Tag Adventure Park is a place recommended for all ages and skill sets! I took my family which ranged from 8 to 76 years old. We all had a blast and cant wait to come back. We did the time trial run & gun. This gives everyone an opportunity to go at their own pace and compete for personal records. This is the only place that also offers medium impact paintball which makes it an experience that you will want to return to! They have acres of impressive fields and laser tag and gelly ball as well! Great place for birthday parties, corporate events etc. It doesnt matter where you live it is worth the drive!

Roland Chick at Tag Paintball allowed us to use his facility for shooting our feature film Ranger which was also shot in Germany. Roland also played several roles in the movie. Without Tag and Roland we would have never been able to shoot this film and we spent tons of hours there with a huge crew. We will be using this facility again, as a local here, I enjoy paintball myself and I am also trying to get local law enforcement involved to train here. This place is for the whole family, corporate events, the community, etc. If I could give it a 100 stars, I would. Thank you Roland.

Rainy, muddy, staff was terrific, pizza came on time for the party and we all had a blast! We had our share of bruises the next day but everyone came with a fun story. We will definitely be coming back.

We take our 11 year old Nephew out to Tag when he comes to town. He has the best time. Everyone is always so kind, from the owenrs, the staff, right down to the other players. We love the watch towers, as we are all to chicken to join in. We can go out and enjoy watching the action from high above.

Large facility, friendly staff, varied field types and layouts. Beware that birthday party costs are superficially low: expect another $240+ of expenses for the extra ammunition. If your kids can conserve ammo, then disregard. My son and his buddies ate three extra boxes before the two hour limit was up.

Honestly tag is a really friendly and great place to go, especially for rentals, over all I think the spot is great. My only negatives in my opinion are the fact that if I come for a walk on, they normally wont allow me as a self equipped player to run my own electronic loader, I put alot of money into my own equipment to enjoy it. Not use rental equipment when I show up. Other than that, its a dope spot.

We brought our daughter for a birthday party and she loved it! Her group played a round by themselves and then challenged another team of boys. They won but it looked like so much fun some of the parents joined in too. They offer everything from family fun, parties to private training and competition level events. They rent equipment which was well maintained and if you only have a couple of people theyll help you form a team to play with a bigger group. The staff was super friendly, and nobody had that typical macho attitude, but you could tell they were sincere about safety, fair play and making sure everyone was having fun. TAG provides an immersive battlezore environment that will challenge and delight, I highly recommend it.

This was a great venue for my kids birthday party. They were very easy to work with. We were able to have our own party for the kids without any restrictions and they handled the laser tag part.It is pretty pricy, but the kids had an amazing time. The only complaint…. They require a deposit, then they invoice you the balance. I received a text immediately after thanking me for my business and informing me that the invoice had been sent to my email. I had only been home from the event for about 1.5 hr when the owner called to thank me, ask if we had fun, and then informed me I hadn’t paid my invoice yet. I told him I had just gotten home with my kid and was unloading my car and managing my kid.I waited until I was available to pay my balance around 8pm that same night.Saying all they, I’d have an event there again. Just be sure to budget for it!

I went on September 11th with a group of 6. 3 teenagers and 3 adults. We all had a blast. We were nervous and overwhelmed at first, but the amazing staff there had us feel like we fit right in almost immediately. We had so much fun the teens all want to start doing this more often. And even us 40 year old plus adults left thinking that we should do this again soon. We all had a blast and came home tired and happy. The vibe of the place is so cool. Everyone is friendly and helpful. All the other customers were fun and friendly as well. And I think that is because the vibe of the place was so easy going once you introduce yourself and ask for help.

Roland is the bomb and so is TAG! First of all, the setup is awesome. There is so much variety of terrain and cover, and over a ton of land. It is clear that the owners have put in a ton of time, effort, and care into creating something excellent. Second of all, Roland (the owner) is one of the nicest, most gregarious, most passionate dudes around. Its 100% worth a visit to TAG just for the potential to get to chat with Roland. I recommend TAG highly!

I had a LASER TAG birthday party for my son. All the kids had such a great time, they did not want to stop playing. The Adults enjoyed battling the kids and eachother. Everyone at the party were already planning for the next visit.The staff was very nice, helpful and patient. I really recommend this place. You and your family will have so much fun.

TAG was perfect! Our group had an outstanding time and all the staff were great with the kids. We had a group of twelve for a 14 year old birthday party and the setting was exactly what you would hope for. ‘Bullseye’ (manager) is great with the kids to get the message of safety across in a way that is meaningful but fun and not overly restrictive. There were older and younger players present as well and everyone there was respectful. We will definitely go back.

For those that dont know, Rolland is the best. Not only is gear and fields the best, this place goes above and beyond. The TAG owner and staff are real pros. My 13-year-old son and I have had nothing but great experiences here, from bringing birthday groups when all were young and inexperienced to now when hes an avid player. As hes gained experience, hes been mentored and welcomed by experts.Also a great place for a day of family fun. Good people, knowledgeable people.

We were out here 2 weeks ago for my nephews B-day, so when my son said he wanted to go again for his B-day I said okay lets go back to the same place since we had a great experience our 1st time. The website is very informative and easy to make reversations IF you want to do that but I recommend. I had to change the time frame I first asked for and the person I spoke with over the phone I forgot his name but was very nice and easy to change over the phone. Staff/refs on site were very nice the whole time which made it great and fun. We would deffenatly go back again! Thank you!

I went with a group of friends for our first time doing paintball (for most of us). Referees did a great job making us feel welcome and balancing different groups of strangers on different teams. Easy to get set up and the games went by fast. The fields are kind of close together, so we got tagged more than once by stray shots from more serious games being played right next to us. On the other hand though the different play spaces each had a totally different feel and encouraged different play styles.Nothing to do with the park, but we were all really impressed with the polite and friendly kids there for birthday parties. Bunch of 12 year old kids complimenting everyone after each game and keeping everyones spirits high. No way was I that well-mannered and outgoing at that age.

Excellent staff that is clear about rules and open to feedback. Went their for airsofting with a friend for the first time. One of the fields were a bit off balanced and a staff member asked us about it and took our feedback into consideration. Other than that, trenches were a blast to play in and the people are fairly friendly there.

Great for new players, staff is on point. You want to hone your skills practice here. 3 stars because I went when they allowed high impact paintball played 2 sessions, not enough people so brought out the pump and played. Paint is expensive, bring cash saves you a couple bucks. Very kid focused.

I had 4 kids and 3 adults and we had a lot of fun, Im breaking my review into categories as follows:Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating over the phone, payment was easy and our safety brief was thorough and concise, he was good with the kids.I would have given 5 but our referee was not super helpful and we kind of stood around for awhile before we were helped, we all entered the course a little confused but we are new to this so...Course: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The course is amazing, the variety of fields from containers to trenches to barrels and hides was perfect. There were other teams playing different courses and it didnt interfere with oursEquipment: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️We used the rental gear and the masks were clean and in good condition but they fog to the point of not being able to see even with wipes. The guns were great but jammed occasionally. I think this could have been avoided with better instruction. They make up for this minimal annoyance by replacing stuff without hassle.Price: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Totally worth the price, which is not that expensive anyway. They give the kids snacks and drinks and you cannot beat that.Value: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Why: As rookies 500 paintballs each didnt seem like enough but it ended up being perfect even with kids blasting away. The gear is good, the paintballs (low impact) are of good quality and they only hurt if you are close range, the course is rad and there is plenty of time to be worn out and feel as if you got your monies worth.

Wonderful place. It was a well cared for and mantained. If your looking for a place to look perfectly clean you probably should not play paintball or come to a park. Haha. The owner is a great man whos been in the business about 34 years now. He knows a lot and will make your experience fun and enjoyable. You will want to come back. They also have low impact paintball for younger kids and laser tag.

I don’t have any pictures of the field because I don’t have enough time with the amount of fun I’ve had going here.. yes paint is expensive but it doesn’t bother us really we go to have fun and that’s what we have… ever since me and my dad met up again in over 9+ years or so this has been one thing we love doing love this field and staff all super awesome and chill.. everytime we go we always have one of my friends ask if they can come and they absolutely love it coming here in 2 weeks for a friends birthday and definitely will have my 18th birthday here this coming April!!

Overpriced, paint is substandard, and no 4500 fills. The staff are friendly and helpful but this is more for a entry player. Our groups have had too many issues with their paint, and for what youre charging, it could be tourney paint. Twice the price of the jungle in Vallejo. Its a good place for the new players if you can afford it, but for experienced players, look elsewhere

This a a great field for first timers or regulars. The field is always growing and the owner is very friendly and very passionate that all his customers have a great time. They now have laser tag, time trials and more to accommodate everyone. There are also new speedball fields being built.

Ive done two company offsites here and three birthday parties, and its a total blast! The prices are great, the owner is a hoot, and there are several fields for different playing styles. The rental equipment is in good order, though as with all rentals, the accuracy is ... well, better than stormtroopers. Mostly. One nifty feature is a photographers tower so you can get amazing pictures of play with a telephoto lens. The containers field is really fun ... Theres nothing like the jump scare of a paintball smacking into the side of the shipping container youre taking cover in!

For over 20 years United Academy of Martial Arts has brought their Black Belt group to TAG. Everyone loves the event. The spirit of adventure is a given but the well maintained course and the great referee supervision sets the mood of responsible competition. Roland has a talent for stressing safety and yet still fires up the team. A good time had by all, EVERY time. Our turn out is always big enough to form two complete teams.PS the kids love the new low impact guns and the behavior reward cards and prizes.

Super fun place. Very friendly staff and Bullseye was very helpful. Safety was definitely emphasized, paintball wise, however not covid wise. Unfortunately none of the staff wore any covid safe masks but we were mostly 6ft apart and outside so I didn’t worry as much. Great place overall

It hurts me to give bad reviews, because I know how that affects businesses, but its also necessary for improvement (right...).First time I came here was with a group about 10 people some young guys who airsoft and some older guys prior/ and active military. we decided to not come back, seriously. I did however go back, but with kids. let kids play with kids.This place is for birthday parties. the rules they have are for safety and legal purposes and NOT for actual game play or competition. the rules during the game are basically not existent. the proctors/referees stand at the same place the whole game, and do NOT enforce even the basic rules. if you get shot, your out right? not really. It would be realistic for kids to try to hide from the refs to play dirty but dont bother, theyll just let it slide.it just doesnt matter here, the clean hits you do get, you will literally watch as the kids wipe off their helmets and keep going. and then youll stare at the judge as he just stands there. well they already got their moneys worth, and the kids will play until their hearts content, while you walk off trying to be honorable.bottom line, its for birthday parties NOT competition, theyll let anything slide. and the judges dont care. good luck. ill try back next year, well see. IF things turn around you might even see our group there.dont hold your breath.

I liked my experience here. Paintballs didnt hurt too much. The course was fun. The team games were great and it wasnt overly crowded. The only thing I would recommend to the business is to limit the amount of anti-california semantics. There are a lot of things that I like about this field.First, there is a lot of variety and themes of fields to play on. It keeps the games fresh and exciting.Next, the other regular players are fun and respectful. Sometimes you have to go by the honor system when you play paintball, and everyone I’ve played with plays fair.The paintball themselves are good. Most field paint hurt. These do not. I tend to push forward aggressively, and I’ve gotten shot point blank (completely my fault) and there was no serious injury.But since the paint is so brittle, you can get a lot of breaks in your marker, especially if you are running magfed. Regardless, I still like it.However, compared to other fields, the paint is expensive. It’s the trade off you get for getting paint that is custom made for mid-impactTAG paintball is a longer drive for me, but every time I’ve gone it’s been worth it for me.

I love this field. The people here are awesome a super friendly. You pretty much play until you run out of air or paint and the size of the field is ever better. There are plenty of Close quarter combat fields and there’s also some medium size fields. For a better experience I would recommend going on a Saturday, there’s more people. See I usually play at a field called American Canyon Paintball Jungle out in Vallejo and out there the fields are massive with heavy tree lines and Bunkers and out there your playing with the San Francisco Hornets who I am a part of But when you need a change and a real challenge TAG is the place to go. So for the over all, this place is where you need to be to start learning the fundamentals of paintball or if you just wanna have a random chat with someone and learn about the history of TAG paintball then Bull’s-eye is the guy to ask!Kenneth. One of the most expensive fields I have been to. I was going to play there today. But there is absolutely no way I will 90$ for basic grade paint. That’s about double what the usual field charges for basic lvl paint. This field is probably super good for corporate outing and guys that shoot a low volume of paint. As well as brand new players. But for tourney lvl players it’s not the field to hit up. I will not consider playing although it is 5 minutes from my house. I’ll drive 2 hours for speedball, competitive players and a better experience in my opinion.

It was my first time paintballing. I called a couple of places and and was beginning to think I would not find a suitable location to celebrate my sons sons birthday. When I spoke with bullseye I was immediately convinced by all of the great and descripted information about his establishment. I booked a session to celebrate my sons 13th birthday along with some of his friends and nephews. The environment there is very family oriented. His staff is very attentive and professional. Took my son for his 10th birthday party w/ 3 friends and his older sister. They all loved every moment of it.Highlights:* The low-impact was the right way to go for folks who arent already paintball enthusiasts. Getting hit with one can sting, but no more than getting flicked behind the ear by the annoying kid in middle school. As a result, while every kid got hit at least once, nobody got skittish about getting hit.* Roland has a great schtick--hes crystal clear about the safety rules but is super engaging and entertaining even for a group of 10 year olds. If nothing else, the signage will make you smile ( NOT TAG PAINTBALL)* A highlight was the TAG card concept where both customers and staff can reward good behavior and fine bad behavior, and the kids were super pumped to turn in the cards during breaks to get snacks.* Some paintball venues can be a little intimidating, especially when the real serious enthusiasts come out with all their gear and fancy guns. I cant say whether those folks would like this place or not, but I know that casual/novice/first-timers are welcomed and well taken care of here.* Recommendation: bring lunch and water. Youll need to hydrate during breaks. Theres plenty of picnic tables to eat at and food in the shack is more or less limited to candy & chips.* Roland--I only have two pieces of feedback: 1) Its time to cut the grass on a couple of the courses, and 2) the riverside foxhole course wasnt real well defined, it took your staff a little doing to find the entrance and they seemed pretty unsure of the start points and limits of the course.* For some in the Bay Area, Hollister may seem like a drive, but youll save a little money and this place is worth every penny.

Its been over two years since I went out (I left CA.....thank GOD) and it looks like they have been upgrading and improving since then. The addition of Airball/Tournaments, Pump Days and Scenarios was much needed and Roland (the owner) looks like he is listening to the customers and adding what they ask for. One star taken due to the 50 cal rentals and paint prices being the standard. Almost all other parks nationwide (Ive been to EVERY MAJOR ONE) have 50 cal as an OPTION. Other than that, the park is on point as to its offerings, safety and excels in its field diversity.

I have gone to TAG paintball for company team offsites and two kids birthdays. Each time I go, I have a great time and start planning the next time to come back.There are a lot of different fields (including trench warfare and shipping container houses), and they are really big on safety. Plus, the owner (Bullseye) is a real hoot, which just makes it even more fun to go.

They scalp you 80 dollars for low quality paint and often give broken rental guns. Fields are open and very nice. Some friends and I went to this field self-equipped and played against rentals. This field does not do anything special in terms of making their guns hurt less and they certainly do not sell any magical paintballs (although they cost as if they were). Not being able to bring your own paint led to us having to pay 80 dollars for 2000 rds which is unbelievable for the quality of paint they provide (typically 40 dollar 2000rds). Rental markers are old spyder sonix and piranhas that broke within a matter of minutes after entering fields, my girlfriend had to constantly keep returning to the shed to change out her guns. Referee was nice, although very cocky. I recommend Santa Clara Paintball for any kind of party due to its location, better equipment, and competitive pricing with a Groupon.
