The thing that has always brought me back to Target is how they differentiates themselves from Walmart with regards to its cleanliness and such. However, after visiting today, I honestly thought I was at a Walmart. The store was not busy but way too messy to shop. The pictures dont so my experience justice as misplaced and tossed clothes was all over the place. Hope someone reads this and fixes it.

The fitting rooms are well lit and have mirrors. Not a huge selection or sporting goods. Would give more Stars if the store had a huge selection of clothing for Men and merchandise.

Been shopping at this location for years, way before they made it a supercenter. Unlike most places I frequent this place has improved its staff (that is to say, the places I frequent generally needed no improvement in staff, to begin with). The restrooms stay clean and prices are fair. I found the electronics staff to be very helpful today and self checkout is a blessing at this location.

The store associates were helpful because I couldn’t find any Target gift cards on display at the registers. Looks like some other guests previously tampered with the back of the cards so the store had to secure the cards.

Buyer beware. Target no longer does exchanges. I wanted to exchange a black soda stream I received as a birthday gift from my sister for the exact same model just different color (white). The clerk said Target no longer does exchanges. Even though I had the receipt, I had to get a refund for the gifted machine and purchase the new machine at the regular price (not the sale price my sister paid.) 😔

I love this Target location! It’s my favorite! Even though they down -sized their Starbucks. There is no seating. You have to take your Starbucks drinks to go! No more hot food. They took out the snack counter and fountain drinks machine as well. But, they did improve the way the store merchandise is set up. It’s neat and clean! I like the fact they have handicap parking for disabled people with a handicap placard . They also have a power chair with a basket on front....for people with limited mobility to ride on while shopping. Overall, this is my favorite Target store location. The customer service is decent.

I will never go to this Target again. They profiled my son with Autism . He was told he couldnt grab popcorn because the lady at self checkout thought he was gonna walk out without paying. He was nowhere near the exit with our cart. Sorry he likes to dress like he does but he is comfortable and I dont ask him to dress up just to go to Target.! SO disgusted with this Target

I bought a SanDisk USB and a phone at target but could not figure out how to use the USB, so I came back to target for help and tech AHMED showed me how. Run, Forrest, Run. Went there to buy groceries. Bill came to $41.61. I was using self checkout so I deposited $100.41. Machine spit out $9.00. I called the clerk & showed her my receipt. She called the mgr, told me that I would have to wait for them to verify? I said Im not waiting, you owe me $50.00, just like the receipt says. After standing around waiting for 10 minutes, I finally got my $50.00. I will NEVER shop there again.

Ayesha is thee absolute best manager I have ever interacted with at any Target location ever. I had a minor issue with my drive up that I unfortunately did not notice until I got home and since it was late and the store was closed I was not able to call until this morning. fortunately my issue had already been resolved through the app however I thought maybe a manager should know what happened so that way it could be prevented in the future, so I got Ayesha and after a few minutes of talking I realized I was talking to somebody who not only really understands just the concerns that a customer might bring but also the bigger picture. It was interesting hearing the connections she made as I mentioned that I just got the wrong item by mistake. Thats when I knew I was not only speaking to the right person, but the best person there that can ensure there will be a difference. I greatly appreciate speaking to you on the phone today and I look forward to stopping in the next time Im in the area and saying hello to you, in case I dont catch you before you have your baby, I just want to say congratulations and many blessings to you and your family!

Store was clean and not overly busy. Today I could find parking with a reasonable walk. Sometimes the parking lot is a zoo and have to park far away from the door. I had a question and found a order filler that could help me. I found most of what I was looking for. The checkout had short lines.

Convenience and friendliness of staff. I had to pick up my order with my three boys. The staff made sure the boys were well entertained as they are all toddlers. They offered them stickers and high fives. The cashier even loaded my cart. Excellent service

I frequently shop at target, so much so that when we moved part of my list of needs was a home within 10 min of a Target store. We have always had positive experiences at this store. I wish I remembered her name but the other day we had the most wonderful cashier. Not only was she fast and efficient but she was able to engage and have a conversation with our son. She was beyond sweet and kind. I really do wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognized. Thank you target for your superb customer service! You have gone above and beyond!

I contacted Target (Corp) about this before, most recently about a week or so ago with no response. The San Dimas store has gone downhill in a major way. They only have two registers open regardless of what day or time I go in, so the line is backed up all the way to toys (despite having plenty of staff around the store, many of whom I see chatting with each other). Many of the shelves are very poorly stocked. I am understanding of COVID complications, but other stores have no problem staying stocked at this point, including other Targets. Also, some staff are rude or just clueless. We waited for five minutes at customer service for a return. We could hear employees talking around the corner. Another staff member kept going in and out and presumably never told them people were waiting. By the time they came out, six people were lined up behind us. The staff members never apologized for the wait or even acted surprised at the long line. Its like this location is TRYING to go out of business. I only shop there out of necessity now and instead try to order online or go to Walmart. What is happening at that location??

Do not use Drive Up your order will not be ready in time ever and in the event it is ready you will be missing items. Lots of them . I used it twice both times had to cancel my order . After 3+ hours of waiting I was told order wouldn’t even be ready same day . Only reason I came to Target was the drive up option which was worthless to say the least .

A nice friendly neighborhood Target. Once youve been inside one Target, youve seen them all. This location has friendly staff members, organized aisle, and enough cashiers too keep the flow going. I have never had a problem at this location, and Its just overall a good experience.

I was using the handicapped cart (broken foot) and I mowed into a shelf cause the cart was wider than I thought for the turn. Maria, who was stocking in the bathroom accessories section, was incredibly sweet and helpful. She put back my destruction and made sure I was alright and emphasized if I needed anything to ask her. I didnt have a good experience with Tracie at the door coming in, so Maria really changed things around. 5 stars all the way for Maria!

This target is always clean and organized, my kids for some weird reason love this target during the Holidays ( Halloween, christmas, easter) so I always appreciate the way its kept clean. The customer service is awesome, always friendly and willing to help. It makes it easier and actually enjoyable to go shopping, I typically hate shopping. Thumbs up all the way. Always appreciate a good store like this especially with Halloween around the corner my kids are probably gonna drag me to target at least twice a week, and with a store this good it just makes it easy.

I ordered some detergent and 2 packs of toilet papers because the promotion. They offer free $10 gift card and free $5 gift card when buy 2 of these items. my order total about $100, and I suppose get $20 gift cards back from target. I picked up my order at local store, but they cancel my gift card order once I picked up the order. This is not the first time!! Is anyone has the same experience? Will not buy from online again

Disappointed about the lack of employees working registers. To regularly have a 4-5 person deep line with a 15-20 minute wait doesn’t meet a fair standard of customer service, IMO. Luckily there are enough Target’s around that I can take my business to one that is better managed.

This is my favorite Target. The customer service is great here and it does not get as crowded as other Target stores in the area. The store is always clean, well organized, and its easy to find what youre looking for. I also notice the staff seems to be generally happy and is more than willing to go out of their way for you. They must have a good H.R. team??

My experience at the San Dimas, CA Target today was absolutely horrible. It took over 20 minutes to checkout. They had two lanes open and an employee directing people to the two lanes, with the line being down the store and around the corner to checkout. They absolutely needed to bring more people on the registers. After making it through the single line and being directed into an individual register line (with four or five people in line per register), they finally opened a new register. However, they allowed the people behind us in the long line to go checkout first. Whoever runs this Target should absolutely be fired. This was absolutely atrocious and I would love a follow-up phone call to learn more about what happened to make Target customers this evening to have such a horrible experience.

What the Heck, Target? I get that its the Holidays and things are crazy, but the store was a mess. My biggest concern though was my experience at checkout. The woman who rang me up asked if I wanted bags. I said yes, because I forgot mine in the car and wanted to get out fast. She mumbled something and started scanning my items. After a minute of ringing up and placing my items on the end of the register, she stopped and looked at me. She mumbled something about bags. I repeated, yes I would like bags. She mumbled again so I said excuse me? to which she responded you have to do it. Okaaaaay.I have been to plenty of stores that have you bag your own items. Thats not a problem to me. The problem is 1) The Mumbling, 2) Her tone with You have to do it and 3) The bags are behind the counter. Why would I reach around the counter and bag my own items, then pay you 10 cents per bag? How uncomfortable. Really unhappy with this experience and not at all thrilled to come back.

I have to say I had one of the most worst experiences at a Target Ive ever had today. I came in looking to price match a few items & was quickly given attitude. An older cashier immediately told me no & was quite frankly rude about it, smirking the whole time. I soon asked to speak to a manager & one quickly came. She was quite rude & frankly seemed to hate her job. I was quite upset. I didnt give any form of attitude to deserve that. Frankly Im just a customer looking to score a good deal. I know how it is to be a customer service representative (I myself worked at a Target as well) so I try to be as respectable as possible because I obviously understand the downsides. However, this was unacceptable for them. I just want to note everything that was done. From body language, attitude, to unprofessionalism. I even had to hear another cashier from across say Its best if you dont look at them. In addition the older cashier had said also told me why dont you go back where you came from then noticed her mistake and then said why dont you go back to the other target. They were referring to the target that actually did the price match for us in a proper and professional way. I had proof to give and still met with unprofessionalism. Id have to say the only upside was the other manager that came to confront us. He seemed to know what he was doing and was really nice when talking to us. My overall experience was awful. If anyone had similar experiences please share your story.

One of my favorite spots in the store is the dollar bins right when you walk in.I usually shop at the La Verne store but occasionally I stop at this one when Im in the area. It makes me crazy looking through the dollar section there because its a complete unorganized disaster. No order to it what so ever. Its like a clearance section the day after a holiday. It just looks trashy to me being that its the first thing you see when you walk in the store! Staffs generally nice. But this location is set up entirely different from the others near by. So every time I go in there Im walking in circles trying to find things what I need. I think I will stick to the La Verne Target for sure!

I ordered items on the 25th of November. Today I went to pick them up and they had put the items back. They were paid for and one of the days was a holiday. They said they only hold for 3 days, today was day 4 and yesterday was Thanksgiving. So, Im not likely to be shopping at Target again anytime soon. Hey Target: Catharyn in the San Dimas store is the best Customer Service manager on the West Coast!San Dimas was the only store within 5 hours drive of us that had an item in stock my son and husband wanted. The item was NOT available for online purchase and pickup. But, was it actually in stock? Often these items are not updated. Lunatic son and husband set off on a four hour drive to purchase it.Meanwhile, mom called to find out if this trip would be for naught. It was a busy Friday night. I fully expected to get the bum’s rush, if anyone even answered. The call kept ringing back unanswered from the department to the main line and Catharyn kept picking up. Finally she said, “I’ll just go find this myself” and marched back to the department, found the item with the help of Michael. Item had been opened. She and Michael took the time to inspect it and report to me the condition. I explained that my husband and son were on this crazy sojourn and could they please hold it until they arrived. They did!I could tell that Catharyn was very busy, but she was so upbeat and helpful. You never know what is going on in people’s lives. My son had had a traumatic experience that week and this sojourn with his dad was great therapy. Target Management: WHATEVER YOU ARE PAYING CATHARYN, IT ISN’T ENOUGH.

Have to go to guest services at least 80% of the time to correct a failed cartwheel or other sale problem when scanning the app barcode. Not sure if its just their computers but it is without fail and very frustrating. Also had to bring in Targets own coupon policy (printed from their website) to show the general manager since they were mishandling coupons and being unprofessional about it. In his defense he did admit their own error and claimed to have retrained checkout staff.

I have been very disappointed with your San Dimas store over the last few months. Every time I have visited this location, several items on my shopping list have been out of stock. I used to prefer Target over Walmart (even though some items are priced higher) because of the nicer environment / shopping experience. This store is really missing the mark lately. My recent trip was a huge disappointment. The tampon aisle was nearly vacant. It appears that Tampax Radiant may have been discontinued as the shelf tags were marked clearance. Then, I had difficulty finding slow release iron pills. Apparently those were out of stock as well. My final frustration was the inability to use a coupon for other items I had in my cart. This has happened to me before. I am very careful to select the correct item for the coupon I am using. This coupon was $3.00 off TWO Old Spice Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant, Body Wash OR Bar Soap (excludes High Endurance, Twin Packs and trial/travel size). I was purchasing two body wash items in a larger size than what was pictured on the coupon, but the exact same product. First I was told the coupon was not working because I was not purchasing deodorant. I pointed out the coupon said OR. Then I was told that it had to be exactly what was pictured. I have never had these issues redeeming coupons at other retailers. This felt like a wasted trip. Later in the day I was able to find everything I needed at Walmart. I really hope your San Dimas store can do something to improve the selection and customer service. I miss the happy experience I used to have there!

This a pretty run-of-the-mill Target. Nothing fancy, and not super huge. The employees are friendly enough, and they typically have everything that I look for. However, I’m docking this location two stars due to their parking lot. They seriously have the TINIEST spots known to man!! It drives me nuts! I have an SUV, and park further away to avoid dings in my doors, but someone inevitably parks next to me still. They need to re-pave and paint the spots a little wider. This store just lost a loyal customer over less than $1. I went in tonight, after working a 9-9 shift, to buy a few wic things, as i don’t have the extra funds to buy anything else right now, and we need some stuff at home. I was using two checks. One had a gallon of milk, 36 ozs of cereal and 16 Oz of whole grains. They were completely out of the bread. I used to work at Vons. Anytime this happened, we had the customer get the same damn bread, but in the larger size or something else comparable. I’ve also had other stores do this for me. Tonight, this “lead”, Mikayla, told me she could not because they would not be reimbursed for the whole amount of the bread. I explained that the difference in price was literally less than $1. It was change. She said she still could not. I’ve been up since 6, as I have school kids and an infant at home, and spent 12 hours on my feet at work. I had to go to Vons. And guess what! They were out of the WIC bread too. But you know what they did? They swapped it out so that I could take food home to my family and they wouldn’t lose a customer. Good job Vons. It is sad to me that I can’t say the same of Target, especially when I am a VERY loyal target shopper.

Bought an iPod here & with that I bought the $30 so called insurance with it and when my iPod screen cracked one day after I dropped it, the buttons also stopped working. So I took my iPod into target & when I asked them if I could have my iPod replaced, they simply told me NO, the insurance I paid $30 dollars for apparently didnt cover the iPod at all even though the lady who sold me the iPod said if the iPod broke at all, they would replace it. I strongly advise NO ONE to shop here. They do not stand behind theyre warranty. I wish I would have bought the iPod from radio shack, best buy or even apple. At least they would have replaced it like many other items Ive bough from them.

Its a mess stuff every where, nothing folder and put in place! You need to hire more people at this location treat them well and pay then well enough to STAY. Ive read things on line about this store in a local FB page saying management is bad they dont treat there staff well and they dont have good retention. You may want to look into this store
