My husband and I use Tax Factory every year for our taxes. They are amazing! They are very accommodating and quick at tax returns even if it’s during tax season. We are very happy with the team and Annette Fusaro. Thank you so much Annette and the team for making tax returns easy on us.

My wife and I have been having our taxes since 1976 when we first took up residence in Vacaville. We figured since we were now on the east coast that we should utilize a firm there. That was a big mistake as the CPAs we picked here totally botched up the submission. We learned our lesson and had The Tax Factory correct it. For over these more than 40 years this family friendly company has maintained an excellent record. Even with the long distance we have great access to our preparers. Mary Richardson one of the original owners of this company was our first preparer and then around 15 years ago Melinda took over after Mary Richardson retired. Not a beat was skipped. I have been having my taxes here for over 10 years. They have done so well plus keeping records of past years. They even got me money back that other places had me owe money.
