I first ate here in 2001. After a few years away I’m back and headed straight here. Same chef, same amazing food, same great service. The tacos Al pastor are phenomenal and they quesadillas are incredible. It’s always good when a restaurant realizes they have something special and they work at continuing to be the best at what they do. Everything is made fresh and you can taste it. Nothing beats Taco Mesa.

Visited this place earlier this week with friends for lunch.The place has really awesome Mexican food and the menu is elaborate. We ordered Chips and guac, veggie quesadilla, veggie bowl, and jalapeno poppers. All the food was very delicious. They have a salsa bar to choose salsa based on your spice appetite.The staff is friendly and courteous. The ambience is also very welcoming. They have nicely decorated walls which makes the place very lively.Will surely go there again.

I dont know what was the best, the service, the taste of the food or the prices. This place has everything, starting with first-class service, the cashier helped us and recommended us the best dishes, the atmosphere of the place is excellent, music, decoration, etc. The food tastes 100% homemade. The taco de alambre and their horchata are a must, you wont regret it! The hygiene definitely sets them apart. There is good parking availability. It was our first time here, we will definitely return. Totally recommend this place!

I was very surprised how good their tacos are. I am hooked, their chips and guacamole are worth it. I highly recommend going on Tuesdays they offer Taco Tuesday deals! 🌮 very healthy choices!

I love the food here, it’s so good and authentic. I had the pastor taco, The fish taco and the nachos and they were all great. I definitely recommend!

To be able to make it in Southern California for 30+ years as a Mexican food place is a real test. The food was spot on and the salsa bar was spectacular! Such a beautiful place!

A suitable environment for enjoying tacos and burritos, with friendly restaurant staff and delicious, tasty food. Burrito, with sheered beef by spicy avocado, is recommended.

I have been living nearby for years. I was in the mood for a torta today so I tried ordering. $14 later, I get the saddest Al Pastor torta Ive ever had. It was very small and the only flavor I got at all was pineapple. Didnt taste the meat or veggies. It was a complete waste of money and now I know never to go back.

This place is so cute and so colorful. Just walked in by chance and was so pleasantly surprised. Great Decour. Fun colorful murals on the walls. My food was excellent and lots of healthy options to also great options for gluten-free are vegan. Highly recommend. I found one of my new favorite places

Taco Mesa is usually pretty great but this is the best location in SoCal imo.Excellent authentic tacos, burritos and chips + salsas - hands down the best salsas & escabeche you can find in south county!Customer service is top notch.Ive tried other locations but this location is consistently the best for food & salsas without fail. Music is perhaps a little loud if youd like to have a conversation.I have personally found the tacos (chili verde, pastor, veggie, fish, carnitas) and Blackened Chicken and Lobster burrito to be consistently delicious, especially if you get the burritos served wet. Great tortillas & fillings. The stuffed Jalapenos are also a great treat - very mild but rich & savory.All in all I highly recommend stopping by, Taco Tuesday or not.
