I am writing to add my voice to the deserved accolades which have been given to Tarzana Tech. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didnt want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at Tarzana Tech.

My 2018 macbook pro screen broke on 1/4/24. Found Tarzana Tech online and decided to give them a try. On 1/5/24, I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of by Alan. He confirmed this process would be done by next week and quoted me a price which I thought would be higher than what it was. Today is 1/6/24 and I picked up my laptop in working condition. Yes, the screen is not brand new but who cares. As long as my computer works, Im happy. Thank you Alan!

Wow! Mike and his team are just the best! They took care of my battery replacement again with not fuss and an efficient next business day service. They continue to be generous in their care of their customers.Do not hesitate to get your repair and maintenance done here. They will take care of you. And always goes above and beyond!More in detail, My battery started to malfunction after a year of use. Usually the battery only has a 6mo warranty. But they worked with me to get my battery replaced

Tarzana Tech is an outstanding computer sales and service company! Mr. Michael and the staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. There are no high pressure sales tactics - they want to help you make a wise decision in your purchase and leave happy! I feel I got the best deal on a computer I have ever experienced in my life (Im over 50 and have bought a number of computers). They have an outstanding selection of computers, so many amazing machines that it was very difficult to choose - I nearly bought 2! I may in fact return and get a laptop to go with the amazing desktop I bought there. If youre in the market for an excellent computer at a very reasonable price - go to Tarzana Tech! You wont be disappointed!

Zero stars!! Scammers all the way! Do not buy from here. Save yourself from the head aches and go somewhere else to get a laptop. Bought a laptop here, the most expensive one, thinking it would be quality. WRONG! They just want your money they have zero customer service and knowledge of computers. Skip it!

I called them with a problem about my Mac running incredibly slow. They offered a diagnosis over the phone and realized that my hard drive was on its way out. They quoted me over the phone, with what I felt was a fair price. I dropped my computer off in the afternoon and was told it may be ready by end of day, or tomorrow. I received a call within a few hours that my computer was ready. Price was exactly as they stated, and my computer runs 100x faster and better than when new. My computer died so I brought it over here. I just wanted to post because they were very honest and took the time to look at my computer and take it apart and when they realized the cost to repair, because of the part that was not working, would have likely cost more than a new computer they advised me not to make the repair. In addition, even though they spent at least a day reviewing the computer and opening it up, they put it back together and handed it back to me and would not take a penny for their time! So, I would say this is an honest group, reasonably priced, and certainly not just in this to make a buck but to diagnose and give you the best advice on how to handle your computer whether it benefits them or not. I will definitely go back to them because after this experience I feel like I could trust their diagnosis and opinion.

I had a problem with my Dell desktop.Allen explained to me that he does not work with Dell but he will be glad to look at it for me.He fixed the issue and refused to charge me!!!Great customer care,Very professional experience 👏 👌I will definitely recommend them.
