Nothing to do with employees. This has everything to do with the management. Stopped in to pick up a few items. They had one cashier. He then went on break and left me hanging. I was going to buy beer but there was nobody there to ring me up. So I left the items and walked out. I can’t be the only person who has had to do that. Just pay the extra money and get some employees. You guys are losing so much more in revenue than what it would cost to get a few more employees. You already save a ton of money but having those self pay checkout stands.

Had a pretty nice visit here at this Target today! This location had pretty much everything I was looking for ranging from Laundry Sanitizer, Detergents, wrapping paper, paper bags to all sorts of snacks!The cashier who helped me checked out was fantastic. Had a really friendly attitude and pretty speedy as well!

Want to shout out this amazing worker at target! They were so nice and sweet a coupon I used didn’t work properly they gave me the difference on a gift card. The employees at the return desk were efficient and move quickly. My return was completed within a couple of minutes. I like that they had two people at the desk even though it wasn’t terribly busy so that there wasn’t a long wait time.

Staff here have their nose in the air. I came shopping here with my mother and sister with disabilities. We had a few staff act like we dont belong here and ask how we were going to pay for that. My family has good income and look presentable. This obviously was a discrimination issue. To the girls that were acting this way, you are not all that and I hope you get humbled before you continue too far down that self centered path. Be gracious and kind.

Placed an order a little over 2 hours ago for pick-up. I called (3) times and each time as I rang for the drive-up order pick up, the phone rang a couple of times and then the call ended. It’s very frustrating to deal with this type of service. Highly disappointed and poor customer service.

I was in Target earlier waiting in line for quite a while. There was only one cashier, an older man and one person watching the self checkout,a younger girl. Myself and multiple guest noticed she kept on calling for back up…unfortunately no one answered and she looked frustrated. I felt bad she was handling guest and putting out small fires everywhere. As she kept on calling for more cashiers she started calling for mangers to help her out. What irritated me was that no manger answered her. She was calling for them for quite a while. I’m not sure who called for the mangers after her(probably someone with higher power than her) but after they called for them multiple mangers came out and started helping out guest and going on lanes. I am extremely disappointed in these Target workers who call themselves “managers.” The girl watching self checkout definitely deserves a raise or some form of recognition. She herself has the potential of a TRUE manager. It is truly disappointing that Target advertises themselves as a “team” yet no one was able to help her out, until someone with a higher power (I’m assuming) called out the managers.

Wont be shopping at this location anymore, and will be reconsidering Target in general. Came in a while back and there were absolutely no cashiers available, just the self checkout. Came in a few days ago and there was a single cashier available. I swear theres more employees manning the Starbucks.You wonder why youre losing to Amazon, maybe its because you skimp out on every aspect of the experience. Its not like your prices make going in worth it either. I can spend 5 minutes on my phone and get something delivered to my house, or I can trudge into this sad little store and wait in a long line or deal with the annoying self checkout machines. I think Ill pass.

Huge store with massive parking lot [shared with a few other local small businesses] and easily accessible \ visible from the 57 Freeway between Chapman Ave. And Yorba Linda Blvd.This store never feels too crowded but honestly I hate how Target has been remodeling the general store layout. Also, I didnt consider it really a plus before, but now they play obnoxious music throughout the store. I hadnt realized it was quiet until that silence was stolen.I like thia Target location, but to avoid excessive foot traffic and finding parking etc.. Id rather shop the online store

Always check your receipts to make sure you weren’t charged twice for an item. I’ve experienced this over 5 times this year. Then also make sure that your refunded the full amount because sadly it’s not always accurate. They are understaffed but still should make sure employees receive the proper training to ensure efficiency.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Fullerton Target. I have shopped at Target for many years and was blown away by the customer service representative Aikol and her personality. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. Very kind very efficient and a lovely personality. I wish there were more of Aikol’s in the world. It would be a better place, especially during these times.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. There was a discrepancy in the target app, my family was there ready to take some water balloons for a quick summertime refresher. Anadelia quickly accommodated for the inconveniences. She took accountability and provided the best and quickest customer service and satisfaction hands down. HORRIBLE. DO NOT come to this target ever. I was waiting in line for a return. Not only did no one come to help me, but at least 5 employees came and went past me without any regard to a waiting customer. When asked of someone could help, they all responded with “someone will be with your shortly” but no one ever came. Waited for 15 minutes and then just left without even returning what I went there for. Will go to a different target now and will never come back to this one.

The WORST store. It is a DISASTER area, never organized. The clothes are literally thrown into the displays. I had to go in on Saturday for something and ran back in on Tuesday and the same carts and boxes were in the same places. If you are in here I hope you dont need to find someone to ask a question or ask for help, if you do, GOOD LUCK! I had a customer service person look me up and down in the dressing room and ignore me while she went back to her phone. I would drive 15 miles out of my way to go anywhere else. Im curious how this store got even WORSE after the remodel? What a waste. There is no rhyme or reason to this store, it is a complete and total mess and there is zero customer service and no management here.

I am giving a review for one particular sale associate (Ana) in the baby/electronic department. I went in today to purchase a pair of shoe for my granddaughter. I end up purchasing a stroller and asked Ana if could go ahead and pay for the stroller and use it while shopping. She help me with the purchase and taking off the tags from the stroller so that I may use it during my shopping. She helped with a smile and very polite. We need more helpful and friendly sale associate like her.

ROSIE who has a broken foot and works as a cashier is incredibly rude. I was next in line for Self Checkout and she had a lane open on the side. She finished with her customer and I respectfully waited to either be called or go to next available kiosk. She waved her hand at me and I went over. I said “hello I brought my own bag” and placed it on the belt. She grabbed it and put it at the end and said “you need to bag it yourself”. Uhm okay I will I have no problem doing that. How about “if you bring your own reusable bag please know you’ll need to bag it yourself” not ‘you need to bag yourself’. I’m not sure if she thinks she can talk to someone like that just because I’m younger than her but if she does that’s incredibly small minded.So I begin bagging my items and she walks around the register to greet one of her friends who has a cart full of stuff and she LITERALLY GIVES HIM 2 FREE BAGS. They start having a full on conversation like it was not coming to an end any time soon. I’m standing there waiting for about 2 minutes ready to pay. So I say, “Can I pay?” She turns around and says “go ahead” and points at the machine. I said “well the machine isn’t flashing blue” she says “it doesn’t need to”so I try to put my card in, it doesn’t do anything so she sighs, leaves her friend, and comes back to her register to activate the pad. As I’m paying she LEAVES AGAIN like actually disappears for 4 minutes. My receipt printed out and I was waiting for her. I needed my receipt and I was not going to be disrespectful and reach for it over the counter. She finally comes back and gives it to me and I just leave. No “have a good day” from her or a “sorry” she just gives it to me. Rosie is incredibly rude, unprofessional, lazy and her foot probably ain’t even broken. She’s 100% going to deny this review if management were to being it up but look at the cameras for 10/06/2022 at 12:30PM

My son bought a Apple Gift Card. Before we could leave the parking, my son openned the gift card, and the numbers were scratch off. We went back to Target. they could not do anything and to call Apple Support. My son did and Apple came back stating that Target deactivated the card. If you buy something online for 2 hour pickup dont stop by 5 hours later expecting it to be ready. Then, when you do pick it up MAKE SURE to check the items you purchase. If I wanted to buy a display/returned item I would at least expect it to be marked as such, and perhaps a little discount for the missing accessories.

Just ordered refridgerator via online for store-pick up. Called to confirm, and verify the processing time, no one answers the phone in any departments then hangs up. If you operate like this under the management that you trained and hire, whats the point of having PH services? Is someone who monitors this? Where is your SOP and what does it say? The customer service at this target is horrendous. On multiple occasions Ive waited at the costumer service desk for more than 15 minutes before any one even acknowledges me. And its not that they were on break or not there. Several team members walked back and forth in front of me to go to the target drive up without even greeting me or saying someone will be there soon. So I began to try the drive up but every time I go to the drive up. (I even used to the app to let them know I was on my way and everything) Yet, I waited 20 minutes and ended up going in to get my items, after see the team members bring out items to every car that arrived after me. I understand that things can be busy but common curtesy are seriously lacking.This last visit took the cake. I was trying to exchange a sweater for a different size that I had gotten during a sale. I had the receipt and everything. The team member charged me the full price for the new size. When I attempted to explain that that was not the original price I paid the team member was extremely rude. She told me theres nothing they can do about it, even when another customer next to me mentioned that Target honors the original price paid for exchanges. The team member then gave me attitude that she could ask the manager but the manager will say the same thing. I asked politely for her to go talk with the manager. Upon the team members return she didnt say a word to apologize for her attitude or that she would be able to complete the transaction for the same price. She was silent as she completed the exchange at the original price I paid for the sweater. Totally unnecessary behavior for a simple exchange.

I ordered groceries yesterday, 11/12/22, and picked up in the Drive up that same night. My order included 1% milk. Got up this morning to find that the milk was not only spoiled but also 3 DAYS EXPIRED, expiration date being 11/9/22. In the past, while shopping in store, the milk refrigerator has smelled a little off but I chalked it up to being an isolated spill. Took the milk back to the store today and, while they cashiers were kind about it, they also admitted that they have this happen A LOT. They also said the spoiled milk is the result of miscommunication? If you buy milk products from this store, please check the dates before approving your order or eating. Especially if you have young kids who wouldnt be able to tell you if it is spoiled.

First of all this Target never has ANYTHING. SECOND... Target is so over priced for bs merch its criminal. Unfortunately for some of us, this is the closest store to our home. Another thing, I dont appreciate being followed by loss prevention and then stared at while Im checking out. Ive been coming to this Target for years and if Ive been single out before they did a good job of hiding it. The female Loss prevention associate that stared at me at self checkout and tried to intimidate me, DIDNT WORK. I dont shoplift lady. I have plenty of money in my wallet. Next time follow some young teenagers that walk around looking suspect. Maybe because I was the ONLY black person in the store, I dunno but Im prepared to give whomever a piece of my mind if and when this happens again. Not every black person is a deadbeat.

The store itself is pleasant and the staff is friendly but my only complaint is the amount of people outside trying to sell you things most nights. It’s one thing to ask once politely but tonight I ran into some high school folks that followed me towards my car asking consistently and that area reeked of marijuana (not sure if it was them or not). After donating $5 for their persistence, they asked for more. Not cool. It just made my whole experience at target unpleasant. Dread the walk into the store and out the store every time.

This was a quick trip to target but I wasnt expecting the super nice and patient cashier who helped me out (young man, darker complexion, medium length black hair) to come running after me, half way to my car to bring me my bags that I had forgotten while checking out. This made my day and truly reminded me that there are still people out there who know how to work hard all while still caring for their customers. Thank you to the cashier who helped me. Elizabeth in women’s apparel was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me find the dress I was looking for today. I bought this dress at another store and there was a hole at the bottom of the dress I didn’t see and I returned the dress. I liked the dress so much, I had the original store check the inventory and this store had it in stock. System said there was only 1 available and most stores were sold out. Most employees would say sorry, system says one but most likely it’s not correct and go about their way (which I’ve had to me several times before). She helped me look on the floor, checked the back, and brought out a tracker device and found the dress this way. Pretty much like finding a needle in a haystack. Well, she found the dress. Had a bad experience with a rude store employee. She came through with a clothes rack and said excuse me in a rude tone. When we (me and my children) tried to get out of her way, she accused us of going into the cashier area but we weren’t and frankly just trying to get out of her way. Target needs to improve assisting people in electronics department! If nobody is there kindly asking the nearest associate for help rarely works, They give you the runaround or take a long time to help. If there is nobody in electronics that can help unlock a case for you atleast place a sign notifying customers when its best to shop. This gets neglected and this review probably wont change a thing but future customers can think twice if they dont feel like wasting time.

Visited here today 5/12/19 at about 12:30. The store itself is perfection! Organized and clean. Then you try to checkout. Prepare for disaster. They had two registers open. Both had about five customers. Then both had seven customers. Then two other workers come over. Great! Let’s open more lanes!NOPE!! 👎 instead, they closed one of the two open registers.Now there is a line stretching back to cosmetics. Three workers just hanging out and chatting while one lane is open!! Why would they do this?? It was chaos. People were walking out.I finally checkout and I’m helping to bag my own things so this line can get moving. I’ve never seen a target that bad. The cashier actually tried to get me to sign up for a red card. Seriously, lady? Move your line! Forget the upsales.They have no urgency here for customer service. I won’t be back.

Great service. Tried their order online and Pickup at Store option. Pretty good. Only issue is that the Cartwheel offers may not apply. Some are in-store only and there is no way to know if the store carries some items. Online store usually says check in store for some items that may not be sold at the store. Annoying. Other than that, Target is one of the last decent store that carries a good variety of decently priced items.

Revoked my 5 star review. The self checkout attendant allowed me to get cut off by two wild boars disguised as women. Very disorganized self checkout. Always confusion on where the line starts. I am so disappointed in the way this Target was remodeled. Now all the essential, basic items are located in the back corners of the store. Definitely not convenient. Also, all the main isles are cluttered with big displays which make the isles to hard to manouver, especially when you cant go around someone. I have other complaints which I wont go into, but siffice to say, I have encountered one frustration after another at this location. Will be looking to shop elsewhere from now on. Whoever designed this new layout was not thinking of customer convenience and Targets customer base. A look disappointed.😣

The parking lot has a unique layout, but the rest of the store is a typical target. The store was clean and the staff friendly. I would say this one is a little smaller than some stores, a little less selection. There are parts of the layout that are odd or a little confusing, but that could always be changed seasonally for all I know.If you need the kinds of things you buy at Target, this is a good choice.

Was in the return area, had one person there doing EVERYTHING. Car orders returns, pick ups, etc. took 10 mins for back up and I was second in line before I was helped. If it could be lower I would. The service here is scattered. Some are great, but some simply dont care. Other Targets have employees that actually want to work and help customers. Ive never heard of Target not caring, but this store Im disappointed with the shelf by organization. In addition, the issue of equity at this store is non exisistent. Workers arent treated fairly and definitely arent given support. Watch out for the person working in HR DEPT at this location. From a relative that once worked here was treated poorly and taken advantage of.

This place has really gone down hill. I used to shop here all the time since it’s so close to my house. Since they “remodeled” it, it’s always a mess! Merchandise and trash everywhere, so much so you can’t find anything. I hate the new layout. Beyond frustrated with Target. Today my daughter purchased a $100 toy with gift cards from her birthday. When we arrived home we discovered the toy was broken. Returned to Target to exchange the toy for the identical toy and Target refused to exchange the item same day because they claim the receipt is not in the system same day. This is not posted anywhere on their return policy. I have a receipt and a broken toy and Target refused to return the item. I could not be more upset and now have a 6 yr old crying because Target refused to do a return with a receipt. I will never patronize Target again. Even called corporate and was told they do not return items same day even when they are broken. This is ridiculous and should be posted.

I lost the recipt so i called guest relations and they tell me to come in they can exchange it w/ a debit card or recipt. they run my card and cant pullback transactions less than 24hrs; so she offers to exchange my $20 fan for $5 store credit and I would have to pay $15 for a new fan. Went here to get Hanukkah candles. For some reason they put the Hanukkah section away from seasonal in the office area. Was unable to find the candles, it seemed like they werent ever put out because the target app said they were in stock. I could not find a tag where they would be placed. I used to enjoy shopping this store but, since the remodel its become an overpriced junk store. Shelves and racks are all in disarray, trash (and clothing) on the floor, hard to find things, dont carry the labels they used to.... Ive been in here 3 times since they remodeled and nothing has improved. Will not be back.

This is my usual shopping location. We used to go to Walmart but realized the REDcard and Cartwheel app provided better savings than the Walmart app and credit card. This is a smaller target than Im used to but it gets the job done. Seems short staffed all the time but the ones I do see are friendly. The cashiers are great and quick. Selection is average for target and the store and restrooms are clean. Easy parking, but theres always someone playing music outside which isnt necessarily a bad thing but might bother some people. Will return.

Went to buy a single package of diapers but was told by a store employee that they only sell diapers in the boxes now. So now target wont sell diapers unless they making a minimum of 24.99 plus tax. I will be so glad when they have to start shutting down stores. Amazon has to work harder to shut them down.
