One more Target.Located inside Westfield shopping mall.Busy store maybe due to the holidays. Like any other Target you can find clothing, toys, groceries, electronics, home stuff, etc.The check out line was quick despite the numbers of customers.It does look clean and organize.

This is my retail therapy store. I enjoy walking through this store on my lunch break. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking (free parking). The store is clean well organized and stocked with merchandise. Be sure to look through the $5 section as you enter great deals. Use the app to purchase and pick up in store.

I’ve been going to this Target for many years now. It’s one of my favorite target locations, as I’ve never encountered any issues here. However, my trip today has made me have some doubts. I’m always used to grabbing my items off of shelves, put it in the cart, and keep on going. However, say bye bye to that. If you pass by the health and beauty section of this store, you may see everything in the aisles is now locked. YES, I SAID LOCKED. All products locked up behind glass doors. I came today to grab some deodorant and to my surprise, the entire aisle where the deodorant was located was locked up. I was slightly confused at first and when I checked the other aisles, I noticed they were the same. From the skincare to the oral health aisle, everything is now locked. I was confused with the sudden change, as it wasn’t like this last week. Now, you have to press a sensor to alert an employee to come to the aisle and open the door to give you your item(s). I find this dumb and absurd. What if a customer is in a rush and needs an item quick? What if we want to read labels and compare products? No one was going to steal a bar of soap or some toothpaste for you to lock them up. It took about ten minutes for an employee to arrive and open the door to give me the deodorant. Ten minutes, while it would have taken me one second to grab if they were just out open on the shelves. It’s a waste of the employee’s time and my own. Many other customers around me were also confused and annoyed at this sudden change. I don’t know who’s idea this was but it was a very dumb decision. Now I will have to go to a different location where the items are on shelves instead of glass doors.

I understand everything, but i honestly can’t understand the deficit of Lego on Monday 1, 2024… My grandparents lived in USSR and this is how supermarkets looked back then… Nowadays, to compete with Amazon store should give a bit more excitement, than one nano star wars lego set 🥺 What a poor start of 2024

Elevators and escalators with shopping cart feature available to haul big shopping duties to your car.Right outside the store is a children’s playing area.There’s a Starbucks and a Which Wich in the Target store.Fresh groceries available - bananas, avocado, fruit, onions and bread. Tons of wholesome choices for dairy alternative milk and desserts.There’s a seasonal section towards the back left corner of the store that will carry great Halloween candy choices, or Christmas decorations and in the Summer, they have ice chests and beach gear.They have a home-goods section that looks straight out of a housekeeping magazine. Beautiful farm to table concepts with textured items and unique pieces to add to your home.Self check out available.Gets very busy on the weekends.

This is one of those that locks up every item in the store separately. Toothpaste: call for assistance. Deodorant: call again. Soap or body wash: another call. I would feel to awkward if I wanted to god forbid read the packaging so I just put my cart back and left the store. I’m not doing this. Retail can just collapse for all I care.

I had a frustrating experience at Target today while trying to shop for some necessities and purchase alcohol bottles for a company meeting. Despite asking four different staff members for assistance, each attempt was met with minimal effort and a long wait. Near the isle, a young Caucasian girl with wavy brown hair literally gave up on me and continued stocking. Eventually, I approached the front desk, where I encountered two young Hispanic employees who seemed preoccupied with their phones. I was informed that only one person, David, had the keys needed for the alcohol section, but he was nowhere to be found. Despite assurances from one of the employees that someone was being called, the issue remained unresolved. Its frustrating to think that such a simple task couldnt be addressed promptly, especially considering the amount my company spends at this location. Its not just about the inconvenience; its about feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

This particular target is located in the Fox Hills Mall. It is located on the second floor of the mall. Its a usual target with all of the expected items for sale. Staff is usually helpful and that has been a recent issue for this particular store as there is now security, items throughout the store in lock boxes and asset security at the front door. Theres ample parking on the third floor of the mall as it connects to the Target via elevator. You can pick up orders here as well and theres also a drive-up spot on the roof parking lot.

Today 02/11/2024, in Westfield Mall at 1:48pm .I checked out with the male cashier who gave me the dirty look the way I dressed up. My card was declined and he looked mad at me and more dirty look. He didnt give me respect at all. I didnt go there for begging or asking free things. Dont judge me the way I dressed up. There was one lady cashier there who told him to suspended my card also gave me a dirty look. Very bad bad bad experience. 👎

Prices on everyday products are not as comparable as they once were and the selection of brands has decreased. While I understand theres a significant issue with theft, locking up everyday product like detergent and deodorant is offensive to me as I dont see this practice in Target stores in more affluent areas. Its unfortunate but Ive greatly reduced my shopping at Target and lean more on delivery services where items often have significantly better prices than Target.

Twas a great experience at this target. The Isles were clean and maintained and Best Yet the staff kept Lines Moving and the Checkers very efficient. And you have to love those Plexiglas protectors and the distancing; all in all a great experience. Make sure to tip your people especially during these times of covid on the front lines

I live out of state now but this was my go to target. Not any more. Went to get a few things for something that came up. Online it says it is open until 11. Get there no problem but I want to ask and just let them know that it should be updated so that this doesn’t happen as the mall security officers did say they had a couple of customers come in because of the same reason. Who ever was standing in the front was super rude about it. All he said was what phone do you have. Apple or android. And proceeds to put is phone in my face. Sir I don’t care about your phone. You can keep your android. I like my iPhone. He’s lucky I’m a law abiding citizen because someone else would’ve knocked the phone out his had for invading my space especially considering I have social anxiety. Train your employees on how to have customer service skills because this isn’t it. Won’t be using this target again when I visit the state again

The employees at this Target are very friendly and helpful.I came here on the day I took my son home from the Hospital. There was a woman named Mischa in the baby department who helped me find essentials and had a great sense of humor. Another woman at the register, (I think her name was Marla) was also very friendly.I plan to come back here. It gives a nice neighborhood feeling even though it is in a mall.

Store manager was very disrespectful and rude! The worst experience at Target and I have shopped at Target for years. I was at the self check out and buying the shea moisture curl and style milk and it kept ringing up the price of $11.19, but the price tag on the display aisle said $8.79. One of the target employees, Dominique was very helpful and offered to call the store manager, Queenie. The store manager showed up and was not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful. She made a comment to Dominique the young lady that was helping me that she knew it was 11.19 and the price wasnt 8.79 with a rude tone of voice and visibly upset even though its clearly advertised as 8.79. I told her I dont appreciate her attitude. She replied without any care: Im not talking to you. and walked away. While walking away she made a remark that stuff is expensive! This is uncalled for. Complete disregard and disrespect to customers. And this is the face of Target? This is wrong on so many levels. This person should clearly not be in a position of management or even working in a customer-oriented industry. The lack of social etiquette, the audacity and ignorance from her part to insinuate Im lying about the price, insult my intelligence and not looking to walk over to the aisle where the item was located to verify is Unacceptable. I did not buy the item.

Worst store you can shop at for mens clothes. Because you cant even get customer service all over the phone Ive called three times to try and ask why their clothes are lacking in the mens department and wasnt able talk to anyone.they only sell blazers and dress pants they have no dress shirts Ive waited 3 weeks to and complained twice already about the lacking dress shirts and the only dress shirt they did have that was white was a good fellas that was dusty and dirty so that means that they dont dust their shelves. Shirt was wrinkled which means they show no care for mens department.horrible experience every time I go to this store

This location has several complaints with L/P and profiling. So here is one more. Super incompetent L/P. Accused me of stealing an ONLINE purchase I literally just picked up from customer service. I shop at target every day almost (not this one usually). Hate this location and this last experience proves why. I’d rather drive all the way to Sherman oaks for an online order than go to this one. I thought target L/P was supposed to be “the best” but whats the point in having all that technology & facial recognition if you just hire incompetent people who don’t use it?

This review only refers to the employee Christine working at the return center on 3/2 around 9pm. Super rude and reckless. Telling me that Im troubling her by returning stuff. The worst experience I’ve had at a target, would give no stars if that was the option. The employees are unprofessional and incompetent. Purposely false advertise merchandise by placing incorrect marketing in areas the promotions do not apply. Even after showing prove that marketing is incorrectly placed cashier’s do not know protocol for these situations. Asked for manager and spoke to a Heidy who also refused to honor the promotions due to employee error. Heidy and her employees rudely humiliated us in front of other customers stating we were illiterate and much more! Worst Target management ever, will not return!

Found everything I needed. Used self checkout, much quicker. Team member during self checkout was very helpful. She not only helped me, she showed me how to use my wallet, was able to add the points I had. Time I shopped only two registers open, lines were quite long. Its a place to shop. The customer service at this location(Culver City South) felt different. Everyone went above and beyond to be accommodating, helpful, patient, and welcoming! There was a general feeling of warmth, well-being, and concern. Edna in customer service stood out in particular. She is very polite, professional, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to answer any questions regarding price matching, savings online, and or via the Target app. What customer wouldnt appreciate saving?!?! As I was shopping with my family at this target it was fine and all until we was heading to check out. As we checked out their was an employee there to ask if he can check the trash bin that we are purchasing obviously we didn’t think nothing of it because he was doing his job. But as we was about to finish purchasing our items their was this security lady short chubby with a burn on her neck came had the nerve to ask us if we had scan our items. This became an issue because it felt like we was being watched constantly and how she came and asked us, as if she wasn’t already looking at us and seeing us scan everything. If one person already checked our cart it shouldn’t have been another person checking again. Especially it was just us who she was looking at just because we had purchased a lot of items. The part that annoyed me the most is that there was others that she didn’t ask and check if they scan their items. Change your security lady she’s not fit for her job.

Bathrooms inside this target location were disgusting and in need of repair.Only 2 working restroom stalls 1 of them the door wouldnt close properly since the door is falling off. Only 1 of their sinks actually worked. The shopping carts were not cleaned left over trash on many of them. Inventory levels okay.

Bologna has always been the lowest of the lunch meats, in quality and cost. At Target, they are trying to get $8.59 for a pack of Oscar Meyer bologna. You have got to be kidding me. Since when did the lowest of all lunch meats become a gourmet priced item???? bologna is still made of the muscular tissue that attaches directly to the skeleton of the pig (or other livestock). This cut of meat is composed mainly of muscle fibers and connective tissues, and is a major component for many other highly processed meats, like hot dogs and other pre-cooked sausages. Also, avoid this Target if you go when they open. the escalators in the mall are not operating so you cant get your cart of groceries to you car.

This store has a procedure when purchasing online which automatically adds $1 for bags. Like virtually everybody else, when I arrived to pick up my item, I forgot to pro-actively request cancellation of that previously paid fee. This procedure is sneaky, cynical and greedy. It may be legal, but it is unethical.

I like this target better than the one that is closer to my house. Theres a wide selection of basically everything you might need. Prices are competitive. And the cashiers are always friendly. Theres been a couple of times when the lines are way too long, but they were moving quickly, and after a few minutes more registers opened. Also I like how this store is always clean.

I had the worst experience ever. I purchased a bike online and was given the rrady to pickup message through my email. I drive 30 minutes to pick up my item only to arrive at the location and tbey tell me that the bike is actually NOT ready and to come back in a few days 🤬 A complete waste of my time and money!! This target is pretty well stocked for its size but not as big as the Target up the street.This location however is much busier due to its location within the the mall. Parking isnt a hassle but buying a cart full of stuff can be challenging to unload if parking is not taking into consideration when arriving.

This isnt an employee problem because they were super nice and helpful. No this is a management thing I believe because the organization/labeling of products is trash.I tried to find swimming trunks and shirts and I could only find trunks. Even then it was among other shorts of different kinds. What was labeled was materials and such, but I dont care if a product is 80% recycled if I cant find out whether the freak its swim shorts or regular shorts.I never ended up getting a swim shirt because I just couldnt find anything. Guys its summer. But a big old sign that says in bright letters swimwear swimshirts or swim shorts. Athletic wear is too much of a catch all. I could be above a rack of assorted materials and brands. This isnt hard. $20 bucks graphic design $20 printing if you look around well. Im very disappointed with this experience.

Rude customer service Dhalia - for no reason. I purchased two honest diaper boxes and should’ve received a $15 target card for doing so and she didn’t give me the card. She was pushy and said go talk to a manager about it, it didn’t come up on my computer. The thing that really bothered me was she gave the people in front of us the same $15 target card but they didn’t buy the promo. I know this because I listened to their overly loud conversation about drinking wine. Dhalia treats all customers unfairly. She knows it. There were maskless people right inside the door and close to where i was picking up my order. the two cashiers were right against each other with no social distancing from other customers. when i asked about that i was talked to very rudely by the cashier christina. she said it was because the other registers were broken. so i am supposed to get coivd because your cash registers are broken. i asked to speak to a manager gale who was even more rude. i then spoke to another manager kevin who was also unapologetic and rude. you need to retrain everyone i had contact with in your store. oh and even the security guard was rude. these people seem to have no idea what is going on and furthermore do not care for the safety of your customers. i tried to call your feedback line and waited on hold forever. your stores near me have really not been doing a good job with covid protocols in general but this was ridiculous. but instead of apologizing your employees are rude and downright hostile.

Dhalia has been beyond rude on multiple occasions. Tonight I picked up an alcohol bottle that should’ve had a secure security lock but didn’t, it came off as I was holding the bottleneck not only is this humiliating but also dangerous. If hadn’t caught the bottle glass would’ve went flying everywhere I could’ve been hurt and the customers around me as well from the glass impact had I not caught the bottle. I bring the security lock along with the bottle and I tell Dhalia and she was absolutely rude and didn’t even acknowledge what I said or ask me if I need a bag for the item I purchased. I finally ask for a Supervisor, I tell the Supervisor and she seemed uninterested as well. Clearly the only thing they were concerned about was the liquor bottle. They didn’t even apologize or even think about what could’ve happened if that bottle had fallen and glass would’ve flew everywhere

After purchasing my items I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for someone to take the cart to the car. The reason because the ONLY person in the store that could unlock the cart could not be reached. He couldn’t be reached because he didn’t have a radio. As I continued to wait I asked for a manager. Apparently the manager (Tristyn) came over but said nothing to me. I asked the young ladies again for the whereabouts of the cart guy they didn’t know. Fortunately one of the ladies called him on his cell phone and he said he would be there in 5 minutes. Kevin Z (cart guy) couldn’t be reached because he didn’t have a radio. When he finally came I asked him why didn’t he have a radio? He replied, “I’m not sure I was NEVER given one”. I asked for the manager again at which point Tristyn came over. I explained my irritation to the manager for having to wait to leave the store. In front of the manager I asked Kevin Z how long had he been employed with Target? He said, “a few months”. So an employee whose job it is to take carts beyond the “locking zone” of the mall was not fully equipped to do his job properly!! Kevin apologized for the inconvenience. The manager Tristyn, gave a very lackluster apology as if he didn’t really care about the issue. I purchased my items at 6:45pm I didn’t get to my car until approximately 7:06pm. I wanted to return everything I just purchased, but unfortunately the system wouldn’t return my items. Apparently when you pay with the target card you have to wait 24hours to return anything. To make matters worse the lamp I purchased was broken and had clearly been opened before. This Target location is 5 minutes from my home but I’m willing to drive further to the location on LaCienga and Rodeo to get better customer service and more product selection. FYI I waited until I calmed down to write this review. I’m still a very unsatisfied customer.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for in this Target, it might not exist. This is a huge store. There is a good selection in all departments. It’s definitely one of those places where your shopping list becomes a suggestion, rather than a guideline. I challenge you to buy one thing here. I don’t think it’s possible to leave this Target with less than ten items, especially considering the dollar spot. It’s all the stuff you never knew you needed.

I put in an order for 2x2 passport photo (this is the only option online and in-store) and when I tried to pick it up it was printed in the wrong 4x6 size . I understand mistakes happens but the customer service desk offered no solution other than me resubmitting my 2x2 request again and wait another 24 hours since they were unable to reprint my original request. When I asked if they knew that the size was wrong and differeny from other passport photos they said yes but were willing to have me purchased it had I not reviewed the photo. Additionally, they told me to go Walgreens instead and that they were sorry for the convenience. Again, mistakes happen but it would be nice if Target come up with a solution and just reprint my order in the correct size - obviously, someone had to punch in the size of the photo because its obviously not fully automated due only one size listed online and in-stores. In any case, I went to Walgreens instead. It would have been nice to use a nicer picture but fair warning for those that want to use Target Photo Center - the size of your photos might be wrong and you have to resolve it on your own (resubmit your order and hopefully, its printed on the right size/format, etc.). The customer service rep was nice.

(the ones they have should be appreciated but there are very few) Seems they missed to look for good people like this during the interview process. Seems like its a very hard to say hi to a customer. They easily point to a number on a aisle or to another employee like the roadrunner. Dont expect much from this location, unless you know where items are and have patience.

Target saved the day for us today! On the verge of a panic situation with our dwindling toilet paper supply, I checked the Target website this morning and saw that they had some in stock. So I jumped in my car and headed over to the Culver City-South store. Lo and behold, there were still a few 6-roll packs of Cottonelle. Judging from some other shoppers carts, had I gone to Target instead of Smart & Final at 7:30 a.m. today, I would have walked away with one of the Charmin mega-roll packs (lesson learned for next time). I also picked up several other less urgent items, such as an 18-roll pack of paper towels and flushable wipes. Thanks to Target, were now in good shape should these uncertain times be prolonged (hopefully not!). Thank you, Target!

They dont answer the phone. I called for hours trying to get through to customer service. Finally, I stopped trying to get the operator and called the pharmacy. They answered, but said they couldnt help because they were technically no longer working for the Target, but were simply located inside.
