We had a tricky situation as both my husband and I are self employed and needed to refinance to pay off the personal loan we were in with our home. After a couple of failed attempts we were referred to Teresa and her team as someone who could help us with our different issues, I.e.; taxes, legality, income, to name a few. Not only did Teresa get our loan approved but she also pretty much held our hand every step of the way. She was in constant communication throughout the whole process which greatly lowered our anxiety and put us at ease in a stressful situation. Her referrals were all very helpful and professional and got the job done!As a result of our closing date we were even able to get some cash back on taxes. I have known Teresa for several years since I first got started into real estate. Update 2nd home purchase:My wife and I bought our 2nd home in Mar 2023. Again, we used TDR Mortgage. Teresa and her team came thru again with flying colors. Teresa handled getting us a great loan in the current market. This was a complex negotiation and she handled it with expertise. She was in constant contact with the real estate agents and the escrow company. I asked a lot of questions and had many demands, Teresa was always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely use TDR mortgage again when it comes time to refinance. Thank you Teresa and Josselin for all you did to get us our house.I have worked with Teresa on 4 loans now. My husband and I got an original home loan with the help of TDR a few years ago. They were very clear with all the process of financing. They explained all the questions we had. We were able to afford to buy our house although we didn’t have much savings. Then, we also recently refinanced our home loan with TDR. I have recently purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool spa and built in fire pit in East Hemet/ Valle Vista area using an FHA loan. Teresa Tims and her team helped me through this frightening but exciting time. It is scary being a single of mom of 3 adult children and a 12 year old who all still live at home due to the job crisis many of our young people face. I wanted security for my children, a place they can call home without worries of rent increases and having to change schools or meet new friends. I needed the security so I decided to take a step of faith. Teresa was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect every step of the way. She was honest in telling me what I should and should not be doing. I felt very comfortable working with and her team. Anytime I had a question or concerns I would just pick up the phone and someone from her team would be there to assist me and clam my nerves. During my transaction I had some personal issues that came up and Teresa and her team stuck with me and helped me to complete the process. I really felt that she was working for my best interest. Her office TDR Mortgage and Real Estate Group is in Upland but I never had to travel there once. I was able to complete all paperwork through scanning and faxing. Refi and loans can be intimidating, especially for first timers. The first time TDR did my refi, I was unsure, and intimidated by the whole process. Teresa and her crew streamlined the process, and made it easy and comfortable, and was able to remove a 7500.00 Lien that had been placed on my house, an no cost to me! The 2nd and most recent refi, was because TDR informed me a better rate was available, and I took advantage of the opportunity, they saved me money, and the 2nd refi was much easier. Teresa worked closely with my girlfriend and I to help us get our offer accepted and close on our first home in May 2021. After finding Teresas videos on YouTube, I reached out to her since she was based in SoCal and I never looked back (or had the desire to shop around for other brokers/lenders). Throughout the entire process she was amazing about explaining what everything is/means and why things are done. She explained every process by creating individual videos to explain what was going on using our specific file. She even would send personalized videos to the listing agents explaining her confidence and that she could close quickly without any fuss. This surly had a big part to play in how we got our offer accepted on the third home that we bid on in the midst of this INSANE housing market (even though the seller had a couple of much higher cash offers on the table) with only 5% down. Not to mention she got us a GREAT rate on our loan. 10/10 for first time home buyers.

We purchased a home in Yucca Valley, California and were initially going to use Conventional Financing but then they did research and found that my husband qualified for an additional VA loan! We are thrilled with our low interest rate, but most of all Teresa, Josselin and the whole team!! They were with us every step of the way. Communication was Excellent!
