Have used TAI TMS for 10 plus years with amazing growth and solutions that help our team and customers. The team at TAI does a wonderful job to help us be successful. Tai made our transition from our old TMS seamless. Their training and setup included some of the best training we have ever experienced. The interface is exponentially easier to use and the reporting function is the best we have come across. They were also able to seamlessly integrate with other services and our accounting functions.

We have been using Tai for about 6 months. They are very responsibe. The site has never gone down. They have lots of features. I wish we would have switched to them sooner. Tai is much better than our past TMS.

Tai has been a great upgrade from up, migration from AscendTMS. They support a ton of integrations so we can use the tools we need to be successful while using our TMS as the brains of our operation. Overall, the team has been responsive to suggestions and development has been ongoing and adding a ton of new features each quarter.

Tai Software is a innovative TMS system with a lot of helpful user tools. It allows our customers to use one system to run their entire logistical needs. There are some bugs that need to be cleaned up, but for an overall system Tai has produced a great product.

Our company has utilized TAI Software for 5 years now. We have seen substantial growth since partnering with them. Their TMS system is robust and efficient with a very clean look and top of the line features. TAI is constantly releasing updates for continuous improvement within the platform. I have many customers that also provide positive feedback for the ease of use and cleanliness. I have many experiences with other TMS platforms and the one offered to TAI is definitely my favorite. Their support staff has always been very helpful as well through the years.

Complete Distribution Services has been using TAI software for just over a year and we are still learning all that it does. We chose TAI after reviewing multiple cloud based LTL brokerage software systems and this was the most complete and well rounded one for us. They are constantly updating the software, adding new integrations and are very responsive to inquires and support requests.

I have been utilizing the TAI Software for the last 5 years, it is superior in functions, uptime and customer support which is rarely needed but available when you do need it. Highly recommended for any company needing a LTL, Truckload, Domestic Freight solution.
