Tahoe Dental Arts employees are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful specially the front desk. My dental hygienist, Kathy is awesome and she does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and very kind and I enjoy talking with her. Also, the doctor cares about his patients and make sure that I have the best care.

I recently moved to South Lake Tahoe and I was in need of a new dentist. The office team is excellent, as are the assistants, hygienist and the doctor. I had a great cleaning and had a crown replaced. The crown was sent out to a lab and came in very quickly. It looks great and feels great. I am lucky to have found Dr. Ha and his team!

Dental Arts is Truely an appropriate name for this practice.Dr Ha is talented and obviously highly skilled. All the work he did on me looked and felt perfect. I went from hiding my smile to showing it off as much as possible. Life changing! My friends noticed, and a few went to Dr Ha as well. One of them received implants and now has a beautiful movie star smile. I’m so happy for him too.The entire staff has been kind, gentle, patient, polite and very competent. I have sometimes delayed care because of dental anxiety, but everyone helped ease my problem. The big TVs with relaxing nature shows, dark glasses during procedures are nice, and show how detail oriented they are. What an awesome team!I’ve heard one or two people mention it’s expensive but I feel it’s fair and standard pricing. Even if I thought it was true, I would still come back. They are worth it.I wasn’t expecting this hidden gem in its unpretentious location. Parking is also very easy.Thank you so much to Dr Ha and all of your team. Your the best :)

Good experience. I totally forgot my apppointment and they called me and let me come in 20 minutes later. I am replacing old cavities cause a few of my teeth have small yellow holes at gum line. . Dr. Ha does a great job. Very professional and efficient. My teeth look better. Replaced 4 cavities in under an hour. No big deal. . It was a good experience ! Very professional office. Everyone was really nice, and I like the fact I don’t have to drive up Kingsbury. He’s in town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen, but that’s not too bad. Dr. Ha was professional and informative. I was there for just an exam, so I can’t speak to anything else yet.On my next visit I was seen immediately. The dental assistant is very pleasant. My implant crown is just perfect. In and out in 25 minutes! Great experience.

Highly recommend Dr. Hyun HA is the best of the best. I had a labial veneer done on my four front teeth. They had gaps in between and chipped teeth. Dr. HA is very professional explains in detail the treatment plan. Great staff, friendly and professional. I normally dont like to write reviews, but I do love reading them. I have to write this one because Dr. Ha saved me today. One of my many crowns fell off last night and I called my dentist. The lady told me that they cant take me in until Dec. To cement my crown back on???? I went online and found Tahoe Dental Arts. I called Dr. Has office and talked to Brittany and explained to her the urgency. She asked me to come in on the same day because she will squeeze me in. Thank you! Dr. Ha cemented my crown back on. Dr. Ha is the best dentist in my whole life! I first met Dr. Ha at a community service program that provides free dental services to people in the North Bay Areas community. I learned that his office is near Lake Tahoe. I went to treatment with my family even though office was located about 2.5-3 hours from my house. And we are all happy. I needed 2 implants. One tooth was in a situation where a bone foundation had to be planted. Dr. Ha successfully operated the 2 teeth implant without much pain. Thank you very much to Dr. Ha and his staffs who serves patients with the best technology, kindness and sincerity. I highly recommend Dr Ha & his team to everyone!!!

Tahoe Dental Arts is my home away from home dental care because I live in San Diego but work in Tahoe several months out of every year. They have been perfect for my urgent needs, and this past visit was no exception. I broke a filling and they quickly evaluated it and repaired in spot on! I cannot even tell I had a repair. The Dr and staff are amazing.I never went there before and had a cracked tooth.they got me in the same day. They also were proactive in reaching out to my insurance and allowed me to pay only what my portion was.In the past, the dentist office would require full payment and I would need to file claims to get reimbursed.What a difference.very very polite, professional and on top of their game. I will never go anywhere else. Do try them and you will see a remarkable difference.

I had to change my coverage due to my age and Medicare. Dr. Ha is a preferred physician with my insurance, therefore I made an appointment with him for a chipped tooth. Dr. Ha and his staff were friendly and professional! Even though my insurance will not cover a crown, since I haven’t been insured with them for twelve months, Dr. Ha’s fees turned-out to be very reasonable. I am so happy to have found this dentist and we are so lucky to have him in our small town where it’s so hard to find a good dentist! Thank you Dr. Ha and Tahoe Dental Arts!

From the front to the back Dr. Has staff is absolutely human, with warmth, and patience. I brought my 6 yr old to have a tooth extracted. He hasnt had the best of luck with dentists in the past.We were referred to Dr. Has office by our cousin. He said they were really good to him. Which was an understatement!!!Dr. Ha pulled one of the teeth and found a 2nd that needed to come out, due to the next tooth pushing its way through the gum line. He began with a gum numbing gel b4 he gave the numbing juice (by needle). No gas was used cause it wasnt needed. Dr. Ha was super patient with my 6 yr old. And he and the dental assistants answered all of my sons questions, honestly. In the end only 1 tooth was extracted cause the 2nd tooth wouldnt come out as easily as the 1st. To prevent any animosity or resistance in the future with any dentist, Dr. Ha said he wouldnt continue. THANK YOU!!!The gals in the front were joking with us. Another couple came in while we were checking out. The woman asked You got a reward?! Do you think Ill get one too? My son giggled and the gals up front didnt miss a beat, they said, Only if you are good and hold still. Haha!Dr. Ha shook my hand, spoke with me directly looking me in the eyes and was very courteous, warm, and helpful. THANK YOU!While checking out, my new checking out my new hsa card wasnt activated yet. They were very patient with the payment process and didnt get rude or agitated with me. I made the payment with ease cause they made it super easy and without stress. A BIG HELP!Hands down, best dentist Ive been to since I was a kid!If youre a local, you need to be a patient here!!!!

Very good. Procedure was done with skill and healing was rapid and complete. Minimal wait after arrival before treatment, thorough covering of treatment options. Costs were fair and clearly presented. Very satisfied with my experience.I continue with Dr. Ha and his team though it is an hours drive that takes me past probably 50 dental offices. My boyfriend Jerry and I both go here and really like and respect the doctor. We think he is super smart and knowledgeable of modern dentistry. I just had an appointment with his new hygienist, Anita, today. She is warm and gentle and very good at what she does. They also send you reminders so you dont forget to show up! The doctors personal assistant, Alex, is always professional and nice to talk to, as well. Five stars.

I always felt super nervous about seeing dentists since I was a kid because of some painful experiences, but after visiting Tahoe Dental Arts three times (an extraction, a teeth cleaning and a filling of cavities) now I’m much more relaxed about it. I just had my wisdom teeth extraction, both top and bottom. Thank God it went smooth and painless. I am such a baby when it comes to any type of pain. But this in and out tooth extraction went well. Aside from that, the staff took care of me, from the front end lady Ms. Emily, and the assistant of Doc. Ha, ( Im sorry I forgot to ask his name) but he made sure I will be fine, he went through the process of the procedure and even shared his own personal experience with me. Don’t waste your time. They have an online form for appointment requests, which they followed up immediately with questions, offered me a last minute appointment that afternoon that I couldn’t make work - then radio silence. When I got back in touch asking if they intended to follow up I was told they were not accepting new patients. Should that not have been the first thing they told me instead of their response after a week of keeping me waiting? If the service is that bad trying to get an appointment, I sure would not want them anywhere near my teeth.

Before I found these guys, I was at another dentist and was not happy. Lets us call that dentist Dr. Ratchet who agonized over every single detail.Not here! They are efficient, problem solvers, quick, and friendly. The whole staff is professional and polite. I was able to book an appointment and get in by the following week. I provided my insurance ID card (the wrong one) via text but they were still able to find my dental plan. It is a sigh of relief to work with a practice who knows what they are doing and with a doctor who hired intelligent folks.I can only say, Thank you!

We relocated to SLT from SoCal 3 years ago, and our intense dislikes of dentists made us drag our feet in finding one. A random selection from our provider network found us here, and we hit the jackpot. The office is in a small strip mall area but dont be fooled by the location. The office is neat and tidy, the receptionist was friendly, the equipment is up-to-date, our x-ray tech was friendly, and we loved our dental hygienist Cathy. Dr. Hu was clearly knowledgeable and extremely competent, and he didnt chastise us too much about waiting 3 years to see a dentist. Finally the receptionist was transparent about what our insurance covered and even gave us the amounts to expect to pay at our next appts for deep cleanings. We would definitely recommend Tahoe Dental Arts if you are looking for a new dentist.

My wisdom tooth was giving me terrible pain and turns out it was infected. The Doctor pulled it out and my pain went away! Awesome staff from the receptionist who I believe was Emily to his assistant Alex! I have always had problems with the dentist but I feel good about going back to this place. I was such a baby when he was about to pull it out but Alex and The doctor both calmed me down and at the end I was like thats it? I made a big show for nothing! I truly recommend this place! I had a cleaning yesterday. Cathy, the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. The TDA team was quick to point out potential problems and we discovered an old crown causing problems. A sleepless night due to a toothache had me wondering if I needed to cut my vacation short and go home. But I took a chance and called Tahoe Dental Arts early this morning.Thank you Dr. Ha for seeing me so quickly. Root canals on vacation are no fun, but Dr. Ha took care of everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tahoe Dental Arts. They used to be really good but in the past year GREED has taken over. He will constantly push X-RAYS on the patient to collect $$$$. What finally pushed me over the edge was bringing my kids in for a teeth cleaning, only to find out the hygienist was not there and he expected a dental assistant to clean my childrens teeth!! It wasnt very helpful at all, I was charged $130 for them to take one x-ray and tell me (what I already knew) that I need a root canal I cant afford and cant sign up for a plan because I dont qualify for any. I left feeling more hopeless about my oral health than when I went in. I hate the dentist and this visit made me feel like there is no hope left to helping me.
