I visited this shop on June 30th for initial drop off & returned on July 3rd for estimated pick up. Nancy was very patient, communicative, thorough and kind during all interactions. Although she was not able to fix my Android phone screen, she kindly & professionally credited my Amex in full. For anyone whom write negative, undeserving reviews about her person/place of business, perhaps consider taking a look in the mirror and ask yourself if youve truly conducted yourself honestly and with ntegrity. Thanks again Nancy for your time and efforts.

They do great work here and dont try to cost you a fortune or wait longer than necessary to repair your phone. I got an iPhone fixed in less than an hour.

She is amazing, I took my phone because it had frozen, I didnt know what to do, my phone didnt work and she fixed it, she only managed to turn it off and when she turned it on it was normal. and she did not charge me anything, she was very kind and attentive. thank you very much ☺️

I highly recommend this place! Ive been here about 3 times now but due to my own fault and they fix it like its new, for the iPhone 11 they only charge $120 which is affordable compared to most places that charge nearly $200 or more. Not to mention they fix it within an hour! The lady is also polite and straightfoward, anyone who complains about their accent is honestly just rude.

She tried to charge me 140 for a screen repair trying to convince me saying saying cuz it was an authentic apple screen and that that’s all she carried she didn’t carry or use cheaper screens I said I was fine because another shop had quoted me 100. She follows me to my car saying she’ll price match so I said fine. When she was done she didn’t let me check my phone or unlock it until I paid she because she said she didn’t know if I was gunna run off with my phone and she got all mad saying why do I need to check her work if she knows what shes doing. I paid her and unlocked my phone and the first thing I saw was an alert saying it couldn’t detect a genuine screen and that it was un authentic. And aside from that when I look at my screen the color is off and the screen is popping out at the bottom left corners bit! Old lady got crazy and started screaming at me saying no refunds and sales are final! Never going back

I received excellent service. Got my phone next day as promised. My LCD went out on GS5. Every other place wanted to charge me more and wanted me to wait a week. Tony Thanks for all your help. I will definitely go back. I had to travel about 30 minutes to get there, but well worth it.

Lady is very rude to customers…. No customer service at all. While waiting another came up on a bike & asked her to take a look at his phone & she never got up from behind the window, she just began yelling at him. I don’t care what business you own or manage, or how fast or good you are, customers service is very huge & is part of the deal.
