We met Taylor thru a mutual friend. We used him to buy our house. He always got us showings and was prompt. When we found the house we wanted l, he struck and got us the house.We now just sold that house and used Taylor. We had 10 offers the first weekend all were at and over asking price. Taylor guided us thru the whole offer process with his advice and never pressured us. At the end we got in escrow in the first week, closed early and got $26,000 over asking.Taylor is always training, hustling and working hard to make himself better for you. He knows strategies and the market. He gives honest advice and works hard to get what you want. Even after the sales he always checks in with you. I highly recommend him to everyone for any real estate needs!!

I don’t think that Google has a high enough word limit for all the good things I have to say about Taylor Kellstrom! My wife Valerie and I chose Taylor to represent us as our realtor when we were trying to buy our first home. That was the best decision we could have made, he made the process so easy from our first home buyer consultation to finally handing over the keys to our new home after escrow closed. He was there with us every step of the way through this seemingly stressful process but with Taylor it felt completely stress free even in this highly competitive market. Taylor was always there to answer our questions, set up showings, write offers at the drop of a hat no questions asked. Taylor wrote several offers for us, in a few instances had to write offers in the middle of the night that had to be in first thing in the morning and he did it no problem. If we really liked a house we saw he would immediately call the listing agent to get a showing set up for us. Always making us as the client his number one priority. Taylor is the hardest working realtor in SoCal and he got us into our first house and we highly recommend him! My fiancé and I started our home search almost a year before we were able to find something we loved. It’s so competitive out there and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. A friend of ours recommend Taylor and at a time we were not committed to anyone. Realtors were so aggressive and opinionated it was overwhelming and off putting. I met Taylor through a family friend for my first time buying a home. This was all done during covid so it was a little different for everyone but Taylor made it the perfect buying experience. Taylor is an amazing agent due to his qualities and work ethics. He would be in the daily news checking on homes 24/7 for me and would always send me listings super fast. He was very calm and never pushy on a home, however his judgments on homes are very accurate since he is very knowledgeable. He notices everything while showing many homes to me and would tell me the pros and cons. He knows many people in the industry and he has major connections when it comes to showing homes. I never had an issue looking or scheduling an open house with Taylor. He made everything simple and sweet. Taylor responds quickly to texts, emails, and phone calls which made everything wonderful. He has a very accurate idea when it comes to pricing on homes depending on the condition, square foot, etc. He showed me many homes until the right one was for me. He never pressured me in fact his positive attitude helped me find a home best suited for me. He has a lot of patience and I know this because we looked at so many homes until I found the right one.
