Great place to visit. It’s different from others because there is an entire floor dedicated to parking and store is on the second floor. Good collection and kind staff. Highly recommend this place.

This Target location is huge! Although the returns line was long when I arrived, help came shortly after and everyone waiting was helped within 2 minutes. This place is tucked back behind the Galleria, so you might miss it if its your first time. Covered and outdoor parking is available and a Starbucks and Whichwhich location both reside inside.

I go to target on a regular basis. It’s convenient and close to home. The only problem is sometimes they run out of items and don’t seem to have the shelves stocked very well. The atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly.

The customer service was nice, cashier was really nice and the place is very neat and clean and the area is pretty large. If you wanna get K-pop albums then this place is a good spot for it, the albums are located in the back near the electronics but the album range is a bit limited though.

Ive been shopping at this store for many years. Good selection, and competitive pricing. I like this store more than several other Target locations. Covered parking is a bonus, though the lighting in the garage is insufficient especially in the middle during the day. Also, the app almost always has been a useful tool for checking stock of items I want to ensure I can do a quick self-pick, plus online order pickup/driveup are relatively quick options as well when mobile shopping in advance.

This review is directed at Brian. Hes a stocker that I have seen on a few occasions, and hes seriously the nicest guy! Not only is he friendly, but hes always willing to go the extra mile for you.Earlier today, my wife, son, and I came in for a quick trip to pick up some of my gluten-free essentials that they dont carry at the Target thats a little closer to our house. I was having trouble finding the gluten-free Yasso ice cream bars I like. Brian saw me looking and asked which ones I wanted and found them instantly.I mentioned that I was grateful and that we were going to grab some gluten-free Digiornos while we were there. He said that they didnt actually have any out, but he was pretty sure hed seen a box in the back. He told me to hang out for a couple of minutes, and hed see if he could find them. Sure enough, a couple of minutes later, he showed up with a bunch of them and handed me a couple. Brian for the win!Target trips arent always the most exciting thing... Yall know how it is. Its nice to have someone like Brian around who has that old school customer service mentality.

I hate to say it but Target should seriously screen their employees who are AT&T reps.I was speaking with my friend on a private conversation she was inquiring about a cord for a phone. She was explaining this to me when the AT&T rep offered her a trade on her phone and if she was to do that the 12 would only be $100. I said to my friend be careful Now here is where he becomes unprofessional he starts talking to me saying she doesnt have to be careful, I told my friend read the fine print and once again he starts talking to me via cellphone, which my conversation was with my friend not him he rudely says to me that he knows what he is doing and he is an AT&T rep. A representative of any AT&T or otherwise should not engage in conversations which he is not included. I was greatly offended by this. In the near future AT&T should retrain their reps and teach them to stay out of a customers phone calls and just some advice to anyone who is thinking of purchasing or trading in your phone at Target you should google Deceptive Sales by AT&T Reps, also AT&T Target rep Scam its public record

This store is great. Nestled away behind the mall, with a parking structure that keeps your car in cool shade while you shop. You can also park outside in the sun if your into that short of thing. Because of its location, the traffic flow inside and out is just right.

Two days in a row I order two different phone mounts that they say they have in stock I ordered for curbside pick up. After waiting an hour both times they say SORRY OUT OF STOCK. WTH. Do NOT shop at this store. They take your money when ordering then say out of stock and then say you have to wait 1 to 2 business days to get your money back. Will never shop this store ever again.

Today I had my drink thrown at me as opposed to handed to me by a disgruntled African American girl working at Starbucks inside target because I asked her to take payment for a pack of tooth brushes. She called me a liar adding that she worked yesterday and didn’t see me when I said I was just there day before yesterday and the girls there took my payment and sold me coffee. I really feel like people forget customer service comes with serving drinks sometimes. Literally had start my work day with an attitude from a stranger, being called a liar, and having to take my stuff else where to purchase when I had just done it all at one terminal not even 48hrs ago. I shop here everyday day, not by choice but by convenience because I work across the street. Doing what all of you lack, performing with superior level customer service. Don’t shop here, people are crass.

Target has a wide selection of items to order. And it is close to my house. I like being able to order food quickly and drive a short distance to have it placed in my vehicle. Like every other food pickup service there are items that are out of stock. My only complaint is I wish there was a way for them to tell you it is out of stock and recommend a substitution instead of finding out item was canceled when you pick up your order. The staff are very efficient and nice.

I went shopping for the last two days, I picked up my stuff after many hours spent and arrived at the checkout. I was surprised my debit card was declined because it’s large amount and unusual transaction, so I had to call my bank right away and the bank not responded because that was not office hour so I had to follow the instructions with a computer but I could not hear it because my English is not good😂 at that point I asked The beautiful black girl I don’t remember her name and her partner to do me a favor to hear what the computer said and they did it for me, thank you target for hiring this kind of helpful employee specially to whom not speaking a good English just like me

I was looking for Makoto salad dressing. Asked an associate. She advised did not know where it was.I ended up in market fresh department and asked another associate. He had no clue either...I finally found the Makoto dressing in the refrigerated section.Just because this may be one of the larger Target stores does not mean an associate should not be able to guide or assist a customer to find a product. My experience today inside this Target was traumatizing. The employee ringing me up at the Tech department stopped ringing me up to answer another customer’s question, then proceeded to allow the customer to keep asking questions for another couple of minutes. The employee did not apologize for the inconvenience or even ask me if it was ok for him to step away to answer this other customer’s questions. I finally asked the other customer to please wait because the employee was currently ringing me up and the other customer called me a b**ch at least 5 times in front of my 6 year old child. The employee allowed the customer to stay in the department to continue to verbally assault me while he finished ringing me up. Again, the employee did not apologize or ask if me or my child was ok, considering this man is walking around the department behind us continuing to repeat profanities to me in front of my child. The employee did not care that this man was verbally attacking me and could have followed us to my car to attack us even more. He did not alert security. One thing to note is that I am a woman and both the employee and other customer are men. The blatant sexism and allowing other men to treat women this way (for asking them to wait and not to cut in line) is appalling.

The cashier named Morgan(I think thats his name) was pleasant and gave excellent service to me and the 2 customers ahead of me. Even when one customer asked a question about something on his receipt he didnt get snappy, nor did he let it affect his interactions with the rest of us. He even neatly folded all of the garments I purchased, even when I told him to dump them because it didnt matter he said I always feel bad putting them anyhow. Can every employee be like him!?! As someone that used to be a general manager, I am a stickler for AT LEAST good customer service, so when I see someone go above and beyond, Im in customer service heaven. Keep up the great job!

If you use your ebt card for food (or other) make sure to ask for free bags in the beginning of the process because a cashier refused to give me any bags after I paid and even before I paid. She offered to charge me for a bag afterwards the transaction.10/02/2022 7:12pm this happened with a cashier in her checkout register..she’s a older age, Hispanic woman with prescription glasses & wavy short dark hair. Nice large store with a wide selection. This is a 2 story Target and its on the upper level, the bottom level is parking. There is plenty of parking both inside the structure and outside. The staff is always nice and helpful. Theres also a Starbucks and a Sandwich place inside if you want to grab something to eat.

Honestly, everytime I walk in here youd think its Black Friday. Dont ever expect a quick in and out trip. There never seems to be enough registers open, and it seems like there is always someone who doesnt know how to use self checkout.That being said - parking is abundant, and even if you have a nice car you can park in the back of the garage away from everyone else. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this Target! Its open 24 hours and has everything you could need. They have a great food/produce section as well as a lovely home section. I have been a real fan of the Target Cartwheel app which lets me see if there are any coupons on items that Im already buying! Lots and lots of parking too. Theres parking in front of the store as well as a structure at the back of the store. They just put a Which Which in as well!

Called this location 3 times during a non-peak time to see if they had a certain item. Selected the correct department, phone rang for 5 minutes before it kicked over to the operator. She transferred me back to the department, and it rang for 4 more minutes and then hung up on me. Called 2 more times, and it rang for several minutes with no answer and then would hang up on me. Drove to the store to find out they dont carry what I needed, asked guess services whats going on with the phones, and the girl assured me that they answer the phones right away. It was not busy and there were several employees standing near the service desk just talking. None of them seemed the slightest bit concerned or apologetic.

Horrible line management. Was waiting in a line and a worker supervising the line (male), pulled us out of the line saying it was closed. The light for the line wasn’t turned off yet, but he still told us it was closed. Instead of directing us to another line, he just let us be. We got stuck behind another line and when they eventually opened up more registers, he didn’t even try to move people who were in the longer lines to the newly opened ones. Terrible. I will not be shopping at this location in the future. When the 2nd check stand opened directly in front of me the cashier took the person behind me as I waited through 2 more customers to place my items at the 1st register. The way the product specials were displayed was confusing and I was told I would not get my discounts then the cashier told me to read the fine print. AS I walked back to the shelf with the floor manager to check prices they moved my items to another register which did not work so I was moved again. At that point I removed half the items in my cart.

Its an impressively large store, but the customer service was terrible. I typically do not mind waiting especially knowing that its the busy season, but Im not really happy knowing that I waited for a long time for service only to be pushed aside so everyone else behind me will be serviced first. This Target has steadily gone downhill past couple of years. Frequently out of stock on many, many items. Most offensive: advertisements and posted sale prices OFTEN dont match what rings up at register. I now take pictures to show at register when I check out. Pricing discrepancies happen too often to be accidental. I think they bet on customers not noticing theyve been overcharged. Check your receipts before you leave the store.

They saved our trip. The employees in this Target and Californians are such good people. On the first day of our trip from NYC to Disneyland, we dropped by this Target to pick up some things that we needed. Jetlagged and stressed from the flight with our 4 yr old and 1 yr old, we left our diaper bag which had an Iphone, tablet, kids passports and wifes ID in a cart. After shopping for about half an hr, we realized that we had misplaced it. After having a heart attack, i went to customer service. It turned out that someone found it, turned it in, and didnt take anything. The staff immediately took all valuables out and locked it up, so when we came looking for it, everything was safe and accounted for. Love this target and its staff! Thank you guys!

The store is Never stocked but the staff is absolutely superb and the superiors especially are amazing Customer Service team members. Sorry To say though because the Customer Service team is so incredibly nice, but I have witnessed myself on too many occasions (@least 10-15) what seem to be regular family and even single people customers being harassed and stopped by whom I assume is loss prevention and the treatment of these paying customers seems completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s just policy or if maybe they are having issues with this but It seems to me that they are not thinking about the fact that they are being very disrespectful and discriminatory to certain people and I am aware of many other people who have made the decision to stay away from this location because of these practices and I really think that management should really look into the policy of “shaking down “ the loyal customers that are basically paying their salaries. Please because I’m sure one of these days you are going to be sued or at least the very aggressive and unprofessional loss prevention person that I will see behaving like that almost every single time I am in the store.

At the time of payment i trying to hand over my money and she has her back to me helping another target worker. I am not sure how training goes in in facility but NEW training on how to handle customers from he beginning to the end of the transaction before moving to help others. I am a customer so i thought, but this type of behavior happens often at target stores. i should not have to shop outside of my area just for better service. I called the store mgr Mazen and he did not seem to understand the problem. He did not handle the problem correctly. Yes this is a problem.

Several employees stocking the shelves said hello, which was a nice start to the morning but the 5-star stocker was Daniel. He was restocking the beauty section and asked me how I was doing. I said okay except I have a cold. He said, Have you tried Zicam? I said no and asked what aisle it was in. He told me, then said, You know what. Ill go get it for you while you shop. He promptly came back with cherry and orange flavors for me to select from. This is an example of STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, KINDNESS, AND CARING, also resulting in an add-on sale for Target :-). Kudos to Daniel for going the extra mile!!!

Prices are lower at this location compared to other Target locations in the area. Their Cartwheel app helps to cut prices even further and their addition of their self-checkout stations about a year or so ago has helped to get shopping done faster. Parking Garage is located on the first level beneath the store. Since its covered parking, you may have to be careful of teens skateboarding near the back. The items are located on the 2nd floor, so you will need to take the stairs, escalator or elevator to get up. Which Wich has also recently opened up inside of the store which does already have a Starbucks.
