I never knew how much was involved in the sales of a house. Angeles helped me and she was very thorough with the process and guided me step by step. She didnt miss a thing. She was very clear with all her explanations and very knowledgeable. It definitely made it easier for me with no headaches. My house sold within a month an has more than three offers. Her presentation is awesome. She is very dedicated and makes herself available to the client basically anytime. I would definitely recommend her to others.

We purchased a duplex Nov. 2023 and Angeles was there before we even had a loan or loan officer. She connected me with the loan officer she believed would be able to help us find the type of loan we were looking for (he was also great), and continued to work with us even after the deal was closed. She acts as a true partner along your whole journey and does not stop communication just because your deal closed. We are super thankful we ended up working with her.Thanks Angeles!

After going through the stressful process of working with a different realtor that wasn’t much help to us, we decided to contact Angeles. Our family had the pleasure of working with Angeles to purchase our FIRST home. She made the process way smoother and she actually paid attention to every detail in every home. She is also very experienced in her line of work and extremely helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond to help her clients. Any questions we had, she would always respond quickly. If we weren’t sure of something, she would take her time to explain to us in detail. She was very patient with all of us. She would always keep us in the loop and would follow up with us after every time to see if we had any questions. I’m also very impressed by the fact that Angeles would answer any texts, emails, or calls at any time of the day and sometimes even nights. Though she looked for the positive in every home she was honest in every situation. I highly recommend Angeles because after you sign and get the keys, she doesn’t stop communicating. I send her all of my referrals because she is prompt, professional, detailed and she takes the time to educate her clients. Buying a House, not something that was in our plans. But, however, we knew that renting was not what we wanted to do either because it is just throwing our money in the trash and making others rich.
