When he arrived, he knew right off what the problems were with the sink, the showerhead, and the draining. He also advised the temperature on the water heater was incorrect, he adjusted everything on the shower to make it work correctly. I was very very pleased with his service and advice..
I guess I have to edit my review. When I spoke to the owner and a visit at my house he was quite pleasant. as he attempted to diagnose our problem he couldn’t find the actual problem and even said he did not have the equipment to go further. He told me he didn’t know what the issue was and even called me hours later at the end of business to ask an additional question to figure out a possible solution. I thought what a standup guy he’s really concerned about our issue. Come to find out he eventually lies to the home warranty provider about the problem. They’ve therefore closed the claim based on his fraudulent report.If You get assigned to them. Get him to write down what he’s telling you in person. Don’t take his word for it.
Tim explained everything that he was doing, as well as options to finalize the job. Now, were waiting for the warranty company to approve the rest, so we can proceed forward
TAS Plumbing was sent out by my warranty company because we’ve had an occasional leaky toilet. Unfortunately, just like any item when it comes down to show the issue, it didn’t have a problem. Tim was very informative and explained some things on how we can prevent the issue but if it does occur again, he will come back over and have a look.

My warranty company referred this business for my plumbing issue. The phone representative does not return phone calls / phone messages and only works from 3-5pm. I left messages on the business office number and not one return call. This went on for one week with out a phone call back. All the while leaving me with my leaking plumbing issue for another week. I had already paid my deductible for the service to be done. Once contact was finally made via text. The representative was not able to assist due to now it being the weekend and it being their personal cell phone. Why are you using a personal cell phone for business? Bottom line is... read the reviews. I am thankful for the poor customer service provided. Who knows what else was going to go on or not happen. I CANCELED my work request and went with another company. READ THE REVIEWS!

Referred to this company by our home warranty. They came out to inspect and report back to the warranty company. They were supposed to follow up however I have not received any calls back. I have tried emailing and calling them, but their voice mailbox is full, and they havent responded to my email. I basically just paid to have them come out, look at stuff, and then tell me its not covered by warranty. If you have First American in California, Id advise against requesting plumbing service through them if theyre just gonna refer to TAS
He gave a quick and accurate assessment of the issue, and offered some repair tips (the work needed is outside of the scope of a plumber, but he has knowledge in that area as well). He was very helpful.

The TAS Plumber was professional, knowledgeable, experienced with a wide range of problems like the one I had, so he went directly to the source of the problem and applied immediate remedial action. Then advised me what I should do in the future.
Have an active leak in bathroom. This company was the one picked from the warranty company to handle the issue. Despite them knowing we had an ACTIVE LEAK they still bumped our appointment to 48 hours later.....and then a no call/no show. Appointment time has come and passed, without so much as a text message saying there was a delay or anything.***Looks like Im the third victim of this company as a customer of First American Warranty***

Horrible. Do not use. Integrity should be the first thing a plumber is known for. My father was a plumber 50 years ago. He never didnt unplug a stoppage. He didnt need cameras and fancy equipment. When you work for a warranty company. Come out hand out for an hour. Cant do the job. Tell the customer well someone with a camera needs to come out. We dont have cameras. So if you arent equipped to do the job. Then dont take the job. Dont make the customer go without flowing sewage for a weekend because you cant do the job

Just as others have mentioned. This co. gets one star because NO stars isnt an option.. This co. is horrible! This co. was decided on by our home warranty co. They came and installed a new boiler which immediately started leaking ( same day). We called and left messages but they did not respond. Our home warranty co. sent them back out. While at our home, they used profanity while talking with each other; completely unprofessional! They left with a promise to return with a new heater. THEY NEVER RETURNED!Save yourselves the trouble, go with a reputable co. Dont use this company!
Now I know why the 1 star!!! Im pretty sure the 1 star was only because theres no negative or zero stars available as an option. Flat out terrible company to deal with. I only went with this company because my home warranty company designated this company to do the work. Like most other reviews were, this company does not return your calls nor follow up with the status of the work being performed. They were supposed to order the parts for the sink but its going on 1 month and no answer. Tried calling and leaving messages but NO return calls. Im left with a sink that has a leak and now I have to find and alternative way. There is a reason why companies like this have only 1 STAR for the reviews.
TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. AWFUL. NO GOOD. VERY BAD. I too was assigned this company by First American Home Warranty. Called them 6 times, left 5 different voicemails. They never called back, they never even picked up the phone. Over 24 hours and zero response. I have a leak and had to turn off my water. What kind of business is this? Clearly the lowest bidder for service contracts.Called the warranty company and asked them why they assigned me to a 1 star rated plumber?!?
Completely unprofessional and totally a lier. He does not have the clients intrest, only his own and that of First American. This loser came to my home and told First American that we would pay for a plumbing job, then had the guts to say I can fix a possible broken pipe for 500 bucks.
We have a home warranty policy. TAS is the plumbing company that handles the home repairs for our warranty company. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. TAS was no call no show. I called them left messages no return call. When I let my home Warranty company know they said that TAS told them they showed up at my house and assessed the repairs. TAS lied! They never showed up! Sounds like insurance fraud to me! Dont trust them they lie!
Actually deserves 0 STARSHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEMY HOME WARRANTY CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER COME OUT AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $75 FEE TO DO WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID $75 FOR THE FIRST TIME for my deductible.I called first american home warranty and they said he should not have charged me again and that he is suppose to change out my whole faucet out. Ive nvr had an experience like this. I hope he loses his contract with the warranty company.

Don’t even deserve a 1....but only option. Assigned this company by my Home Warranty. They called me once, left a voicemail, I called back multiple times and left them messages to call me back. 2024-04-03 00:27:44We made a claim through our Home Warranty & it was assigned to TAS Plumbing. We could not be more satisfied. Tim arrived and fixed the problem of leaking under our kitchen sink. He also fixed to toilets that were having “ghost flushing”. No waiting to order parts as Tim had them on his truck. If we have any other plumbing problems we will contact Tim at TAS plumbing

2023-09-18 19:11:24After reading reviews, I was worried. My home warranty assigned TAS Plumbing for the work order. I called the number I was given but with such small window (3pm-5pm) I called a different number (it was on my work order email). Mr. Tim answered and just so happened that he was in my area. He was over in a couple hours and my plumbing problem was fixed. It was friendly service with a job well done.
