I had an exceptional, top-notch experience working with Brandon and Matthew during the sale of my home. They are true professionals who put their client’s interest above everything else. I highly, highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell/buy their home! Selling my home while deployed and out of the area seemed like a stressful nightmare, however it was quite the opposite! Brandon and Matthew went above and beyond to maintain communication and keep me in the loop. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail resulted in my house closing escrow (over asking price) in just 28 days!During escrow, the escrow company was having trouble reaching the local courthouse in order to gather some key documents needed for the successful close of escrow. Once Brandon and Matthew found out about this, they both drove over to the courthouse that same day and were able to receive the documents, preventing any delays. Truly amazing! Additionally, they arrived to the property an hour early before every showing to tidy-up and stage my home. This speaks volumes on their level of dedication to their clients.I highly recommend Brandon and Matthew for anyone looking for top-notch real estate services. Thank you both so much!!

I had such a great experience working with Brandon and Matthew, they are truly knowledgeable and seasoned realtors who genuinely care for their clients. They answered any and all questions my husband and I had and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. As first timers, the process of selling our home seemed intimidating and stressful for us especially considering that we live out of the area and couldn’t be physically present for all of our meetings in Ventura County but I’m happy to say that we had a very pleasant experience! They helped us navigate the process with ease and confidence and it’s all thanks to their expertise! We were even able to negotiate an offer above asking price and with a quick escrow. The process was honestly a breeze for us as a military family and we are truly grateful. Brandon and Matthew are patient, attentive and honest people that everybody should have in their corner. Working with the Taylor Group has absolutely been the best real estate experience we have had both as a Seller and a Buyer. The Taylor Group, Matt and his sons are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, informative and all-around great people to work with. We met Matt originally when we moved to Prescott Valley 3 years ago when he was working with Mandalay Homes. We remained in contact over the years and reached out to him when we decided to downsize, sell our home and purchase another home closer in town. Matt and his sons are not only our realtor of choice, but will remain great friends. Matt and Brandon are by far the best realtors around! They were able to sell our house easily, but most importantly, they went above and beyond with finding us a new house even with the market as tough as is it. They scheduled showings at the drop of a hat, typed up offers the night we saw the houses, and communicated with sellers agents constantly. Their persistence and thoroughness is what got us our beautiful house! We couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!
