Jay Kim is the kindest tax law attorney Ive dealt with since I came to the US (Im an Italian citizen). Since I first contacted him, he showed a deep understanding for my case and was always very prompt in answering my emails and contacting IRS. He solved my case within the time frame he gave me in the beginning and was successful in dealing with it!Cant think of a better one so far :)

I contacted Mr. Kim through Yelp on Saturday and he replied in 10 mins.  I set up an appointment with Mr. Kim and asked him over the phone several international tax questions such as FBAR & FACTA if they apply to my situations.  During 20 min free consultations, Mr. Kim answered my questions and his answers were precisely correct based on my own researches. I highly recommend Mr. Kim, especially because he approached my situations from both CPAs and tax attorneys perspectives and explained both in details.

I had a lot of questions about reporting overseas assets, so I inquired, and perhaps because he is a lawyer with an accountant background, he handled the matter clearly and gave me advice. It was difficult to find tax reports related to overseas assets, dividends, and gifts by myself, but the lawyer handled them meticulously, so I was relieved. The work was done quickly and it was resolved quickly.
