Target never disappoints! This store is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean and organized, making shopping a breeze. I recently stopped by to grab a quick birthday gift, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection available. In addition to finding the perfect present, I was able to pick up some wine and chips - talk about convenience! Target truly is a one-stop-shop for all my needs. Whether Im looking for gifts, groceries, or household items, I know I can always count on Target for a seamless shopping experience.

Really like this location, can get busy, large parking lot but lots of stores around it. Very clean, lots of options, always good prices, never really had too many interactions with employees. Will return and will recommend.

Huge target plenty of parking space very very large selection of clothing and food . So much better than the guetto one in rancho . Very spacious easy to move through open space well organized . Very impressed by this location . Well maintain .plenty of stock .great target overall. Tax are only 7.75 same as rancho which is great . A big target with food section, Starbucks, and a CVS store inside. It gets busy during the weekends but its relatively well maintained and the lines move quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful.

If you like to shop with a bunch of people that look like they are ex cons then this is the store for you. I saw a guy smoking a marijuana vape pen inside store pushing a baby in a stroller. Several months ago I saw a man shopping while drinking a beer. The employees are unprofessional and trashy looking. So many customers bring their dogs in cuz rules don’t apply to them and Target is not doing anything about it. Target has turned so trashy and anything goes apparently! This store has so many scumbags shopping in it!

The shopping environment is great and the service attitude is very friendly, so I like shopping at Target. Ive also been a Target VIP member for about 17 years. Some cashiers scanned barcodes randomly due to sloppy work. As a result, the item was not found on the receipt upon return. Some items are charged repeatedly. The cashier negligence caused me inconvenience. Although Target has done a perfect job, I still hope that Target can pay more attention to these details so that every customer can enjoy shopping with more confidence. Management is difficult. It is not easy to establish a good brand. It is even harder to become a brand with integrity. I believe Target can do it.

The online experience is awesome. The benefits are awesome. Target has almost everything anyone can want or need. Its easy to use. You can pickup in your car or go inside. You can also get it shipped or delivered that day. Everyone is so friendly. There Holiday price match at checkout or throughout the season really makes their prices 😁, so awesome.

I don’t want to call this targeted racism, but I have no idea what to else to call it. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Target and this is the first time they’ve stopped me before walking out because I bought over $100 worth of merchandise. I was buying my item at self check out, and took a long time to get my gift cards situated. Then I went to get Starbucks. As soon as I was walking out with my drink a young lady went up to me as if she was waiting for me and asked me very abruptly (wasn’t even smooth about it), “excuse me sir can I see your receipt?” I said surreeee, this is the first time I’ve been stopped, do you stop everyone. She said no, only people with large purchases. I thought okay that’s fair. So I tested this theory. I walked back into the store, and there WAS NOT an associate checking receipts at the door. Sorry but definitely not going back to target if they’re going to train their employees to not treat everyone the same.

Called yesterday and selected the option to speak with someone in electronics. Well the guy who answered the phone was completely rude and hung up on me when I asked him his name. Tried to call back multiple times, attempting to reach anybody and still no answer. No other department answered their phone. I am so glad that I was able to find my item elsewhere and will think twice before I spend another dime at a target store. Now I see why Amazon is so popular.

If you’re going to enforce “policy” make sure it’s with everyone and everyone including employees understand or know what’s correct or not. I was at self checkout and I had a semi full cart and so did a gentleman behind me. The self checkout attendant came up to me letting me know that self checkout was only 10 items or less and I let her know that I was told that the register in front of self checkout was 10 items or less because different employees have been telling me all of September and October. She told me no self checkout was 10 items or less and not to do that again and walked away and was talking away rudely about me to the gentleman that was behind me in line that also had a full cart. Why wasn’t he told anything? Is it because he’s white like her? I was half way done and I don’t take that long to check out my stuff. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing with her or just the store in general because it’s ridiculous to be treated like this in front of my son.

I come to this target in specific a lot and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s location alone deserves the five stars. Located at the foot of the mountains and being able to see all from there. This location always has more than the other targets in the area which makes the trip worth while. Sunday 8/27/2023 I went to this location with my wife and daughter to purchase Yu-Gi-Oh cards, keep in mind that this was my first time purchasing at this location & my wife though I should treat myself for once. So I grab 8 booster packs & 2 3rd party seller packs that contain 2 packs in each. I walk to the self check out, scan them all, than the self check out employee approaches me & says you can only purchase 5 packs. “I say I didn’t see a sign” she ignores me. So I’m left deciding which ones to remove. I ask her well can my wife purchase the other 3 well I purchase 5? Than she ignores me. I didn’t want no problems. I removed 2 packs from the 8. She was just one of those employees who take there job to seriously but don’t realize if it weren’t for us customers they won’t have a job. Now what if I took out 2 single boosters instead I still would of had 10 packs since those 3rd party sellers hold 2 packs in each pack. She just didn’t know what she was doing and though she was a somebody. She didn’t even bother counting my pack haha i was to caught up in the moment I didn’t even realize she had me pay for 5 but I had 6 once I was in my car. Not only did she try to act like a B but cost her job $5 with letting me walk out with a free pack. Ridiculous lol. By the way she had Glasses and some tats on her arms, & chubby with a fupa tummy.

Went to this target with my family and my brother accidentally fell on the floor and a employee walked up to us and didnt even say are you ok or anything just do you want to file a incident report and not only that had a attitude towards us we said no because we didnt want to make a big deal but the same lady walks back to us and kicks us out. My brother had his back bleeding and still didnt say if he was ok. Dont know if it was because of race because i know of previous people they said they were racist but i dont know. Ive been here before and had no problems at all but that one employee caused us problems.

Beyond terrible customer service. Ive gotten to the point that I go somewhere else because it is so bad here. Seems like they always have just 2 or 3 registers open, and then of course self checkout. They will go to any length to avoid paying employees. You stand in line, do everything, and do you think Target gives you a discount for doing everything for them? hahaha Absolutely not! And dont ask an employee for help finding something. I was told, I dont know, Im just a seasonal worker, but Im pretty sure we dont carry it. It was motor oil for a car! I found it one isle over after being told the above. Absolutely absurd. Ever heard of Training! Hire more people! Clean your store! Its always filthy! Pay and train your employees properly. Maybe then you wouldnt have such a high turn over rate, as one of your employees blamed the problems on. Also, dont let your employees get away with wearing a shirt that says Kaiser Permanente on it, just because its red and the lettering was small. I sure caught it! Kaiser sure wouldnt appreciate it.!

Horrible customer service!!!!! Sonia is a rude employee and bad mouths customers to other customers. Embarrassed me and my family. She let 3 customers cut in front of us and after I called her out, she apologized and I asked her to drop it but she kept going at it. I use Drive Up a lot because I have a disability that makes walking difficult. The staff at this location has taken up to 30 minutes to get me my Drive-Up order, in which time I could go in and find everything myself. It takes up my time and it is not comfortable to wait in my car this long with this condition. I hope that this store can improve their Drive-Up services because they are very disappointing.

The team running the in-store pickup and drive up today are amazing. Its the day before Christmas Eve, in the pouring rain and still doing a great job. Yes, it took a long time to get our stuff picked up. You could tell that everyone was doing their best to make it as quick as they could (despite just being extremely combative.) Recently they have started doing this thing where they put carts in front of both of the entrances before they are actually closed. I asked a worker and they said they start closing a half hour earlier than usual. I get its probably for safety or to reduce people shoplifting right before closing, but Target needs to shovel out money for some security guards. When the entrances are completely closed, the average person is just gonna think the store is closed earlier now, when they arent actually closed yet at all. And if the goal is to discourage customers from coming inside for the last 30 minutes, just close 30 minutes earlier anyway

Nice place to find Pokémon cards but there LOSS PREVENTION TEAM are complete a**h**es...! Mistaken me for stealing and because they were wrong and had zero proof they would t take back the product I just bought off them minutes earlier. Keep in mind d I nvere left the store.. but because they thought I stole gave them the rig h t to refuse a return I just face to face bought from them. There is a shorter younger girl there that doesnt say much. Yeah she is not nice. Stay away. She was wrong about me. But because she count admit she was wrong made it impossible to return something I bought there no more than 5 mins after purchase. If LP thinks you stole something do not willingly stay there or walk where they tell youTo go. That Is the customer turning themselves in. It is against the law for them to put there hands on you or detain you unless it is your probation officer, military officer or an actual city policeman or sheriff. Rent a cops or LP dont have the authority to look at your receipts and or detain you èven if they have proof. The city police or sheriffs can detain and arrest you but thats all. If they put there hands on you or make you feel uncomfortable or keep you in store by bullying then you can sue them especially if you did nothing wrong. Te hnically they need to reward you with a store credit for the items they assumed you stole but ended up seeing things or guessed. Which is a bad look and unprofessional.

I just went shopping for a few necessities & some snacks. Few of the shelves were bare. @ least they had what I needed. The only problem I had was @ checkout. I was doing self checkout. There are 4 stations for this but one was out of service. I was 1st in line while waiting for a register to be free. As I am waiting, this woman starts to head into the checkout area ahead of me. I thought she was trying to cut in front of me. The employee in that area said nothing to her. I ended up calling out Excuse me!, only then did the employee say something & it was directed to me. O, its ok, shes just... I wish the person working that area had said something sooner so I wouldnt have thought the woman was cutting in line. Anyway, other than that, everything was good.

Employees at guest service are not knowledgeable of targets return policy . It clearly states that you can return most target owned brand Items in new or used condition within 365 day period . They wouldn’t even scan my item or my receipt . The rude lady intervened when I was talking to another employee and said only cat and jack items can be returned. Today I took my item to another target and returned it with no problem!

Theres this one checkout person (dont want to use negative connotations and call her a checkout girl) who is very attractive, so I often go in and buy stuff hoping she, I mean they, are there. Would have given a zero star if i could. Went to pay at electronic counter, with an electronic item and other products. Girl at the counter refused to ring me when I made a purchase yesterday with no electronic items at all at the same counter!! This is the Target I prefer in the area. Its an extra drive but worth the cleanliness, organization, and display of items. Sometimes they dont have as big a selection as the other Target I visit, but its not that big a deal, I can buy my kids paper cups elsewhere. Staff is generally friendlier here too.

The pickup was great. As usual your store is not properly stocked and this isnt due to COVID. This store has been poorly stocked for 2 years. The one in Rancho is stocked great but it doesnt make sense going all the way there when this one is literally across the street. Also. Get your employees who do the pickup orders some help. Your employee was so overwhelmed by the number of pickups that came in she was crying as she made deliveries.

This is a great Target. The only negative is that it is always packed. Parking can be difficult and checkout can be difficult as well. The overload of people also seems to have an affect on cleanliness. It can get a little messy in here, but they do a good job of getting it ready the next day.

I gotta be honest, the only times I find myself going to Target is when I get a gift card for my birthday. As much as I love target, I would never go out of my way, and spend my time and money there, for one reason; pricing. Now I know maybe it’s not their fault when it comes to pricing their items, but I feel like you could visit other discount stores or other websites to get the item you’re looking for at a cheaper price. That’s the one reason I’m not giving Target a 5/5, other than that, great place to shop, especially for back to school.

It was easy to pickup, difficult to return same day. It took a 30 minute wait before I could do the return process. I had to wait for my receipt to show up on my account before I could process the return. Sometimes it could take up to 2 hours for it to show up in my account. Luckily I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I dont have to wait to return online purchases at other stores. Very inconvenient.

While Target was usually my go-to place, this Target is TERRIBLE at restocking. To the point that Ive stopped doing my weekly shopping there. I used to go to Target for most groceries, personal items, movies, everything. Now maybe I stop in once a week and spend $10-20 at most. In addition, the lines at the registers are awful. I rarely see more than 2-3 registers open, all with at least 4-5 people in line, backing into the walk areas. And it isnt an occasional problem, its every single time I go. The cashiers are friendly and efficient enough, but there needs to be at least twice as many. I now do pretty much everything I can to avoid Target, when I used to be in there shopping nearly every single day, some days more than once.

So apparently they use age discrimination during a literal pandemic. You must be older than 65 to go in when they open but you MAY not go in if you are younger than that OR even IMMUNE COMPROMISED!! This is my go to Target since its near where I live. They have currently remodeled this target and it has turned out really nice. The only complaint Id have is sometimes the lines are crazy long and the Starbucks there is a hit or miss. Last time I went there, my husband was in the self check out line and I wanted to order some cold teas and the Starbucks workers not once even acknowledged me. Both were making drinks and didnt even have the courtesy to say hi one moment please. My husband finished self checking out and I just left the Starbucks. Other than that, its a pretty good target. Most part, its clean, stocked up and nice workers.

Target has a tendency of Overcharging, and horrible customer service to get issues resolved. Such an inconvenience to get your own funds returned. This is equivalent to theft, very disappointed. I understand people make mistakes, but it should not be so difficult to get your funds returned, costing additional time and then deal with negative attitude.

Ive used this Target several times. Its nothing special but offers a good local source of things that I wouldnt be able to easily find at a basic grocery store like bulk-size paper towels, pillows, plates and pharmacy-type items that are harder to find. I have noticed its hard to find an employee if you have trouble finding something, but the way the store is laid out I rarely have to search.

Manager was very picky on coupons. Went through all my bags to make sure everything is coupon matched exactly and then told me I cant purchase more than one item that is the same and use more than one of the same coupon. Then proceeded to tell me that gift cards are voided when coupons are used

If you are an older citizen it might be better to grocery shop at the grocery store. At Target they dont help load the groceries in your basket. I had two orders and walked away without one because they didnt load it in my basket. No one even told me I had forgotten them. I had to go back in the store and ask for them at customer service. I think Ill get my groceries from the regular grocery store from now on. The clerks are not very helpful at Target. And it is difficult to get someone to help you load your groceries without having to wait longer than you would at a grocery store.

I would not recommend the Target store located at 1931 Campus Avenue, Upland, CA 91784 because it is poorly stocked. The shelves seem to be empty all the time. This was not just this trip, it has happened on previous trips. Ive had to leave the store on numerous occasions and go shopping elsewhere because of this problem.

The reason for my answer was because i did an online order on a Friday and it said my order would be ready for pickup on that following Thursday well I checked the store the following day and that same item that i order was in stock in the store that i was to pick up my online order from. So I called online customer service and ask if i can pick up my item seeing as though it was in stock at my pick up store the customer service person told me i could not. So then that following day i checked my online order status and it said it was ready for pick up in the store, only for me to get there and they told me it wouldnt be ready until Thursday even though it was in stock in my pick up store and my online order status said it was ready for pick up.....so NO I will not shop at target ever again to much running around at my expense and Target never takes any blame or gives any im compensation to ease the pain..... all they will say is Im sorry......

The Lego set that I picked up for my sons birthday was an opened unit that was taped back, ruined the birthday gift. The store picker should have noticed that the box had been opened. So we go to Target last night, Target store Upland mostly browsing but picked up some light bulbs. After check out we return to our vehicle. Just as we get there, 2 young guys park the cart retrieval electric cart (not sure what its called) right behind our car. A car in front of me so I cant go forward. They are goofing off and not paying attention so I start the car and turn on the lights. Still no response, too busy goofing off!So I tap the horn lightly and one kid says, MAKE HIM WAIT, THATS WHAT HE GETS FOR HONKING AT US!!!.I got out of the car and asked, are you talking trash?. He said yeah, thats what you get for honking at us. Dude, you arent smart enough to realize you shouldnt park your carts behind us when we are getting ready to leave? The punk says, you wouldnt be talking like that to me if I didnt have on my Target vest cause Id kick your ass!.OK stupid, whats your name? Im going in to talk to your manager. Calvin.Calvin is a tall think African American kid, about 63 and 150 pounds with a big mouth. So I go in and demand to talk to a manager in front of the customers at the service counter. I talk to one guy who says he is a manager. He says he will talk to the guy. Good!As I am walking out, Calvin walks up and says, come back at 8:30 and see what happens to you. AS matter of fact, I will ask my manager to let me punch out early so I can kick your ass!. Right in front of the door, so i walk back in and by this time the guy says a store manager is on the way, I can talk to her. She arrives and I tell her the situation and when I walked back out, he said he would punch out now to kick my ass.It old her please, go get him and let him punch out because I would be happy to break a few of his bones in front of the customers, who heard the situation and are aware that he threatened me. The first manager said, oh no, we dont want that!. Of course you dont but big mouth Calvin is an invitation for a violent confrontation in your store, you better do something about him.Manager said she will talk to him.Of course when I walked back out of the store, Calvin headed the opposite direction. I got back to the car and Gina said, what a stupid big mouth punk, youd snap that guy in half!. She said he was probably just trying to show off in front of his coworker and that he was probably used to intimidating people cause hes tall.I did write a complaint when I got home telling management that I should have skipped the managers and called the police. I suggested they terminate him, well see! Ive been going to Target for 30 years and never been threatened. I think Calvin was looking for trouble as he could have easily moved the carts when I tapped the friendly horn rather that start running his mouth.

If this Target wasnt directly behind my house, I would be happy to shop elsewhere. I am consistently followed by LP (loss prevention) every time I come into this store. It doesnt matter if its for ice cream or shoes, I have noticed the uniformed and plain-clothes LP guys around me nearly every trip. I have never stolen an item in my life, I do not understand why I would be on some sort of watch list here. I wont even carry a hobo purse anymore or wear a coat to this Target. It makes my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable because I feel like if I do anything to draw attention to myself theyll cause a scene and stop me or accuse me of something that I would never fathom doing. They need to do some real security work and focus on actual thieves, not a loyal customer who is just trying to shop without high anxiety.
