Talin is an awesome realtor! She is very professional and detail oriented. She gave us all the info we need and even more. She helped my uncle get their dream home in and out of escrow in a flash! She is a gem and I cannot be more thankful to have had this opportunity to have her as my realtor. I am in my 20s with zero expertise or knowledge and she has held my hand throughout this process. I went through so many obstacles and emotions. She was there guiding me through it all. Her patience is beyond imaginable as well as her knowledge and willingness to look after your best interest. I’m a 28 year old looking to purchase a home in a crazy economy, but Talin listened carefully to all my wishes, was fully present and dedicated through our entire search, was incredibly helpful in recommending the best team from loan officers and inspectors. Which just shows that she has been able to cultivate such an incredible team because she’s takes so much pride and care to what she does.I closed the day before thanksgiving and I already can’t wait for the next purchase so I can work with Talin again (I miss our daily check ins and weekly open house visits). Talin is patient, and understanding and knows a great deal about what she is doing. She has worked with myself and my parents for the last few years as we searched for a place to call home. I loved speaking to Talin at any given time, her positivity always gave me hope!Talin has extensive knowledge and expertise about the real estate industry and is so responsive to any questions, ideas, etc. Her patience is above all else as well. She is extremely knowledgeable of all legal aspects of the process, she graciously spent many hours going over every little step of the process with us, making sure that we are comfortable throughout the process. She was the least pushy salesperson that I have ever worked with. She truly cared for us to find our dream home and put in extra effort in helping us make a purchase that we are extremely happy with. We also met a good friend where we were mostly just expecting a business transaction. Her team was also excellent. They made sure that the transaction was a really smooth one. I can’t believe I am a homeowner after just one month of contacting Talin.
