale if I bought a Costco card.If you want to keep your credit score and finances straight, AVOID AVOID AVOID.Bottom line, DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Concord or elsewhere and pay the transfer fee if you absolutely need a vehicle that is only in stock here. Your wallet and credit score will thank you.Below is a photo of the car that I got, despite Vallejo telling me no one would sell me this kind of vehicle due to the length of credit history, despite my high score and only being 22 years old at the time.Kindly put, they can go stick that sticker price right up inside themselves where it belongs. Right next to where they hide their dignity and pride as a human. This place over 2 years later still gets my blood boiling. I wont even take my free oil changes there.I wouldnt even spit in their general direction thats how poorly they treated me. Mistaking my young age as a fool.

I’ve had to bring in my car for the same issue three times now. No one has acted with any urgency or curiosity in order to get me back up and running in a safe car. The team has done the bare minimum and asked me to spend a ridiculous amount of money each time. Most importantly, they’ve assured me the car was safe to drive when it was not. This is our family car. I take my kids to and from school in it. We go to the park and birthday parties in it. If it was anyone of your employees’ car they would have done thorough investigative diagnostics to come up with an actual solution before putting their family back into the car.Truly a terrible and unsafe experience. Came to service my car, there was 2 suggested things that needed attention. We chose to get them fix one was the lighter cap was broken, which we desired to get the fix. when the worked was completed, a piece of the frame was missing, Luz customer service representative said that was not their fault and should wait on Monday for a call from Mr. Wilson the manager because she has no authority to make a decision. I chose to do business with your dealership thinking I could pay less somewhere else but here I’m dealing with experience and certified employees. What is that they are saying there was 2 cracks already and after we did the work a big peace came off, if you know there was crack how come was not disclosed to me, that if the work got done there was a possibility something could fall off? I wouldn’t continue with the work knowing in advance my charge could go from $139 to possible $500 as the representative said after my center peace was damage. Very frustrating to get one thing done and something else was damaged and now I’m waiting for a call from Mr. Wilson to meet half way with the work that cost, this is not acceptable coming from a dealership.

I have recently had two vehicles worked on at the Chevy dealership in Vallejo. I was very happy with the customer service delivered from the parts counter and the service center when getting my truck rekeyed earlier this year.I recently brought in my Chevy spark and had an interaction with Luz Garcia. She has All-Star customer service In my opinion. She had a positive attitude... she kept me informed through the whole processes & was very easily understandable as she notified me where the problems were identified on my vehicle.I brought the car home after receiving a new transmission and oil was leaking all over my driveway. I live in Eastridge in Green Valley and an oil stain in the driveway is very much so not acceptable in this neighborhood.I reached out to Luz and notified her of the oil leak. Again, I was given All-Star customer service. I had the vehicle towed back to ensure not damaging the work that the Chevy dealership had already done. Luz received the vehicle and kept me informed while determining why the transmission was leaking oil.I picked up the vehicle earlier today. I have not drove it enough to see if the problem will reoccur, but I will say I was met with the greatest customer service one could expect when dealing with reoccurring vehicle issues.Kudos to Chevy of Vallejo & Luz Garcia. Working with her felt like I had a personal concierge rather than a vehicle service technician.

Look at all the negative reviews and they have the same tone and often the same employee names are mentioned. Similar reviews talking about people being charged for problems that dont get fixed, poor customer service, and shocking amounts of repairs needing to be done totaling in thousands of dollars. If its happened to a good amount of people its only a matter of time until you will probably encounter a problem as well. I took my car here for some possible warranty repair to be told I needed 5000 dollars in repairs. I was shocked and confused because my normal, trustworthy mechanic hadnt pointed out or hinted at ANY of the issues DGDG Vallejo said I had with my car. I chose to not do the repairs and instead took my vehicle to my mechanic. Not to my surprise, there was NOTHING wrong with my car! They said I simply needed a coolant hose replacement and everything was in good condition. DGDG even told me I needed new tires and brakes and my mechanic said my brakes have plenty of pad and that the tires have over a year on them. Even if youre not car savvy, you could look at my tires and see I didnt need new ones. If I would have listened to DGDG Vallejo I would have spent 5000 dollars (putting me in debt) that day and they would have taken my Credit Card with a smile on their face. This isnt my first issue with this establishment but it will definitely be my last.

Service Rep Stan was great. The LYFT provided was very helpful. The service requested was done in a timely matter. The one reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because when I brought my suburban there I had just detailed it the day before…when I got it back after the service I noticed that the windshield was probably sprayed with glass cleaner but residue was all over the area and big hand prints were on the hood and sides…no one bothered to wipe it off.

Do not go to repair your cars there, they will only charge you too much trying to guess the fault and without solutions, they damaged my car and I asked to speak with the director and they only sent me to the mechanical supervisor for a third inspection after I paid $3000 in repairs. They wanted it to be a fourth time and they told me that they would lend me a car, which never happened since Luz the worker only lied to me that she would call me. The sales staff is very kind but the repair staff is the opposite.

It’s no secret, there is a car shortage. My boyfriend and I had stopped at a few different lots prior to going to Team Chevrolet and we were never greeted, couldn’t find sales people to help, nothing. Clearly, they didn’t want to waste their time if they had nothing to sell. We happened to spot the car we bought on a “drive thru” the Team lot after hours. We went back the next day and immediately greeted by DJ. He was nice, professional, accommodating, friendly and very easy to work with. We loved the Chevy Traverse and decided to make the move. The entire experience was perfect. DJ is your guy if you need a car. Go to Team Chevrolet Vallejo and ask for DJ.

I was informed about the diagnostic charge of $200 even though I gave the service representative the code P0135. I understand the charge if I would have not proceeded with the service, but the service department replaced the O2 sensor which was the code that I gave. A $320+ bill with an additional $200 is excessive. My other vehicles have had work done and the charges waived as part proceeding with the repair.

I was offended when Nathan Merrill made a snark remark about not believing that I had a low interested rate approved for my vehicle. I felt discriminated against due to my age (recent college grad) . I asked if there was a complimentary free first oil chance for my vehicle multiple times and received a hard no. However, in my Mazda car booklet (which came with the car) it states Complimentary First Scheduled Service Your Mazda requires regular maintenance to keep it running like new. As a thank you well provide the first one at no charge! Includes oil change and rotation . Im angry since I was lied to and never received the complimentary oil change. Never coming back here again.

I dropped my truck off on 8/24/20 with downshifting issues and notified them that it was intermittent and not easy to duplicate, it usually happened when the truck was hot. After three days I received no update. I called and text the customer service rep Ken Sarna multiple times with no response. When I finally got ahold of him on day three he told me that they still have not been able to duplicate the issue and would take it on an extended test drive for 70 miles. Then Friday 8/28/20, I called again for an update, got placed on hold for almost 30 mins, just enough time for me to get off work and drive all the way to the dealership and ask in person. When I arrived, I was met by Ken and He told me that they still haven’t test drove it and would mess with it over the weekend, I said ok, but I need my truck so please hurry. Tuesday 9/1/20 After still not receiving a single call the entire week the service department had my truck, I went back in and demanded my truck back. Upon arrival, my truck was still sitting exactly where it was on Friday, untouched. Ken tells me again that they still haven’t test drove it. I needed my truck back and couldn’t just keep waiting for them to not work on it, so I picked it up. To top it all off, Ken still charged me $165 fee for service when in my opinion no service was completed. Basically I just paid $165 for team DGDG Chevrolet to hold my truck for a week. It was all around a terrible experience and I would hope Chevrolet as a whole can do better for there customer satisfaction guarantee.

Took my trailboss in to do some paint correction on the hood scoop that was faulty from factory & to fix a chip on my wheel. they did a good job overall on the hood except the wheel. It was kind of messy & left with a lot of scuffs as if it had been rushed or something. Also, when I picked up the truck I noticed 2 scratches on the left rear side panel by the tail light & a small dent. I brought it up to the guy in charge that day & he said it could be buffed out but when I tried to reach out to them about it I couldn’t get a hold of them. Left a voice mail & nothing. I feel like they can do much better

Instead, I was being coerced into paying for work that I did not require because the Service Managers intent was to over-charge me for the sole purpose of financial gain. I had a very good car buying experience, I was first helped by Kai who showed me the car I was interested in, at the time I was servicing my car for an oil change and was only looking because I was interested in trading in my car for a newer and bigger model. When Kai approached me she gave me great service and I felt comfortable talking to her. To Make a long story short I didnt buy the car that day but she kept in touch with me about the vehicle and that they would be getting more in. She contacted me when they had the same model in stock and encouraged me to fill out the application, I went down to the Vallejo Chevy to get an update on my app but Kai was not there, I was then helped by Shawn and I explained my situation to him, he was very kind and responsive to me, and was able to take over the situation and get the paper work finished. He was very clear and honest with me and took his time to answer all my questions. Shawn defiantly went above and beyond to help me get the car I really wanted.

Ive never been to this dealership before. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and professional. He pointed out that the mail Id gotten telling me about the recall with the obscure recall number, that I took time off of work to drive 35 minutes away for had already been completed on my car. Why does Chevrolet keep sending cryptic, out of date info and wasting my time. I thought this recall notice was to say that theyd found a fix for the original recall which was just a temporary measure. I had the dealership do a cleaning for me since I needed it and Id gone through all the effort to get there. They did a great job, except they clearly didnt vacuum the trunk. Was that not included? That wouldve been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, no complaints. The waiting area was decent.

My first experience was wonderful. I brought my car in for service and I couldnt of been any happier. The service department and even the courtesy shuttle driver went over and above the call of duty. Shortly after I had my car serviced I was involved in a bad accident and totaled my car. I knew exactly where I wanted to purchase my new car from, especially after my first experience was perfect.The day I purchased my car, everything went very smooth and everyone was very helpful. I test drove the car I was planning on purchasing and absolutely loved it. I loved that the new car didnt have the start/stop feature like my other car. I was assured that the new Malibu wouldnt have this feature and I couldnt be happier.After some thought I decided that I wanted to go with the white Malibu rather than the tan one that I had test drove. I was told the cars were identical with the exception of the color. Right after leaving the dealership at the stop light the car shut off on me and right away I realized that this car had the one thing I didnt want the start stop feature. I called the dealership right away and was told that the car didnt have that feature, which it did. I was then told that the service depart would be able to disconnect this feature which wasnt true. I did my own research and Chevy doesnt allow for this feature to be disconnected. So basically I have a brand new car that I hate :(

I sent Gary Williams an email regarding a really bad experience I had at the dealership in Vallejo. Gary never got back to me. So I thought, well its what I expected. I was wrong! I received a call from Erica Ojeda, Customer Relations Manager with DGDG.COM. She said that she sat down with her manager and reviewed my review which was about 3 paragraphs long and they both were not happy about what they read and explained to me that their customers are number one, and they take any bad experience seriously and apologized for the experience, she then said for me to contact her directly when I am ready to take my car in for service so that she can assign me a service person who will be the only person I will work with moving forward. I had a bad experience, well I should say I have had repeated horrible experiences with one of the service people who I seem to wind up with every time I went. I was stunned, she was totally sincere and was truly not happy about what she read. That made me feel like I was important to her and to the dealership. She also gave me a voucher for $50.00 off my next service. I purchased my car from that dealership and had a great experience, unit I kept getting that same service person. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Stan was my contact person. He was delightful and humorous. He came out into the lobby to make sure everyone was comfortable. He also informed me where my car was in the process via text and in person. The lobby was at a pleasant temperature and very clean. They don’t work on commission, it’s all hourly at this dealership since it’s owned by a larger company, so you don’t have to worry about them scamming you, which is really refreshing and made the process just so much less stressful! Gary Wilson, Service Manager, made several promises including things as simple as following up with me in 2 days, which never happened. Gary made this promise twice to me and I had to call back both times. The first time I was finally able to connect after ten days to get an update on my car. The second time I never got a call back despite multiple messages everyday for over another weeks time. Despite multiple phone calls I never heard back from him. So I call the GM, J. Brownrigg, left him a message and never heard back either. It is clear, however, that there is an apathetic indifference for customers and employees that is pervasive throughout the DGDG corporation. Every chance I get I will let others know how horrible my experience was and that despite giving you every chance to make it right I couldnt even get a call back. My experience? My car was there was warranty repair for a month and since it was under warranty I should have been provided a vehicle. Instead I was blown off and dismissed and had numerous challenges getting to/from work and picking up/dropping off kids at school. Absolutely terrible communication and unacceptable. You have lost a previous customer for life.

The entire experience was frustrating and a huge disappointment. I could rarely get through on the phones and on the rare occasions that I did get through on the phone, I was put into a voicemail and I did not receive a call back. I had to call and check on the status of my vehicle and was never given courtesy calls to keep me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. It took nearly a month to get my car fixed which is unacceptable. Then I was told my car was fixed and ready for pickup and I got there only to find out that the very thing that I had brought it in for was not fixed but I was being charged approximately $560 for the repair. The sad part is that I have been bringing my car to Team Chevrolet for years and I have never had such poor service. The texting and emails are very impersonal approaches to dealing with customers and should really be looked at. Again the was horrific experience!!

I called multiple Chevy dealers for the same issue for my Malibu, and none of them went to the extent to help me out as Gary pace did. Previously rated this 5 stars. Very disappointed with recent visit. They fixed everyone’s car ahead of ours. Took over two hours for an oil change. After the work was done, we do not know how long the car was sitting because no one came to get us in the waiting room. We had told them we would be waiting. Also, there was a problem with the rear wiper which I indicated when I scheduled the service. No one was there to fix it.

My experience with Team Chevrolet was lopsided. Salesman Jonathan Shirar was amazingly professional, thorough, and accommodating. He went above and beyond and deserves 5 stars! However, the Finance Manager was rude and sped through a $50k contract in literally 2 minutes then pushed me out the door. He also broke his agreement with me in regards to the downpayment without even explaining how the tax had supposedly increased. They did throw in floor mats. Ultimately i was not happy by his handling of me as a customer but not so much that I wouldn’t buy the truck. I am bothered somewhat.

I took my truck to get the 45k mile tune up. I paid over 1,500 everything was fine according to them. 3 months later brakes start squeaking so loud you can hear me from a mile away. Took it back! Oh what are the odds, they did not replace my brake pads because they where excellent at the time of inspection. But now you do need them. One is at 1% the other at 3%!!! How is that possible if i dont drive my silverado often i only put in a lil less than 3,000 miles since the last service!!! Of course now that my warranty expired a week ago it does not cover brake pads!!! Ohh and to my surprise my shocks are leaking!!!! They have been for a while according to the tech!!!! Sooo disappointed forr the first time chevy screw me over! I should just file a law suit! I have paperwork that shows the comparison from mays service to august!!!!
